I had bought multiple guns from Triggers in the past at their old location in Alexandria without any issues and the staff was always really friendly there. So I stopped in at the Florence location yesterday as I wanted to buy 2 rifles. My boyfriend was with me and i was asking his opinion on what he thought of the ones I wanted and was looking at as he is much more knowledgeable than I am. After picking out one, i handed it to him to hold so that I could grab the other I wanted. Went up to the counter to purchase them, both rifles under my name, but they would not sell me the rifle my boyfriend was holding. They claimed it was an ATF rule that because he held the gun that I could not purchase it in my name. I asked, ok can he go put it back and I will grab it off the shelf to buy as they would be mine and not his. Again, they said no they would not sell me the rifle. They said he could purchase the one he was holding, even though I told them that no they need to be in my name, not his as they were for me. Now i may be wrong, but I have never heard that someone else couldnt hold the gun I intended to buy for myself. Maybe I am wrong, but I was a bit disappointed as I was ready to purchase both rifles and they wouldnt sell it to me. I also thought that a gun shop could not sell a weapon to someone who had no intention of owning it, which they were telling my boyfriend he had to buy it in his name even though the rifle would be mine. Due to this, i did not purchase either rifle. We instead went to another local gun shop to buy what I wanted. Regardless, i will never buy another weapon from Triggers again.

Triggers is the only place I can go and see something new and different every time I go. Whether it’s to stock up on AR 15 mags (they have the best price in town) and hard to find parts for my upgrade or Black Rifle Coffee, or the latest trump gun, or cobra tech knives. I know I can always find what I need and more. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and won’t hesitate to work with you on your build or track down that hard to find part you’ve been looking for forever. 10/10 highly recommend!

My husband and I stopped by yesterday to see what was in stock and to get a better idea of what we wanted. We wanted something that both of us would feel comfortable with. It was a little intimidating first going in and kind of busy, but a really nice young man at the counter helped us with great advice on what might work for us. He didnt pressure us to buy anything, just gave us insightful tips, showed us great options to help us decide. We left there very pleased with our experience because of his vast knowledge and personalized service. We wish we got his name to thank him here, but unfortunately didnt. Well go back to Triggers if we need something in the future.

Have bought from these guys for years. Went in to look around and walked out with a Kimber that was very well priced given the modern day plague. Friendly service and was a quick transaction.

Nice store but, dont bother selling here. I called about selling 8 new in package Glock 21/41 magazines. Cost me 26.00 per plus 15.50 shipping. The said 15.00 per magazine on the phone. I made the trip across town and they tried to buy the magazines for 10.00 each. I will just keep them. Want to know why the brick and morter stores dont get the sales? Thank you Triggers for being dishonest. I will buy my guns elsewhere in the future. On line is way more better.

Prices are decent, the staff are good, and they tend to have products other gun stores dont dare to offer (flame throwers), so please if you are looking for a gun check them out.

Tried to drop off a handgun for an FFL transfer to a friend since I live in OH. If I had sent it to them via mail, UPS, or FedEx, they wouldve held it till she was ready. They wanted my friend present and refused to hold it. Went to a nicer and more welcoming place half a mile away.

I have been here a few times over the years. Always had a good time. Was here yesterday. Bought a new firearm. With the amount of people buying right now there is dalays going on. I have never had that happen before but the guy who sold it to me was very helpful. He explained it to me. Also has some pretty good deals too.

Used to frequent both their KY and IN stores. Triggers started out small and had their days in the sun during the Obama administration. The spike in revenue seemed to quickly go to their heads. After adjusting to this, they have reverted back to their original style of low-balling tactics and rude customer service. They now seem to act like a small society of know-it-alls. It does not feel welcoming to be in their stores. I get it, you deal with all kinds of people... but doesnt everyone nowadays? I hate be the bearer of bad news, but good customers will pay higher prices not to have to deal with you. Good luck.

Great local shop for all your shooting needs. I recently bought a gun online and used them for my ffl transfer. I was treated as though I bought it directly through them. Before beginning my paperwork they made sure I was happy with the gun and it was exactly what I ordered. They also assisted in making sure I had all of the accessories I needed from holster to ammo. Upon reviewing their pricing I was impressed at how competitive they were. I will definitely check there first before my next online order.

