I live in Florida! However my son who still lives in NJ had his car towed to Ideal for repairs! The were very thorough, quick and fair pricedin the repair of his vehicle! Thank you for easing my mind 1200 miles away!

Ive been going to Ideal for years and Ive got a Smart which is not the easiest car to work with. Theyve always been very honest and up front with me. If I have an issue they cant fix theyve never charged me for a diagnostic.If I have one issue its that their books are constantly full for trying to get in and it can take a while to get in. Otherwise theyve always been honest with me and have taken really good care of me over the years.

Family owned? So what. Its their mechanic ability is what counts. Yes they can be good, prices are average but they are basically terrorizing the neighborhood with this ridiculous speed shop. Can you image either yourself or your child continually being woken up by this LOUD, OBNOXIOUS speed tests? This isnt Englishtown, this is a small quiet town. This needs to stop and just return to fixing cars
