Worst optical service you will ever get. Do not waste your time/money here. The doctor does not listen to your problem and he gave me a prescription that did not work and went again for a correction again failed. he wants you to see things the way he sees. And the sales staff is a loot the were offering me 30% discount on a frame I selected but when I checked the same frame was 50% off online on there website. LensCrafters equals ScamCrafters specially the Palladio branch.

The staff are very helpful and attentive. Place is clean and well lit. Nice location. Parking maybe a challenge but you can always use the parking building across. They take several insurance and has promos. Nice collection of signature frames. Still comes to this place even we have relocated already.

Managed to get an appointment on one days notice. They were right on time. The exam was thorough. They said they would have the glasses ready in two hours, I went to dinner and an hour and a half later got a text the glasses were ready.Will certainly use them again.

Great customer service, quick and easy experience

Everyone is great and very helpful. There are hiccups sometimes, but they always do what it takes to make it right. They were also very patient showing me how to put in contacts!

I was told 5 days for the glasses I purchased which is part of the reason I chose to buy them. I had a golf event and a tennis event coming up. After 5 days went by I hadnt heard anything so I called in and was told it would take 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called in and was told it would take another week. I called in after a week went by (now 3 weeks) and was told it would take another 10 days. If I had known that it was this delayed I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THE GLASSES

Im terrible with names, but the associate who helped me, did an exceptional job. She was knowledgeable, friendly and I could see her smile behind the face mask.

Great layout/variety, glasses organized by brand. However, I felt the knowledge of staff and interaction with staff was less than stellar. I did not feel like the members of the store had a vested interest in helping me find options that worked best for me. I have since switched providers because of my experience.

I’ve been coming here for both my eye exam and my glasses for many years. They are the best. Sue is outstanding and always goes above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

7 months ago I had an eye exam that included the extra, out of pocket, cost for a contact exam. I only purchased glasses and waited on ordering the contacts. Now tried to place an order for contacts but was told I only had 6 months to do so and now would have to pay for another contact exam. I am sure my eyes shape has not changed in the 1 month and do not recall at any time being told that I only had 6 months to make a decision. Will definitely be taking my business to a real doctors office.

I loved my experience today at Lens Crafters in the Palladio Center in Folsom today. I worked with Sue in selecting frames for progressive lenses in regular and sun glasses. Sue was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. Both Sue and her colleague Nikki made my time in the store fun and enjoyable.I will be sure to recommend this location to family and friends because of the terrific customer service and great variety of frames.

Long time ago I only went to Lenscrafters in southern ca and after many problems, I never come back. The glasses are so cheaply made, and they made me pay for warranty. . I don’t mind paying but I only pay for good quality. This is not good quality.I came here to try Lenscrafters again but I observed poor service and everyone so busy to help myself and others people waiting, I didn’t like it so I left. I looked for smaller shops that care about the good quality and good service.

Worst. Customer. Service. Made an appointment for 12:00 PM, didnt actually get seen by the doctor until 12:50. Was quoted a price of $200 up front, did not order any extras like special lenses or coatings or filters or insurance. Cost me $370 for a simple pair of reading glasses. Then they werent even made correctly and I had to start all over again. Run, dont walk, from this place.

Terrible customer service and weak warranty policy. I would not recommend as they sell inflated priced products along with bait and switch selling techniques.

Warranty on my glasses were abysmal. The assistant sales manager was unprofessional and uninviting.
