Got to autu center an hour before close... Nobody was in any of the lines yet I wad told they had several cars ahead of me and they couldnt do an oil change... they said they had only two techs... Both techs wete just standing there talking to each other😔

Purchased tires right before COVID. When they didn’t hold air, I called, but service was closed during COVID, so we kept adding a few pounds each week or two. When I finally got it in, was told I needed a couple valve stems at ”$3 each; the most it would cost is $12.” When my teenage son went to pick it up, the bill was $146. Nice!! Won’t go back. I guess I shouldn’t have expected any more from Wally-World?

Desk employee in auto care center were beyond helpful example everything from warranty’s to fee and services. I did a walk in which took basically took 2 1/2 hours but was worth it.

Was ok but had to wait a very long time to get 2 tires replace if this place was any slower they would have to speed up to stop.

Forest Lake tire center is operating differently than the other Walmart tire centers due to covid. They have reduced hours and are appointment only. Of course you wont find that out until you arrive and get turned away. Its not advertised anywhere and phone calls to the department go unanswered.

Not good inexperience staff

Well not good. Asked for 0-20 Mobile 1 and ended up with Castro. Guy fighting up order was very unprofessional. Made them change it out.

One of the most frustrating experiences I have had regarding a car. Went in to get ONE tire changed since I previously bought the road hazard waranty. This took about 3 hours after I was told the previous night that they could get me in quickly this morning once the tire came in. I was told different pricing by 3 different employees. Employees need to get on the same page. I felt like I was not taken seriously after voicing my confusion.

I had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Steve in auto motive. He did a great job. And I would drive back again from Minneapolis for this service again. Thank you Steve and the whole team in automotive.

I left my truck there to get all 4 tires replaced. They allowed me to leave it there for the weekend while I was put of town. Got a call on Friday that one of my rims were cracked and so they could,only do three tires, they even put on my spare for me. Great, and great customer care.

Can get some good buys but call ahead for openings and selection.

Auto care is the worst place from my last experience.Last week, I changed oil, tire and also bought the service of fuel system cleaning (injection). Before I bought fuel system injection, I asked what is that about. After they explained, I ordered the service. When I brought the car, I was planning to change the oil, there is no other issue on my car. After the service provided, my car was failed to start, engine service light and road slippery warning light were on. I brought the issue to Walmart, and they asked me to file a claim, and agreed me to bring the car to fix it and agreed to reimburse the cost. They also put the statement that the problem was caused by Walmart.Then I brought it to Toyota, and fixed the issue. After fixed, and when I brought the bill to the walmart. What made me surprise was, the person who agreed me to fix the issue, denied that my cars problem was not caused by their service, and refused to reimburse. After, I explained and also asked the Toyota called them, they reluctantly to reimburse.So, my advice is, do not let walmart service to bother you. unless, you know what happen exactly after use their services.

I had a great experience at the Forest Lake Walmart!! I went in to get a battery. The sales woman was very knowledgeable and the staff was friendly!! By the time I was done shopping my car was ready!! Thank you!! I will be back!!

Fixed tire good and in time frame they said. Only problem is I had to ask what the repair was.

I had a tire repaired here, I was told it would be over a two hour wait, they were the only shop open at the time (and closing shortly) so I had no other choice but to wait. I was told that she would call me when the repair wad finished. After wandering around forest lake for two and a half hours I had not received a call, but I decided to check in and found it that the repair was already done and it only took 30 minutes. I think I wad intentionally misquoted in an attempt to get rid of me. I paid and left, the record they gave me claimed the tire was repaired and filled to 35lbs, when I got in the car I noticed it was already at 31lbs, assuming that they incorrectly measured. Only to find out when I went to leave for work the next morning the tire was flat again. I would NOT recommend anyone bring their vehicle here.

Wouldve put a big fat ZERO 0!! Laurie in the auto center is a complete rag. Costumer service? Nothing costumer service about her?! 3.5 hour wait? I said ok put me down. Didnt take my name or nothing. Came back 3 hours later and oh well we didnt have your name so we just figured you didnt want service its another 2 hour wait. She should be fired, somebody that miserable to costumers does NOT belong in costumer service. Thanks to the manager (dont know her name) on duty I recieved an immediate call saying to bring the car in they are now ready.

Walmart service for a Walmart price. A week or so ago we bought all-season tires for our Jetta and were going to have Walmarts Auto Center put them on. The technician said he couldnt because theres a special key that the dealership uses on the lug nuts, which they didnt have there. After scouring a few auto shops, we ended up going to our usual mechanic in town (Total Auto Care) and they let us borrow their key so Walmart could finish the job. An hour job suddenly turned into four hours.We popped the hood today to replace a broken bulb on our headlight and--- lo and behold!-- our battery cover had been removed and was squished ontop of our engine cover (thanks for not only squishing that piece, but warping it from the heat!) Two mysterious bolts were also found loosely rolling around near the windshield. Dont know what those used to belong to, lets hope its not something vital! I know it was Walmart because we were the last people under that hood (filling our wiper fluid) before Walmart took it in.Lessons learned:1.Dont use Walmart.2. If you do, check EVERY INCH of your car after theyre done with it, you might some interesting pieces have been removed.3. Im spending the extra pesos and going to TAC from now on.

I have waited a while to write this review and i can say %100 do not bring your car here. My family and i have had many vechiels serviced here and they are the most incompetent and dishonest service place you can bring your car too. They broke the oil pan on my moms 2003 ford windstar (they did end up paying to get it fixed), stripped the oil plug on our 2007 ford taurus, put to much oil into our 2006 taurus, and lied right to my face about why they couldnt put a battery into my 2005 acura rl. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO GET ANY SERVICE DONE TO IT. YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR LIFE AND YOUR FAMILYS LIFE AT RISK IN DOING SO.

The wait varies depending how many people are in line. sometimes the car gets in right away and others its a 2+ hour Ill come back some other time type deal. One negative is that every time I get my oil changed there, the mechanics get my front left fender, drivers side door handle and windshield (from the next oil change tab) greasy like come on guys.. older blonde lady that works in auto is the nicest person Ive ever met working at a Walmart, friendly, helpful, upbeat and positive. 4/5 star for wait times and carelessness in their work. Ive been taking my 40th anniversary Mustang here for years. And no I dont let them put fram in my car.

I showed up at 10:45 for my 11 appointment for Forest Lake Walmart tire shop. Well come to find out that Forest Lake only takes walk ins and by the time I got there at 10:30 in the morning there were already 6 & 1/2 hours behind. To me that is just unacceptable! Whos going to wait 6 & 1/2 hours?? Ill give it to Walmart they have the cheapest tire prices so they kind of grab you by the back of the hair and youre stuck paying the low prices but youre also stuck waiting 7 hours. Heres what I would do call the Walmart in Cambridge they take appointments I was 18 minutes late for my 11 appointment and they still took me and had my work done in less than 40 minutes. Thats my suggestion to anybody whos reading this. I wish you luck for getting tires at Walmart!!

Terrible. Needed one tire mounted and balanced took over two hours, sat and watched the technicians talk while the tire sat on the floor!!

Horrible customer service I brought in brand new tires that were 255/70/18 that I bought from somewhere else and tried to have them mounted on my rims that had 245/60/18 tires on them I brought them in off my vehicle and they wouldnt mount them for me and when I asked to talk to the supervisor he did not let me
