Came to pick up a 2017 International Prostar and it wasnt ready to be used OTR. I flew into Ontario at 9am and spent almost 8 hrs trying to get the repairs done to a rental that was SUPPOSED TO be ready. It was basically washed and cleaned inside and fueled up and they called it good. Theres a shortage of trucks during this time and I understand it, however when a person is PAYING HIGH DOLLARS for truck that cost more per month than a new truck 🚚 they should JUMP to make things right. Before I left for another hotel stay, the AC system started blowing HOT air it just keeps getting better. They were supposed to have some go pickup the parts for the driver steering wheel controls. Well there shift changed and the information wasnt passed unto the next shift NOR did they even know I was waiting on the repairs. This too is unacceptable!

Expensive and bad service, If you receive a OTR driver thats a priority I guess, they just dont care and that just to do a PM

Trucks dirty. Lot a mess. Messed up my bill and took 3 weeks to correct. Only after I informed my Visa. Needs better systems

Easy check in and check out. If youre dropping off after hours follow the arrows and head in a U shape where it should say Penske return service. You may need to flag down a staff member to make sure they let the office members know of return. Got an easy email that said it was returned.

I drive for United van lines and rent trucks from this location. Never had any trouble leaving truck overnight to do shuttle. Front desk is amazingly friendly and quick.

Sub truck was junk, dirty, smelled,truck looked like it was never washed, not one tire matched, very disappointing that Penske would let a truck like this out of the yard, when I picked it up it was in the shop being worked on, before I even got back to our yard, the engine lights came back on, definitely look elsewhere for a rental truck

Front desk was rude. After waiting forever to get the truck, we made it one mile down the road before the engine light came on. Had to turn around and do it all over again. You guys should also offer cargo straps for the box trucks you rent, furniture dollies as well.

I did not know how to activate Jake brake. It was my mistake. SorryPS. I was told that you can get service any locations. I am also told I should get pm service every 30000 miles. But, none of them are true, and told to go home terminal. I am otr driver, and need service at location anywhere.When you have accident, you are treated like criminal, and give you crazy amount of invoice. They send three service mechanics and bill us for payments.They say schedule for appointment beforehand. Then, I schedule and show up.After 5 hr of waiting, they say you are not due for pm, and charge extra money for it. Why they are not saying that when I checked in?I am pretty sure this company works for some guy. But, many people will never ever deal with this company.We can not get service I want especially for otr driver. You had better go to small leasing company or buy your trucks and findi small shop which they can take care of you kindly

Hit a deer on interstate 8 in Cali demolished right third of bumper. Repairs have to be farmed out to Penske approved body shop. Got estimates varying from $1300 to $3000. Be warned.Bought stuff myself, replaced all for $750
