Had zero problems with these folk its clean and safe there and whomever worked sat 10 16 21 was the absolute best

Their customer service was great! very informative, and when you ask a lot of question or making sure this and that they don’t make you feel like your dumb or anything and honestly i’ve had that experience last couple months trying to find a good storage place for the first time and moving into first apt so they really helped and others were just the complete opposite and so i really appreciated it ! they were friendly and fun to talk to felt like home and felt like you can talk for hours and etc ! just felt really nice and felt welcomed overall ! the units are clean and all maintained, every time i go i always see them sweeping up trash that people are rudely leaving around, but never really messy anyways lol it’s always clean haha !! i will definitely come to them whenever i need them ! Thanks guys !

I love this facility! Olivia is great. She will work with you on getting you into a unit in terms of location. If I needed to postpone my payment for a few days, shell gladly help. Olivias personality a very mellow. Shes great! Emily, her assistant, is great just as well and very helpful. About the facility, it may be small but, its clean and safe. I highly recommend Storage Solutions for their rent prices, cleanliness, and staff. The location is easy. Its very near the corner of Palmetto Ave and Foothill. Have a good day.

I highly recommend Storage Solutions because of the cleanliness of the units and the availability of a free moving truck.My encounter with Emily was very impressive. She was knowledgeable in her ability to give me enough information to make my own decision without any pressure.It was nice to know that someone like her would under my needs.

The fees are ridiculously high, especially right now with covid they are selling peoples belongings. Its sad

I was a customer with them for over a year at this location. Ive had experiences in the past with other storage locations where my storage was mysteriously emptied out with no signs of forced entry. Most likely the culprits where the homeless living in the units and in their cars within the gates. Since there are no cameras in certain locations if someone wanted to pick your lock they had all the time in the world.When I first got to this location it seemed like it was clean and well-kept. But I noticed as I visited on and off I would see the same Vehicles parked in the same locations with TV antennas set up on their roofs and makeshift tents with in their cars. I even witnessed certain storages where people conducted an entire business out of and reusing the electricity some how to run a computer and use the internet.Whenever you pull up to the storage and you type in your code some dude on a bike with just roll on in because you open the gate for him. I walk to the Second Story units and I would find people lounging around inside their storage unit on an old couch or a bed charging your phone and listening to music while drinking a beer.I complained several times to the managers office and they assured me they would figure out what was going on but every time I came back it was the same thing they really didnt care nor enforce people living in the units or living within the gates in their cars. I also complain to corporate several times and still nothing. I eventually left and moved out and I hope all of you do too I would not recommend this place your stuff may go missing and your insurance doesnt cover mysterious disappearances.

Ive had several issues with this location and most of them have occurred within this past year. I have also been patient in not writing my concerns on the website. Locks being put on unit even though payments were up to date; other peoples stuff mysteriously put in my unit; preforeclosure put on a unit even when bank statements showing payments were made were provided to management; charging incorrect amounts and tacking on erroneous fees; and working with several people to get issues resolved and theyre not resolved for at least three months now, Ive had enough. We need resolve now on both unit issues.

The old lady at the front desk didnt even acknowledge us, at least say/ask what we need instead of just looking down pretending she didnt see us. She was with a customer doing paperwork but she could at least look up and ask something. Very poor customer service. We took our business elsewhere.

They are very professional as well as friendly. They are also very understanding during hardships and will work with you if keep clear communication. The staff is friendly and very polite. I have had my storage here for more than 6 months and i love it. I havent had one problem yet. I feel that my belongings are in a safe place . Only people with storage can access inside also the place is always well lit. It is near other businesses such as Vive Villa, Walmart, Carters liquor store. I feel very safe with my stuff being here they even have locks available in case if you need them as well as boxes. They even have hand carts to help you when you are putting things into your storage.

Ive already been having one of those days 😯uhaul had a flat tire it had be returned on time.to top it off I had be somewhere my time was crunched. Thank God 1st and for putting such a wonderful helpful woman whos name is sandra .she said she was new couldnt tell she had me in and out in NO time👍everything work out well.thank you sandra continue to keep up the good work because now and days its hard to find people with integrity and are willing to go extra mile for customers.thank you.

Very neat, I went to see other storage and the others look very dirty, but this one is one of the best.

There is always a parked car in front of where you put the number to exit and I have to get out of the car to do it .... It is not correct
