I was floored by the incredible experience we had at Eyeglasses World. When we left my 15 year old son commented “that’s how you get customers for life, I hope when I have kids the same people work here”.He’s not wrong- customers for life!!!! 👓❤️

I am deployed from out of the area working on the wild fire disaster recovery. I broke the nose piece on my glasses and was in a jam without them. I found Eye Glass World online and went to the one nearest to me which was at the Palladio. Walked in and 10 minutes later walked out wearing my glasses. No charge! Excellent service and outstanding young employees. The best!

I love this place! Right from the get go, you realize it is a friendly, welcoming place. A month ago, I literally tried on every single pair of glasses and they never raised an eyebrow about how many they had to clean and restock. They actually kept encouraging me to take my time. Every single person I have met with or talked to on the phone at this location, has been made me feel welcome and valued. Never felt rushed, and all my options were clearly explained. Very friendly professionals.

Once theyve got your money, the customer doesnt matter anymore!I took the full exam for glasses and contacts. 2 days wearing contact lenses I was not even able to read my cell phone. I had double vision and had to take another test.In the second exam the doctor increased the the lenses power. I told her that it was worse than the first lenses and that I couldnt see anything. Even with the left eye, which is the good eye.And the doctor started giving me different contacts to try to see if it gets better, like betting on casino roulette.So I gave up on contacts (I paid for something that doesnt work).I just ordered the glasses and they said the glasses would arrive after 10 days (June 8) but they never called to tell me the glasses were ready. After another 13 days I had to call to complain and only then was told that the glasses were there 2 weeks ago. Why didnt anyone tell me? How much does a phone call cost? As no one realized that there are 2 glasses ready on the shelf ready to go and already paid, and no one can make a call for the customer to pick them up? Theyve already received the money upfront so why still take care with customer?I was waiting the glasses for a commercial drive license test, but after all that, I rather to take my money back.They don’t deserve any dime from my pocket.And about the exam, I asked the manager: How can I trust in divergent results? She never answered or minimum didn’t offer an option to resolve the problem.She should of at the very least offered me an exam at another Eye Glass Word to get a second opinion from another doctor.

Horrible experience! They did not inform us of all separate charges, much pressure to upsale us, even though we told them 3 times we were not interested. Then staff member became angry, and was very rude to us! His last statement was, Im going to stop now, because Im so angry They lost about $300 that day, after upsale items were being added. Bifocals alone brought price from $78 to $198!!They will lose future sales for myself and rest of family whom have previously purchased from them, after we tell them of our experience!! We paid for exam and dilation only; will purchase glasses elsewhere. Am contacting State Health Department which oversees eye/eye care, as well as Ombudsman. There is much more to this story, but not enough space to explain all. ADDED: Looked up Better Business Bureau and found MANY complaints against Eyeglass World!! BBB will soon be receiving one from us as well!!Stay away from these rip offs!!!! Shame on them for trying to scam seniors!!! (Our visit was 7/26/21)Can you give ZERO stars???

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the Optometrist. She gave a very thorough exam and offered a lot of detailed information about my contact lenses options.

My doctor at Kaiser accidentally wrote the wrong prescription and the amazing staff at Eye Glass World gave me a free exam and replaced the wrong prescription glasses with the corrected lenses ALL FOR FREE AMD SAME DAY!!! What amazing service! Thank you guys!!!!

Very dissatisfied! Spent over $600.00 on 2 prs of glasses. One pair is great, no problems. The other pair one lens keeps popping out. Brought it in said it was fixed 2 days later the lens pops out again.

Go anywhere else if you value money. They have been railroading me for 3 weeks now. And then refused to refund my money.

I cant imagine a better experience or a nicer group of people! My husband and I both have complicated prescriptions and so are used to feeling more tolerated than welcomed at some offices. Not at Eyeglass World in Folsom! We actually looked forward to each visit as they graciously worked with us until we were completely satisfied that we had the best vision possible. Natalie is an absolute jewel! She is the employee and special friend everyone would love to claim. She has our sincere gratitude and respect. Soloman is beyond helpful and tolerant, always smiling and greeting us by name. Dr. Toy listened carefully and worked with husbands unique eye issue without making him feel defensive or troublesome. She is a very kind lady. Nisha, Luzdi and several others helped us along the way too....I didnt get everyones names but I can guarantee that if they work there, they are special! I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was checked in by Kicia and she made me feel very comfortable by making sure everything was sterile before any testing began. The Doctor made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Then Danielle helped me find the perfect glasses for my face shape. 3 pairs to be exact! She really does her job well and you can tell she enjoys it. My whole experience was awesome. I particularly loved the safety measures they are taking in store, simple and safe! Thank you all so much! I am one happy Customer!

I took my 6 year old granddaughter in for some new glasses and the people there were so nice.They were great working with a child, and very professional.They have a great selection too !I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

This place is wonderful, my daughter was leaving for college and she needed a new pair because her broke and we called her regular eye care place and they would not renew her prescription without an exam and she was leaving the next day. They could not get her so eye glass works did same day and two sets of glasses !! Thank you eyeglass world!! The lady that helped with her glasses customer service was awesome very friendly place

I love this store and will never go anywhere else for my glasses! The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was my first time getting glasses and they were very patient and answered any questions I had. They have really reasonable prices and take the time to make sure you are happy. Cindy and Sabah helped me with my purchase and provided amazing customer service. I always get compliments on my glasses and I tell everyone about eyeglass world. I can not say enough great things about this place.

My wife and I were very happy with the service and quality here. We were given our options and not overly pressured by sales people. Glasses were ready the same day and were better quality than other ones recieved elsewhere. Overall a great experience!

Great experience today! I needed a new prescription for glasses as quickly as possible. I was able to get an appointment by noon and I was heading to work with my new glasses by 2pm. Cant get any better than that!

May or may not have a doctor in. May or may not have a lab tech in to make your prescription. Hit and miss do not believe the signs of Same Day services you have to call to make sure someone is working that can help you. Doctor Toy was very helpful and professional but all the other ladies seemed confused about how to do their jobs and uncertain. They do not warn you there is a machine that blows in your eyeballs to test eye pressure so expect that and dont be startled as I was.... Expect to pay a lot more if you need extra additions to your glasses like coatings or material changes etc.
