The place is awesome the manager does a great job hes a good guy. They even hire a sweeping company to come in and keep the property clean. That guy doesnt excellent job

Someone broke into my storage without breaking my lock. They refuse to reimburse because I have no proof of receipts or pictures. They have NO cameras. They could careless. I had the only things of value that I had left. Upsetting and sad

The manager is amazing. Hes nice and very helpful. The units are very clean and not creepy like other storage places Ive been to. We are always able to find a cart to help carry our stuff. The units are a lot bigger than they look too. We were pretty sure all of our stuff would fit and were pleasantly surprised when we still had some room left over. They have very high ceilings so you can really take advantage of the vertical storage space.

Very nice and well maintained storage facility. Some of the buildings are air conditioned. My storage unit occupies space in one of their airconditioned buildings. The main office has access to boxes, tape, etc that you can purchase.

I was very happy with this storage facility’. Chris was extremely helpful and courteous and professional.. I was so tired from moving and his energy and kindness brought a smile to my face in a very hectic day. The facility is very organized and clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to store your items. Definitely a step above in storeage rentals.

Moving is stressful and difficult. Many companies prey on folks in this difficult time and profit off of it. Not Storage West. Theye all about their customers and making a difficult time easier. The first class team led by Shawn is helpful, communicative and smart. A rare situation in almost anything. You should store your stuff here.

Excellent customer service at Storage West in Fontana. The place is clean, organized, & units are well maintained & managed. The store manager (Shawn Higgs) is customer focused, patient, professional & answered all questions regarding unit rental. He went above and beyond his job duties & responsibilities when he helped me make an attempt to jumpstart my vehicle outside the front office of the storage facility. He was the only person willing to help me. I was able to arrange towing services with AAA. Thank you again for going above & beyond your call of duties. I’m one happy & appreciative customer. 👌🏼😁
