I drove to the outlet hot toppic to enjoy a short shopping trip.I am medically exempt from wearing mask under the mandate and was told i had to leave if i couldnt/wouldnt wear a mask.This is being singled out due to a medical condition and is not fair to be able to shop like any other customer. This means you are not diabled friendly.

Was at Hot Topic at Folsom Outlet today. Awesome experience. Great sales. A lot better variety than what we have locally. And the employees were so much fun. It was super helpful they were super funny and just all-around awesome had a great time there

I have visited this location before, but this time was the first time both me and my partner walked out empty handed. There was not a whole lot of merchandise in the store. A lot of clothes, but not the right sizes.

My husband went in to pick up something for our granddaughter.

I have been always wanted to go hot topic but whenever i go there i always have a horrible experience.

My daughter love this place so must be good.

Its pretty good especially for teens and kids, I mainly like it for the funko pops and collectables, if your into collectables or celebertie merchandise I highly recommend it.

They had great customer service that helped me find what I was looking for hade many great deals that helped me save money although prices were a bit high, I got some good deals. The trends always keep up and new things always keep up like, BNHA, Fortnite, and Overwatch. Stuff is high quality and last a long time.

Love hot topic. They always have music notes which i collect. They arent easily found except at Hot Topic!!

Overall I had a good experience. My girlfriend and I had excellent customer service. The employees seemed happy and cheerful. The only thing I disliked was the price of certain items. Things that seemed like they should be like $10 were like $16 or $17 bucks. I put a pop socket back and did not buy because of that. But besides that, it was everything you hoped a Hot Topic would be.

Employees here act like that bad stereotype of punk rockers that are barely trying to keep their jobs.The store has a rather limited selection(not surprising considering the store size), especially concerning sizes, its as if they do not restock the shirts I actually want to buy. Oh well.Also, I cant seem to get items shipped to this location from online and that makes it so inconvenient.

I really love this outlet store as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly employee who makes great suggestions and asked you if you need help picking out any gifts for people that are extremely helpful in helping find the perfect item for that special person

I really like this place. Great T-shirt selections & its kinda good that theyre priced a little high bcuz I would probably go shirt crazy filling my closet lol. I also love how their products are so unique.

Cool if youre a teen or goth. Some fun tshirts. Im a little too old for that stuff now

The one in Folsom is great customer service. They go out of thier to help you out and try to help and find what you are looking for. It is really the only one I prefer to go to

The staff was mildly helpful and a little standoff-ish. Very nicely air conditioned and a great selection of nerd clothes. No titanium body jewellery, though.

I would normally give this place 5 stars, but how I felt treated by an employee at this location really thew me off. I ordered 3 outfits online to the store back on Black Friday. I havent received my email to pick up my order yet, but since I was in the area, I decided to see if it came in yet. The lady at the register in the purple shirt barely acknowledged me when I was the only other person in line. When I asked to see if my package came in yet, she asked if I recieved an email. I told her I havent yet but since its been a few weeks since my order, I just wanted to see if it came in. She decided instead of double checking for me, inform me that I need to wait for my email. After someone else asked if they can help, she seemed irritated and went in the back and low and behold, my package was there. She came out with the package with my name on it and once again asking if I have an email for it. I told her no again. Thats when another worker said just confirm with her ID. That didnt end it though! She then wanted to open it and double check everything I ordered even though I told her my entire order. I can understand people being thurough, but I felt this was too much and made me uncomfortable.

Tbh I havent really shopped at Hot Topic since I was a middle school emo kid. So I felt a bit out of place at first when I walked in wearing business casual clothes. Im still into rock music and am a concert enthusiast, so I stopped by for some band gear. The sales associates were super helpful and friendly in helping me find what I need!

Messy store . Staff was to busy talking to friends to ring us up or bring us sizes to try on that fit. We explained we were in a hurry to get to an appointment, we were the only customers in there besides his friend. Dressing rooms were gross filthy.
