I went to this place today, the worst experience I ever got in my life. They are cheaters and rob people through legal way. Please do not even think to go this place. I made an appointment for alignment for $60. After I reached there, the person on the counter asked to bring the registration, he then created a ticket/form with all information and asked me to sign that paper which was weird to sign without any service. Any way, I signed that paper, then he asked to give the car key so we wont go anywhere. After two hours the mechanic put my car on the lift, spent only five minutes and said we cant do alignment because you need complete front end. I know my car, there was no problem or no noise, I asked to give my car back, I am not ready and dont want such repairs. He said fine, you still have to pay $60 for inspection, I said what, you did not explain or told me that I still have to pay $60 regardless of having or not the alignment, he said, look, you sign the paper, you have to pay. I first refused to pay and said that I am going to call police, he said, go ahead, it will be useful, you signed this paper. I had to pay that $60 but extremely disappointed and annoyed because of their cheating and cleverness behavior through so called, legal way. Every one should avoid them. Please do not go there.

Check everything. Don’t have to wait long they do a good job send you a text and tell what they checked and found. reasonable pricing as well.

The worker was well. He was also prompt and very kind. He couldnt find anything seriously wrong with the car, but there was something. All in all, he made me feel relieved that I wasnt imagining a problem, even though the car ran fine.

The place is small, the manager whos a young guy knows it all so be prepared to get all his facts. Unfortunately he stated that he doesnt take American Car Shield but when I called the company they actually had MNM Auto Repair as part of their repair service. Also be prepared because they lose your information, receipts and between managers and workers dont know whats going on with your vehicles status

I was having an issue with lighting on the drivers side front and back. Dropped car off and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Got the issue repaired and was ready to hit the road again. Great shop.

The staff at MNM are fantastic! My father has been going here for a long time and now I know why! My truck broke down and we had it towed to the shop after hours. They called me first thing and had my truck diagnosed and done by the follow evening. They are professional and fairly priced. Im so happy to have my truck back and running! I had an issue in my car so I went to this place after reading good reviews. After I went there and explained the problem, the person on desk asked to bring registration for issuing a ticket. I gave him the registration, he prepared a form/ticket and asked me to sign that paper and also asked the car key, I got shocked and surprised why I should sign without any kind of service, I refused to sign and asked to perform the service first, he said we will not provide any service if you wont sign this paper. His behavior also started to change after I clearly refused to sign. Please do not go there. Somebody actually already told me in advance not to sign, they actually charged 60 to 90 dollars through that ticket which people sign without any service but for only inspection.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received since swapping all of my auto needs to Mnm. I am a customer for life.

I went to these guys on a referral from a gas station down the street (looking for on the spot installation). I was looking to get a bully bar installed on 2020 Chevy Custom Silverado. I went in with no appointment and towards the end of the day. They actually tried installing it for me right then and there, and unfortunately were unable to. They did offer for me to come by the next day, and have it installed. This was wonderful for me, because I previously tried to install myself, and lets just say I didnt have the required patience. The fact that they tried initially was more than most ppl I visited that day. So I most def. bought it by the next day.. Needless to say, it was installed, and installed perfectly. Pricing was WAYYY more than fair for the work performed... and trust it was a lot of tedious work involved. This has now become MY AUTO SHOP. Customer service was superb as well!! Love this place...

If you want professional mechanical repairs done right to your vehicle, MNM Auto Repair is the place to go. I previously dealt with Mechanics that just did work and didnt have the Skill level or knowledge to diagnose more intricate parts of my Truck. The Master Mechanic is true to his title at MNM. He doesnt have tunnel vision. He assesses the problem and lets you know any other potential issues he finds which you may have down the line and would recommend the repair sooner than later. Kunal who works there does great business!! Prices are fair and he goes out his way to save you money. Highly knowledgeable, hes very transparent. I love doing business with a shop that values keeping the customer satisfied instead of looking to get an extra buck off you. My truck runs like new as if I bought it off a lot and Im very satisfied and relieved to know I finally found a Mechanic shop that I can depend on. I got a referral from my friends friend and Im so grateful that I came here. I also checked their reviews prior to bringing my truck and all the positive reviews are 100% facts because Im a Very satisfied customer as well.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF MNM AUTO. I am not sure how this auto business have 4.7 rating on google. I wouldnt even give one star to this place if I had a choice.I have lost a total of $750.00 by MNM auto mechanic. My car had an engine light on, so I took it to MNM auto to get it checked. The mechanic told me that my car needs 2 new sensors which will cost me $250.00. After I had got my car back, the engine light was not on the dashboard. After a month or so I had the engine light back on. So I bought the car back to MNM auto. The mechanic told me that I needed a rack and pinion change which will cost me $500.00. The mechanic told me that he would also do the wheel alignment for me which will be included in the price. I got the repair done and paid the machine and when I got my car back the mechanic assured that everything is good to go. Later in the same month my car shut down on Garden State Parkway and all the light was showing on the dashboard. I called the mechanic, but he was not picking up my phone. So I had no choice but to get the car towed. After doing some researched I took my car to different mechanic and he did the check engine light diagnostic. The new mechanic told me that my previous mechanic installed third-party sensors in my car, when this type of car only takes dealers parts and on top of that the new mechanic told me that the neither the rack and pinion is repaired or the wheel alignment is done. I was so angry after knowing that MNM auto rip me off a total amount of $750.00. I am not sure how this mechanic sleeps at night when he is ripping off customers like its nothing.To everyone who is reading this post, PLEASE BEWARE of this mechanic and go to a reliable licensed mechanic even if it cost a little more. At least you wont be rip off completely, and you will have less stress on yourself.