Was told about the shop by a friend. I was impressed with the selection. Staff was very helpful and friendly even though they were busy. I appreciated the time they took to answer all my questions. Prices are comparable to other shops and even a few better deals. I will be back.

I dont understand the negative reviews, every time Ive been to triggers theyve been helpful and patient with me, and Ive asked allot of questions. I even purchased my first hand gun here. My guess is it just might boil down to how you act determines how you get treated.

This is the best gun shop Ive come across here in town. Others may have this or that cheaper but overall Triggers pricing is THE BEST that Ive found in a storefront. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to pick up odds and ends that one might need for an AR build, sure beats waiting on something to come in the mail. Free interstate transfer to an equally awesome shop on the west side of cincy. Love this place!

I’ve been coming to this shop for years.. a couple years ago a lady brought in a cheap .380 to sell and the guy who works there fires a round into the ceiling of the shop with everyone inside lol I will never forget it look for bullethole in ceiling . But overall I like the selection and will be back the despite trigger discipline

Pretty poor customer service they think just because they work at a gun store that they know more than you do.. Ego does not go before giving a customer credit... Also during trade in they give you a low ball offer saying its not worth much which most firearm stores will I understand they need to make a profit but not at the customers expense! I will never make any purchases here period! Very very poor customer service Walmart has better gun service then this place! Hopefully they change things soon but I wouldnt hold my breath. -Side note during this experience I took a friend in so that he could purchase a firearm everything for him was going fairly well considering what had just happened, During the paperwork portion he had trouble understanding some of the questions.. Which is understandable considering he was new to the gun world until the employee helping scoffed at him for having trouble and said (Better figure it out) -_-

Bought my wifes first pistol from the Florence location. Staff was amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and allowed me to choose the weapon I wanted rather than talking me into more expensive or over rated models.

Im not one to write reviews unless something really irritates me or impresses me. As a retired police officer, range officer, gunsmith, I have spent considerable time over the years in various gun shops, with this being my first time in Triggers. Looking at some reviews I guess I was there at the wrong time because I found absolutely no rude employees LOL, in fact quite the opposite. The employees are more personable than many gun shops. One of the things that some fail to understand is gun shops deal with all kinds of people every day and most are not known to the employees. Customers can be totally new to guns, familiar with guns, experts with guns and the most dangerous, the ones who think they are experts. Whatever gun shop you are in, do not expect them to act as a friend.I didnt have time to really look at everything, but I was impressed with the rifles and ammunition being easily accessible along the walls for customer examination, as well as a nice selection of holsters, reloading supplies, and other accessories. They have a central employee section surrounded by cases containing a good selection of handguns, as well as other handgun cases throughout the store. It is not a large store but is impressive and pleasant in its layout. The wife and I purchased a gun and ammunition today, the price was very good and we will be back to visit them again.

I just called today to see what kind of AR rifles they had and to get prices. The gentleman told me he was to busy to talk with me. That I would have to come in and see for myself. That just tells me their customer service sucks! I wouldnt waste my time or money going to see them. I would rather pay more somewhere else and have someone that wants to help you.

Not a huge selections of firearms, but they have enough variety to satisfy most people. They also carry many types of ammo and some common accessories (cases, range bags, etc.) Theyre also really friendly and helpful.

They went out of their way to help me..Id been looking for a special pistol and was having no luck..I called the store and they told me they had one close to what I was looking for. I stopped by and was looking at the pistol they had mentioned...but then he said let me check in the back......He found just what I was looking for......impressed......I bought it....Good service, Good people and Great price.....Thanks guys

I was always told that if you dont ask questions that youll never learn nothing. Went into this store and was asking questions about different guns; why are some so cheaper than others and I had a question about the semi-automatics and then two to three days later police officer stopped me while I was on Mall Road waiting on a bus and questioned me. These people are so ignorant and they dont know as much as people write about on here about guns.

