I go here because I like Dr Baldwins work shes the best, my complaint is specific to Francisco, who tricked me into buying something I didnt need, using my insurance allowance. He made me believe I was buying a 6 months daily contacts with $0 out of pocket when actually he sold me a 3 months 2 week contacts. He knew I wear the dailies because of my job and he mentioned it when he called me, very disappointed.

Liz was great! She took the time to help me find a pair of glasses and have some good advice on style choices! She even found an addition coupon for me.

Dr has excellent communicating skills and really gives her all to ensure you are getting the right prescription. In addition, the gal who helped with picking out the frames and answering questions about options was also extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Folsoms Target Optical department.

Went in to the Folsom store with my 94 year old Mom to get her new glasses prescription filled. Carissa was very kind and patient helping Mom choose new frames and measuring her so that the lenses are correct. Mom was impressed and is eagerly awaiting her new specs. Thank you Carissa!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I put 5 stars so this would be read. If I could give zero stars I would. An all around horrific experience. Sure, great deal but not worth it or your time!!! Target failed from customer service, to frames, to lens, to absolutely the entire experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TARGET OPTICAL IN ANY WAY!!!! Extremely disappointed in every aspect other than I did get a complete refund though I did have to go back the next day due to the only worker there was not qualified to do it!! ZERO STARS!!