My car was running horrible so I took it to MNM Auto Repair and got everything checked out on my Honda Civic Si coupe and after the job was done I never loved my car more. My car runs the best it ever ran in the past year since I bought it. Thanks to all of the talented mechanics in that shop for everything that was done to my car it was worth every penny!!!

These guys are super friendly! Like friendly doctors! Guy came out who was installing manifold and said I’ll be operating on your truck! Lol!!!!They did a great job at a good price! Very professional! Highly recommend!!!

Very very precise with what needed to be done, and always at a low affordable rate compared to other mechanica. Never felt so comfortable with my car at a shop, they are very amicable and won’t ever do you wrong. They will constantly update you on things that need to be done if they see something, they’re advice is great, honest and straightforward. Love them!

I went to have my oil changed. You would figure that after paying $70.00 for an oil change that they would put the Engine Oil Cap back. I realized it was not on until a week later. I will not be returning.

By far worst place Ive ever been to. First of all there signs give you the wrong information on pricing then I bring my car for a wheel Alignment and my car tilts to the left. The service manager promises me to fix or at least look at it again and then when I bring it in he tries to charge me the calls the cops on me. I will never recommend this place what a shame their mechanics are all lazy too

Back in March I went to this repair shop through my warranty. My engine has seized due to oil consumption. A certified used engine was approved by both the owner of this place Junior AND the warranty I had back then. Once it was repaired I was given a “warranty” on the “new/used” engine. 3months later the engine has the same issue as the first one. I took it back to this shop because I have a WARRANTY with them and they’ve basically told me they’re not responsible for it. A cousin of Junior who is an alleged “sales rep” was on the phone with me for an hour gaslighting me about how “I’m a nice girl” and that they wanted to help me but basically I’d had to pay over $3,000 for repairs. I told them I’m getting legal advice and now the owner has blocked me on his cell phone, they won’t send me the full description of my warranty and won’t help at all. I’m also in contact with the better business bureau. The level of unprofessionalism and complete disregard for the fact that my life is at risk is deplorable from this place. I was told that it’s not like my car “will catch fire” so that should make me feel better.10/11 @ 5:23 Update to “owners response”:Again, no one is negating the events leading up to where we are right now. Who gave permission to who on what went into the car is not the issue. Yes, a rep from the warranty company approved the work prior to it being done. He went there to see why the engine had seized and if it was a repair the policy would cover, not to pick a replacement engine. GM won’t fix it because the engine the car was made with WAS REPLACED BY YOUR SHOP, dissolving them from any fault. Ultimately OWNER JUNIOR KHAN found the replacement and used words to describe it to ME as “top notch”, “certified used” and “from a good place”. Your shop gave me the warranty on the engine the car CURRENTLY has. If you all knew from the beginning it was coming (now suddenly that this is happening) from a “junk yard” and “approved that way by the warranty company” as you stated during our phone call, why would you EVER give me a warranty on it?? Spending hours on end over the phone isn’t getting us anywhere, it is only another way of you all trying to find someone else to blame. It is also not a favor to me, so please don’t make it sound like it is because I’ve done my own due diligence since this started and will continue to do so. It was ME who came to YOU about the oil consumption issue with GM. While on the phone the only one that pointed out money (because I never asked for money back nor that I’d seek legal counsel to sue for money) was you, calling your business a “multimillion dollar business”, why you wouldn’t spend $3,000+ to repair a job you promised on paper to be covered (because it is repairable, you just want ME to pay for it) is where the problem lies. You stating “no one is going to help you, you’ll just spend money on lawyers, I went to school to be a lawyer and you won’t win this” was an abusive way to inject fear into a customer who trusted you. Another form of unprofessional from OWNER JUNIOR KHAN was him texting me “talk to my cousin he handling this” then blocking me when this entire time I’ve only dealt with HIM. It seals the deal for me to know for a FACT you all are at fault. No one who is guilt free responds in that manner. It is almost insulting that you address me here so that customers can see your “caring response” yet you don’t pick up my calls nor have you emailed me the entire copy of the warranty so that I can bring it to my attorney (the one you stated over the phone “I have it right here I’m going to email it to you right now”). Lastly, as I submitted my claim with the Better Business Bureau (which you are NOT accredited with) I noticed I wasn’t the only FEMALE CUSTOMER you’ve lied to in regards to your “all parts and labor covered for 24 months/24,000 miles” as listed on my invoice. Your shop might be good at small repairs. However, any complex and intricate work that needs you all to stand behind your policies, your word and professionalism is clearly not your strong suit.

