From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were taken care of with the best customer service I have personally witnessed from any cable/mobile carrier. Don’t go to this store, they don’t know how to do proper customer service, they will lie to you just to make commissions. The last 10 months I was paying for 3 lines that they said were canceled back in 2020 of Dec, come to find out they were still on our bill. Switching to Verizon or spectrum mobile. You guys should too.

Normally I do everything over the phone and this time I went off a whim because ever since covid you have to just be able to adjust with the times so I walked in. Not so happy with the visit took for ever all I wanted was to upgrade one phone from the 4 lines I have,I ask if the phone I was getting to have smart view she said yes all android have that Guess what it does Not ...do to covid I could check the phone physically to covid so only showed me pic, thank you for wasting my time according to you I save I dont feel I save looking at my bank account... Let me start off by saying this store has the worst customer service ever, its employees are lazy careless and dont care about the service they provide. We came in on Sunday May 2 to get an upgrade for one of our lines we were approached bye a sales associate named Gabino, he was somewhat helpful except his yawning kept on Interrupting our conversation we were trying to have over and over again. He tells us that yes we are able to upgrade and that we can get 800 dollers back on our phone mind you the phone was cracked from the front, he inputed all the information on his pad and said that we can get the 800 doller trade in credit with the phone as is. We ordered the new s21 ultra and he told us that our payments were gonna be 13 dollers we said perfect he ordered the phone and said wed have it the next day well that was bs we got it on wednesday. We come In and another associate helped us his name is pablo he tells us that unfortunately the promo we were getting was Over last month and that we could only get 350 for our phone we were furious we told him what gabino had told us and he was like o sorry about that it was a misunderstanding the other associate mis informed you basically we canceled the purchase and left with out the other phone this store is bull and just plain horrible dont come here and dont waste your time.id I could I would give this store a -1 but 0 will do

I love going to this store! Everyone is so nice and whenever someone doesn’t know something, some else in the team jumps on it quick. They always explain everything very well. Jessica is so sweet she takes the time to show me how to transfer info from my old phone 📱 I KNOW I PROBABLY BUG a lot (I’m not to tech Saby)but they help me out every time.

I was having issues connecting to wifi in parts of my house so I had them send out a tech to see if he could run a line downstairs or reconnect my coax cables to i could moca connection. Well they sent out Jesus Diaz and he said he would do me one better. He ran fiber directly into my house and hooked us up with 6G wifi. Jesus is our savior, it works awesome, thanks Jesus. God bless

I came here to switch carriers and I was a little scared because this was my first time doing this but my experience was so AMAZING! The representative JACOB was so incredibly helpful! I had no idea about plans and data but jacob took the time to explain to me in detail about everything I had questions on. I activated service with at&t because everyone says it has good service and so far is the best Im really satisfied. The representative I believe his name is Jaime was really helpful and explain the plan very well we even signed up for their cable service and gave us the remote control that you can speak to change the channel. Really satisfied!!!

Amazing service, amazing management overall amazing experience only thing is systems on worker tablets need improved it set us back an additional charge. Luckily we worked it out with management after discounts and trust we were able to take out iPhones home with the acception of the payment in the next week. On behalf of that we are also getting $150 in 2 billing periods. Please update tablets systems or software for workers.

Ordered online, to minimize the Interaction within the store. I have been to this store many times, and this one has by far some of the worst customer service. This particular store is a HIT store, and staffs employees based on their ability to speak Spanish. Included in my online order was a $50 case to go with my phone. Upon arriving to the store the rep checked for literally 10 seconds, and says sorry we dont have it. Upon her going to the back, I went through the cases myself, and found 2 full drawers full of the cases for my phone.Whenever you walk into a store, you can immediately feel the culture and that stores culture is lacking and makes you feel like youre not wanted or needed

I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt that the service here deserved a review. The service here is efficient and friendly. I was immediately greeted and the staff was friendly and helpful. Jessica was extra helpful, she answered all my questions. I left the store happy.

Associate Jake/Jacob gave me incorrect info regarding a promotion, and Im STILL paying for his mistake a year later because management here refused to take any responsibility. I was told that the store manager would reach out to me, and he never bothered. Clearly, this location values commission over their customers. Ive been with ATT for over a decade, but after all the negligence and lying here, Im leaving for another carrier once my contract ends. They deserve 0 STARS.
