The print center frequently charges me for expedited service when it’s not requested. They are always low on inventory. A sign at the front door said “masks encouraged”. I encourage this store to carry adequate inventory. Employees are pleasant.

He always goes above and beyond to help me out.There was another person this morning who answered my call and he too was helpful, he checked if the product was available, and when he found it was not, gave me an alternative which worked out for me. I can usually find what I need, if I dont want to wait for mail order. I got a new desk chair that was on sale and it is comfortable. Thats something I want to try out for fit.

I had gone to several stores looking for a decent price on an SD card. When I was in Staples a young man named BEN came over and asked me if I needed help. When I mentioned what I was looking for and started to walk away he immediately offered price matching, looked up my product, and then walked me to the register and rung me up.By doing this he kept my business with staples and created a loyal customer. Quick place to find office supplies

Printing services have been outstanding. I have recently used for posters, postcards, business cards. I have used other same-day printers in the past, but never with this much success. The staff, in particularly Molly and Maci, are very capable and caring, having prevented a few mistakes that were my fault. I highly recommend them.

I was looking for a clock battery, and brought the clock with me because there was no battery size identified. I asked a salesman for assistance and we found two sizes that looked like they would work. Repeatedly I asked if he could open the pkg that looked like the best fit. He refused saying that they could not open the pkg. and I would have to buy it then see if it fit. If it didnt fit, I could return it. I asked for a manager and this salesman walks away. He just walked away. A young man entered from a side door and was working on a display. He asked if he could help, and I explained how the salesman refused to open the battery pack. This man said he was a manager, apologized, and asked how he could help. As I am explaining to the mgr, the salesman starts hot footing it for the back of the store. The mgr opened the pkg, we got the correct battery, installed it, set the time, and I did some shopping. When it came time to check out, purchasing my batteries and a few other items, the mgr was at the checkstand. We checked the time on my clock to his watch and it worked perfectly. This man is named JEFFREY and he is so nice and understands customer service. Due the Jeffrey I will return to this store.

Ordered a computer chair. They said it would be delivered next day. Now almost a week later and still no chair.

They do not honor warranties. You are not take care of when you go to the store, they seem to have a skeleton staff all the time. I spent over $1,600 for my home office supplies. Paid extended warranty for a printer. It took a month to get a replacement. The replacement printer failed to work and its 2 months and they have not replaced the printer. The store manager did not help. The customer service through the 800 is not helpful. I will never go to this store again. I do not recommend this store.

They dont have legal multipurpose paper in stock!! Need to order online. Crazy. Amazon delivers for less than Staples in store.

Most electronic products are overpriced and the staff there feels intimidated if you ask them to match prices. I get much better service/price at Office Depot.

They clearly had what I wanted at a discounted price because it had no scan card after many many minutes and backing everybody up in line they decided they could not sell it to me very disappointed