They have done work on three of my cars. By far the most reasonable prices which makes you worry; is it too good to be true? Well it’s true. JR has done brakes on one of my cars. Oil changes on two cars and last week they took me in on a very busy day to install coilovers and swap tires. Almost half the price of what other shops wanted to charge. It took a little longer than expected and when I went to pick it up they apologized and said it took longer because there were handprints on the car from working on it so they gave it a full wash. Incredible service, very professional, and great prices. I will continue to come here and will recommend to everyone.

The worst alignments I had for a long time the guy messed up my car and he got one of the lights on the dashboard on that wasn’t on before I took the car to him and he want me to add more services so he can make more money I called him many times after I left no respond back no respect for the customer And then I had to take my car to a different mechanic to get it fixed and pay the price one more time and that’s what happens when you go to the mechanic that you don’t know and you never trust so I will never come back and he just lost me for good

Another great Job done by the staff at MNM.I had to get down to Fla. When my dad had a bad fall and ended up in the hospital with other problems.I needed to get an oil change done and I had hit an animal or something in the road and it did some damage underneath. I took it into MnM auto repair and they were able to repair the damage underneath. I asked them to check out my car to make sure it was road worthy and Im so glad I did because they found a major brake issue wbich they took care of. they did a radiator flush because my fluid was contaminated same with my brake fluid it was contaminated, serviced my A/C rotated n balanced my tires, did a wherl alignment n more. I took it in on the 4th and it was completed on the 6th. They made sure that I would have a safe trip and that was their concern and they always made it a point to ask about my dad. I cant say enough good things about MnM auto repair and the very qualified technicians and staff that work there. They are 100% professional and they treat you like family. I definitely will recommend them to all my friends and anybody thats looking for a recommendation and I will again use them always. Theres this guy named Nano here in this place who did me a great job I was up and down because did not know what was the problem with my car when I bring the car here because supposed it was a wheel alignment this man check my car and it happened to be the inner tie rods wich other mechanic maid me waist money on other parts,and never got the problem fixed,,this guy is a professional and work from the heart...I recommend this place but especially this man ask for Nano

We went to this establish because we saw an ad for a vehicle that my 17 yr old daughter wanted to purchase. The ad said that the car ran great, no problems. When we spoke to and net with the seller who initially said he was business owner he further said that the car is in perfect condition that it was definitely pass inspection and that he was a great car. He even told my daughter that she reminded him of his own daughter and wanted to make sure my daughter has a safe car. Once we purchased after having driven it near this shop he dropped the car off as we waited a few days for insurance.Once we tried to drive it the car would not go into reverse and it would not go past 2nd gear. O contacted the seller to ask for his assistance and said I would consider paying towards some of the repair so long as he kept his word. He responded by saying he sold the car as is and to not contact him any further because his boss didnt like it.I went to an actual mechanic who said that the person we bought the car from had been resting the car so that the issue would not be present we he dropped off the car. He said there was no possible way this could be a new issue and that the person we bought the car from mislead us. I would highly recommend you staying away from this repair shop and gas station as they will not keep their word and they are totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. Use at your own risk.

First off this has to be the best shop around town they treated me friendly and did a good work on my car they also help me suggest further things to change and look out for because off the wear and tear on my car. There prices are really good and fair prices I would suggest this shop to anyone around the are they know what there doing and your in good hands.

First met my mechanic, Mark, through a friend, then followed him to this shop here. Wont go anywhere else now. Honest guys with great service.
