This was a great experience, friendly and knowledgeable. I had Sam as a customer service technician and she was helpful and professional. I bought glasses and plan on going back for all my eye care.

Reached out to this office for a personal favor with my loupes for work. They got me in the same day and got it repaired. I was so very happy with the service and friendliness of the team there. Since the infection rates were going up, I had called to cancel my appointment. But in listening to the announcement while I was on hold, I heard all the stuff the office staff was doing to keep patients safe. So I went. And I was impressed! My wife and I had consecutive appointments, and we were the only patients in the place! Everything I touched was wiped down before I used it, and after we used a room, it was cleaned again for the next patient. Everyone wore their mask. From beginning to end, we were the only patients in the place. I felt very comfortable. 👍

I was there to order a specific type of eye glasses, and Sam helped me. She was very thorough in her service. Friendly and warm, made the conversation light, smooth and enjoyable.And Dr Wademan is an excellent, thoughtful and attentive to her patients. Listens very well and is very professional.. we need more service like this in our community.

Have been a patient of Bidwell Optometry for 2-3 years. I wear both glasses and contacts, and order both through them. The doctors are very thorough. Eyeglass selection is really great, boutique/name brands and some more affordable options. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind.

My family has gone to the practice of Dr. Jonas for about 11 years. We have always had very positive experiences--able to make an appt. to be seen soon, friendly staff and on-time assistance. I recently got glasses and really appreciated the help I received with choosing frames for my needs. Picking up the glasses was also great, with help making certain glasses fit securely and properly and guidance on using transitional, progressive glasses. I am 100% pleased with this practice!

The wait time was short. The lobby, comfortable. I havent seen an optometrist for 18 years, so I was a bit nervous. The initial exam was absolutely painless, conducted by a very pleasant and personable assistant. Then Dr. Jonas proceeded with the second exam and patiently responded with insightful answers to every question I posed. His demeanor was professional and friendly. He did not make me feel at all belittled even though I struggled for the right terms to describe my symptoms. I would enthusiastically recommend this office to anybody.

Taking care of our eyes is really important. Its nice to have a place where you enjoy interacting with the people who work there while taking care of your eyes. Appreciate the friendly staff.

My family has been coming here for 6 years and we are never dissatisfied. The level of service and overall care is always above and beyond. Its like family when we walk in and they even have a toy basket to distract the kids. I never liked to wear my glasses in the past but now I get the best vision. The staff is always willing to answer my questions and help me figure out my insurance. I always recommend this office to my friends so I thought I should make this recommendation public.

Easy to get to, nice looking office with friendly staff and good doctors. Getting an eye exam was quick and easy, much better than some other Optometry offices. They have lots of frames to choose from in many different styles and the staff took plenty of time to make sure the frames I got were comfortable and a good fit for me.

So I have tried this place for about 2 years and gave them a few chances but I have not been pleased with my experiences. I will say that the staff is very friendly, Dr. Wademan is very nice, and the office is clean. Unfortunately, they have gotten my prescription wrong and I had already ordered a year worth of contacts with them. Then I couldnt exchange the unopened boxes for my new prescription because my new prescription accounted for my astigmatism that Ive known I have had for years but apparently the doctor didnt catch it the first time I went in for my exam. I had also spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on prescription sunglasses AND regular glasses with the WRONG prescription.... They have tried to get me the right prescription multiple times after that but nothing seems right and they dont seem to be very organized with my information. I have never had so many issues at an optometrist office with finding my right prescription and keeping my information up to date. I have now spent so much money and Im too frustrated and exhausted to go back.

Annie was extremely helpful with choosing my glasses and finding exactly what I wanted with the lenses. Dr Wademan made my exam quick and easy. Great staff all around. Definatley recommend you go.
