I have been bringing my vehicles to them for as long as they have been in business. Always treated with honesty, and respect. I am myself a long time mechanic who can no longer do the repairs on my own vehicles. I trust them to make a proper diagnosis, and repair only what is needed. So much so that they now work on mine as well as all of my family, and friends vehicles.Their service is great value for money. I will for sure bring my stuff back to them.

I love this place. I had an issue with my service engine light. I called Dennis and made an appointment . When I drop my car off I asked one of the guys if I could get it by 11 oclock, he said he wasnt sure if that would work.About 1030 I called and Dennis answered, I just had a quick question. He told me my car was done. Wow, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to help me out. Dennis said there were just some minor issues which he was able to resolve. My bill was minimal. I will always feel safe by using this company. My first encounter with AVID was having someone put air in my tire. He checked all my tires and made sure they were all good. Very kind gentleman. My next encounter was with the same nice gentleman which I didnt get his name, was today. My service engine soon light was on. I called him, he told me to bring the vehicle over right away. He checked everything out with the computer, it turns out it was just a glitch in the computer. He did not charge me. Wow I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for any service needs. Whatever you have that doesnt work Avid can fix it. I have had my dump truck, trailer, PT Cruiser, Rav 4, Toyota Van, Dodge Van, Town and Country Van, all repaired in a professional an timely manner. Highly recommend!!!

Well i brought my navigator to have a gas line repaired and it took them a week they dont answer the phone or return calls either! The gas line is still leaking and still no answer and im very disappointed in Avid Auto !