Used to like shopping here, bought my first pistol at this location and my rifle Recently shopped here and staff was very rude, inconsiderate also will take advantage of you. Looking to score themselves a deal of course, sold my boyfriend a pistol that constantly jams after trading them for an AR with multiple attachments. Knowing the pistol was faulty they were laughing when we left the store. Will not recommend this place to anyone again. If you want to get treated like garbage and screwed, this is the place for you. They will never get my money again.

I Would Never Buy Here Again Period. I went there to buy a specific gun even held it in my hands, a full size 1911 gi serious rock island armory 45 acp, after telling them what I had wanted and having held it in my hands it also being my first firearms purchase having waited years since I was now 21 and been saving my money for a full size 1911. I then proceeded to fill out the paper work while he grabbed the gun( the wrong one being as there are a few variations) me being excited and ready to shoot didn’t possibly think I could recieve the wrong 1911, so 500$ later left in bliss then 20 mins one mag later I really looked at it and realized it wasn’t what I had “tried” to buy, after trying to be an adult and go work out my problem and there mistake I was told what’s done was done and then told that it was time for me to leave...now. Guess having a customer who spent his saving on there mistake wasn’t good for there business. I am no longer wet behind the ears and honestly ruined my day severely, and am still stuck with what I didn’t want.Ps That was my experience, and honestly wouldn’t even give 1 star.

I went to triggers today to get get a loan on a couple guns (or well to check the offer). When I first got there the fellow I was dealing with was nice but I forgot my wallet had to come back. When I came back I had something else I wanted them to look at as well. I was asked three times if there was anything they could help.me with all three times I replied the same I was dealing with him in the back Ill wait till he is done on the phone. Well one guy taller thinner older guy must have took that badly because went in the back came out with a paper said come with me Ill take care of you (irritatedly which instantly put my guard up) I said no I have something else I want him to look at well what is it I can do that too. Ok fine sorry I want to deal with one person goes through my head, he proceeds to offer me a smack in the teeth price because they previously had that particular model on sale (but not not now). I told him no I want this for it. Well this isnt a negotiation take it or leave it is what I was told ignorantly I said no im good bc I cant see why you would offer that low knowing your gonna sell it for twice that price at least meet me in the middle whichnis more than fair. Well I guess that was a disrespectful comment and hurt this old guys feel goods because then the original fellow came out asked what the issue was I told him the same thing and he said thats a fair offer for this I replied with my same comment the. Was told well this model WAS on sale so thats a fair price. I said its not now so thats pointless just like info buy a car with rebates and they dont offer the rebates on the identical car a month later I cant say oh well I want the deal from a month ago please doesnt work that way I got a good deal on the firearm you dont get punished for that just bc you buy something on sale that now isnt on sale. Well that was being rude and ignorant to them I guess and was told to leave the store. I apologized for hurting their feelings and left. Went down the road got a loan from Mike and Charlie at stringtown for less collateral and 300 dollars more than what triggers said was more than fair. Moral I will never step foot back in this p.o.s store esoeciallynsince its disrespectful to stand your ground when your right! Ignorant, rude, discurtious and spiteful people there.

Have bought over a dozen firearms from this location, all at reasonable or exceptionally good prices. The first place I go when I have extra cash.

Customer service was great. Answered questions and they were very freindly.

Ive been buying guns from this company for six years now going back to when they were still quick pawn and cash. Most of their staff members are very knowledgeable and you cant beat the price. As of 9/2016 they are factory cost +15%. The only other company that Ive seen beat their prices would be them a few years back when they were cost +10%. They do not offer a military or police discount. They next day most pistols and the few rifles that Ive ordered from them and quick pawn came in after about two days. They sell class three items and have several cans on site for drool over. They also have an extensive selection of after market doo dads and thinga majigs for your rifle and pistol on scene.

Way over priced service is good but they will price gouge you on a new firearm. for example a XD mod 2 45acp is 549.00 plus tax 23$ plus 25$ to transfer it to you. OR you can go to grab a gun or any other site for firearms and get it for 445-480$ 25$ transfer...thats gouging if i have ever seen it.
