Horrible place! I bought a costume here, knew my size and even sized up to ensure that it fit. Bought it, took it home, found the wrong dress size was placed in the wrong bag and my earrings were broke. I brought them back the next day and the rude lady at the cash register sent us to the manager. I politely and calmly explained to the owner the situation. She then began to belittle me and try to insult me because of my age. She made sure it was known how “kind” she was being by giving me a return even though the website says free returns and exchanges. Never In my life have I had a older lady belittle me and treat me like I’m a horrible person when I was nothing but polite. I will never be back to a Halloween express. Especially the Florence location! Horrible horrible quality goods for an outrageous price!

This place is a hole in the wall pop up that has no idea what they’re doing. Can’t even bother to update their hours, and the staff is ridiculously rude. Even spirit of Halloween is better than this dump. Go elsewhere. Literally, anywhere else. Good riddance.

Halloween is my favorite holiday. So I loved this place. The people was very polite and helpful.

Great costumes and they have some great discounts through out the store you just have to look for them.

I loved it! The person working the floor was very helpful. He knew exactly where the costumes were that I requested. He helped me sort through them to find just what I needed. It was nice to have help when you dont know the store..

The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the props were nicely decorated and scary. My kids and I went in around 11 am to shop around for possible costumes. We were instantly greeted at the front door which was nice; but as we shopped around I felt like we were being hounded and constantly watched. It truly made my shopping experience very uncomfortable! They also hardly didnt have ANY size 3_4T sized costumes for my little one, I did happen to find a nice deal on some shoes and my boys vampire costume!

Nice to go in and try on the new fall fashions. I love sweater weather.

Worst service Ive had in a long time. Looking for a specific costume, there was a young guy walking the aisles who was an employee. When asked about the costume, which i approached him as he didnt even acknowledge my existence, he said he doesnt think they have it and walked away. He didnt even bother to look or check the computer or anything. 5 minutes later the same employee was seen head buried in his phone wandering the aisles again. When I asked another employee, she suggested I check at the register. The young girl there was too busy studying a paper mounted on the wall next to the register to notice the group of people next to her.I assumed she was helping them but they walked away after a few minutes and I got the same treatment when I stepped next to her. After waiting a few award minutes, I finally spoke to her at which point she recognized customers were at her register. When I asked about the costume I was told it would be in next week on one of the trucks but she couldnt even tell me when they get shipments in. She suggested I order online and pick up in store, again she didnt check the computers or anything. If any employee had bothered to take time to actually help me and look it up, they would have found as I did that night that the costume in question isnt even offered by Halloween express. I cant order online and thus doubt it will ever be in any shipment. It is the beginning of the season, the store was very quiet. At least one of those young kids working could take time to help the few customers there instead of ignoring everyone. Super disappointed in this store.

Store owner is rude, disrespectful, and nasty.She openly discriminates against people with disabilities and then only apologizes AFTER cops are involved, and customers experience medical emergencies as a direct result of her hate. Shop elsewhere.
