Friendly staff, clean units and great gate hours. For our first time using a storage unit it’s been good so far

I visited Extra Space Storage after speaking to Katelyn on the phone. Im writing this because I am big on customer service and Katelyn began her best in class service from the moment she answered my call. I appreciate her product knowledge, professionalism, and product knowledge. She sold us a unit that was taken simultaneously online through rapid rentals which was out of her control. She accommodated us by upgrading us to a larger unit at the same cost for our inconvenience. She is the reason I rented here. I would hire her if she would leave. Thank you Katelyn.

I have been with Extra Space Storage for a long time. I have a big unit in Walnut Ca. Lorie and Jesse have been very nice. I have another small unit in the Fontana area off Valley Blvd. You have a young lady there that is a confident smart professional with a great personality and has a handle on Extra Space. Corporate has nothing to worry about !

We had quite a few complications during our move in that had nothing to do with the storage facility. The management was INCREDIBLY helpful and understanding. Ana is one of the nicest people Ive ever met and I am so glad I chose to rent storage from this Extra Space. I would definitely rent from here if I found myself moving again! I owe her big time for all of her help and support!

I was very impressed by her ability to identify and address my needs and find me the best, most affordable unit available.I initially, went to Public Storage and wasn’t even met with a representative. Anna from Extra Space was such a pleasure from day 1. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She was always available for any questions or needs I had. If you need a storage unit, she will make the process easy. Also easy access to units, clean, and never busy. Very safe.

Best extra space location I have been to. I recently moved to the area and needed to store extra furniture that did not fit in my new home. The manager provided me with great customer service and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. I will be recommending this location to anyone who needs extra storage!

This place is amazing. The assistant manager was very helpful and friendly. Would love to see him as a store manager. Very hard worker and you can tell he loves his job. I’ve rented before here and this location is the best. Even if there was no deals here I’d rent this storage.

I was looking for a Storage Unit. One that was priced reasonable. I came across Extra Space Storage in Fontana. I called on a Wednesday and there was nothing available for what i was looking for.. Even though my size Storage unit was not available. The Staff member i was talking to was very very professional. Such a pleasure to have such a wonderful staff to do business with. I called the next day to get a bigger storage unit that was available, and again different person, but same Awesome Service.. I dont think i have been so amazed over customer Service, but i give the staffing at Fontana Extra Space Storage AAAAAAA++++++ EXCELLENT CUSTORMER SERVICE.

Hello people. I would like to complement the help I received with the Extra Space Storage Help Line. I was having a bit of difficulty navigating through the website portal. I called the help line and spoke with Anna, A customer representative. Wow! what an experience!. It was refreshing to actually have a customer reprehensive that knew what to do and how to take care of business as it should be. Anna was very egger, respectful and professional. Security ok,please ask the cleaning people to aimThe dust blower to the center between units, and not to the sides, because way to much dust is blowed inside the units.I got few things dust wasted, and had to trash them.Thank you.

I have been storing with this facility for two years. My lockers were always secure. The facility is always clean whenever we were on site. The bathroom was clean and we were able to use the dumpster to dispose of a few items. We have dealt with a few different managers over the course of two years. The staff was always pleasant and polite. Can highly recommend this facility.

Place is Awesome! Lowest prices in town for storage (trust me I looked) was super fast to get everything situated, very secure, no storage is too far from unloading zones and staff was amazing. The employee that helped us outside was Andre. He helped us move our property in. He was super nice, very patient, and kind. We went in the rain in need to immediately store our items and he stood outside with us the entire time. The employee that helped us with our paperwork was Ana. She was extremely bright, well-read, and very kind. She helped us with the paperwork, rules, and made it very clear with what we were paying. Definitely a great and easy experience.

GREAT LOCATION (17197 Valley Blvd. Fontana); was just perfect. The facility was very organized and clean. Both individuals, Joe Cao and Becca Reed, were very professional; provided all the information I needed and made me feel like one of their own. If there was anything I needed assistance with, they were all ways willing to help; even recommending at one point that I down size on storage in order to save on cost; now that’s doing what’s right for your customers. If anyone is looking for a great place to store their belongings and receive good, quality, and professional support, I highly recommend this location.

My overall experience with this facility is very satisfactory. The management was very helpful. They kept my belongings safe for several years and were very professional. I highly recommend them if you need a place to store your valuables.I gave the manager a hard time when I didn’t get a quick response however she was very caring and professional when she did get back to me and I am very grateful to her for all her help during my move. It would be wonderful if other businesses were as professional and honest as they are.

Rebecca called promptly to confirm and was able to answer all of my questions. The unit is great, and she set me up promptly with all I needed to move in right away. Highly recommended!

Cynthia from the store located on cedar, did such a great job trying to find me space they just didnt have what I needed. I went to the one on Linden and the one Mike was offering was a bit small. He was so great he answered all my questions. Finally came to the one on Valley and Azuzena had what I need!! This company has great customer service! Highly recommend!

This storage has and still is the greatest. The staff is amazing, Ana and Crystal are truly amazing. They asked all the right questions and found the perfect storage unit to fit my needs. I will definitely reccomend this location to all my family and friends. 10 stars!
