I genuinely love the store and have found some great items there but the older lady manager is so rude and just exudes negative energy. She snaps at her employees and is mean to them for no reason even when they are doing what they are told. The other day I was shopping and after I left an isle she huffed who put all these clothes on the floor! when I was the only one around insinuating that it was me and was trying to make me feel guilty when I infact, did not drop any clothes. She didnt say a word to me when she rang me up either . Overall a very unwelcoming shopping experience because of her

Very clean store with great prices. the young lady that works in there with her hair in the burgundy and black braids this week 10/14 is very friendly, she always has a smile on her face and when you enter the store you can here her voice saying welcome to salvation army even if you cant see her. I heard her singing and her voice is very pretty. She gives great customer service every time Im in the store which is three times a week. I forgot her name but I know she has a little girl.

I like the new location. Very clean and open. Items are taken care of and the staff I met was friendly. They take donations from open to close 9am-6pm. I found the perfect dress for $2.50 and I only went in there to look for cool books.

I scheduled for them to pickup some furniture. The gentlemen that came were extremely polite and cautious with walls and floors. They were so efficient.

Alot of items are priced as full retail if not more. The staff is kind but I dont particularly like dealing with the female older manager. She doesnt seem to care to be corrected.
