Spirit Halloween was absolutely amazing but when I reach the inside of the Florence Kentucky mall and I was on the toilet looking up at the ceiling and noticed that there was a camera watching me I decided that I would never come back

Very friendly staff & great selection ☺️ would be nice if there were a variety of colors in corsets/tights rather than black, red, and white. But everything was a great price

Prices are a little bit high and the selection wasnt great but we was able to find something to make do with. And they let us exchange my daughters outfit since it didnt fit but really wish they had fitting rooms.

I would normally give a higher rating, however, the shelves were a little bare as far as decorations, costumes were ok. Im sure the current state of shipping has a lot to do with it.

Okay so prices are okay BUT.... me and my friend were being followed constantly. They were acting like we were going to steal something. We had over 250 in our purse and we sure as hell wasnt worried about a $5 costume.

Fairly well stocked, they dont seem to have all of their merchandise out yet, though. Also, they do not have all of their animatronics yet.

Always a fun experience & found what I needed.

The staff there were not the least bit helpful, and were very rude to my six year old for having fun in an environment designed for say it with me F.U.N.

Very boring, place had few things left, and were all horrible.

It looks like they dont have as much as they did last year.

Waited in line 2 1/2 hours,with grandchildren. Still did not get to go, grandchildren too tired by this time. Wasted money, time,and effort. Would not recommend to anyone ever for no reason. Even if they had speedy pass, you still let so many of regular paying public go every now and then. Still faster, and considerate of small children. Rude teenagers were also a factor. Was this not a family event?

I bought an items damaged and did not see it until it was opened. when i went back for a refund they told me they can’t do anything because the sale was final, even though i was never told that. called costumer service and was chewed out and talked to like i was dumb. i will never shop at this store ever again and highly recommend no one else does either.

Just came from Spirit Halloween. It is AMAZING!!! The animatronics are entertainment on their own. Add ANYTHING you want is there, and the prices are decent, quality superior, youll want to go back again!

There is some decent stuff here just seems to be pricey.

The workers were ok ....Just seemed a little Blah as if they would rather be somewhere else...But they were not rude ..They said hello and Goodbye.

4 kid costumes for only $175...my wife says thats a good deal. Um...mkay..

They have the best selection in costumes Ive seen this year pout of 4 costume shops I went to also fair prices.
