I brought my car in Sunday (09/05/2021) and told them what I was coming in for, front brakes, rotor, and most likely a caliper. They called me the next morning and told me I needed everything but the caliper and that they suggested replacing the ty rod. I asked what about the caliper, they said it was completely fine. I asked how bad the ty rod was and they said that they couldnt tell me how bad it was but just that I could loose the ability to steer without it. I worked out the quote myself and decided to take it to my dad who could get the parts for MUCH cheaper. He asked about the caliper and I told him what they said. When I went to pick it up from him on Tuesday he told me the ty rod had no rubber on it and that I needed a new caliper because the pistons were sticking. When brought up to them they still denied that anything was wrong with the caliper. The fact that they wouldnt tell my how bad the ty rod was and how they continued to deny they were wrong makes me, my family, and my friends no longer want to go here.
My girlfriend had a faulty thermostat and a res bottle go bad on her car. They quoted her almost 700 hundred dollars for repair which is so highly priced. Thank goodness I caught it before they started the work on her car. Watch out for these high prices totally uncalled for!
I purchased a lifetime alignment from here a few months ago. I made an appointment for alignment 2 weeks ago. I show up for appointment 20 minutes early thinking maybe they can get it done faster. I have been waiting over a hour now and they havent even brought the car back. Meanwhile they took back some womans car that didnt even have an appointment. I was considering buying new tires from here but dont think I will anymore.
Have been coming to Tires Plus in Forest Lake for many years. Just traveled in from KY and my breaks went out in Forest Lake. Mike and his team got me in right away and fixed my breaks within a couple of hours. Highly recommend this shop.
Was there for alignment and mounting and balancing tires. I waited and service was 2hrs (as expected). I saw Chris, manager on duty, help numerous people during my appointment with the upmost honesty and professionalism. He did not know this, but I work in the auto industry too and he ran a very tight ship and took time with each customer to explain different situations; always correctly and with the best interest of the customer in mind. The work he and his team did on my vehicle was solid- this place deserves a higher rating.
Made an appointment over the phone and had to keep repeating that I did not want an oil change and had to tell the man on the phone several times what I wanted. A tire rotation and for a tire sensor to be looked at. Thats it. Apon arrival they told me I made an appointment with an oil change. I did not. They got details about my vehicle wrong, just more annoying than anything and the man behind the counter seemed to be also hard of hearing. Not a big issues but it made the experience more irritating since again I had to keep repeating myself. He had issues with hearing other customers as well. I sat and waited 50 minutes past my appointed scheduled time for my vehicle to even be moved from the parking lot. Then another hour for the work to be completed. Some of the other people in the waiting room started talking and we all found wed been sitting for much longer than we all expected. One gentleman had been waiting 2 hrs for new tires to be put on and he had a scheduled time slot. All we could figure is that the shop might be short handed. However the shop should have warned us all the extra time it would take to work on all our vehicles. Even with an appointment. Where I would have given a 1 star review I give 2 only because of the possibility the shop was short handed. Also I over paid for the tire senserreplaced in my truck. If I wasnt from out of state Id have left way beforehand. Dont go here.
Charged over $1000 dollars to change an alternator and battery. Later I find out oriley auto parts next door had alternator and battery for 350 out the door. It really hurts knowing there are thieves out there like this. We begged for a fair price as we were stranded from out of town. You guys are thieves and unethical people.
Oil change appt for 4pm, car finally is pulled in at 4:50! This after being asked to reschedule on a previous day because they were backed up and was told coming back today would be much faster... nope!

Never will go there again. Total lies on things wrong with my car ( just got it back from my mechanic). Just looking for more money and didn’t even do the job I brought it in for. Now I don’t have safe tires for 2 weeks before I can take it in somewhere else.
Call the guy to ask if I had a six month or whatever on my truck alignment he said no we dont do that here but if you can find one I want to know about it I did find one Firestone or by Kentucky fried Chicken and home Depot go there if you want to guaranteed lifetime alignment I wouldnt go here Guy just got mad and I canceled my account and I walked out the door

Got a flat tire and the person I talked to said they were swamped and couldnt help me i was in a emergency so I had to call someone else for them to stay late. Poor service would not recommend
Went to get 4 new tires and everything sounded and felt fine on my vehicle going in. I got told a tie rod end was loose and I said ill have my own mechanic look at it. It felt and sounded fine before I came in so how bad could it be. I drive it home and its a little loud in the back and then on my way to work it completely disconnected and my car became undrivable. I look at the form they gave me and it says its completely disconnected not loose. It was definitely not loose or disconnected I have them the car. Oh and it took an hour longer than they said even with an appointment. They didnt have the tires I wanted because they only had 3 of them so I had to get a more expensive one. In all a lousy experience, unfortunately I am going to have to continue to deal with anything goes wrong with the tires.

I took my (2 wheel drive car) here for alignment service in the past. I had to bring my car back right away because the steering wheel got crooked and the car veered to one side worse than before. I let that bad experience go even how inconvenient it was.Recently, after putting 10 thousand miles on the car, the car it is veering to right pretty bad. I brought my car here again which brought me to another bad experience.... I came in talked to someone explaining the issue with the car. He looked me up on their record. The alignment service was passed the 1 year service warranty so this new service will cost me 93 dollars. Which is fine. After all that I was told they could not get my car in that day, so I had to make an appointment. I asked how long the service will take because I need to pick up my daughter after. I end up making the appointment for 2 PM the next day. Heres what made me write this review:I showed up for my appointment, upon checking in I was told, someone was just finishing up and my car was next. At 2:45, my car was still in the parking lot and again I was told someone was just finishing up and they will get my car in and get it done as quick as possible in like 45 minutes. Three oclock ruled in and my car was still the parking lot. I got up told the guy that checked me in that I need to cancel because I am leaving. His answer was, do you have time to come back later? Do you want to re-schedule? How ridiculous! How about an apology that I been here for an hour after my scheduled appointment and my car has not been looked at!? I mean seriously!
All in all things went very good! The only beef I have is I asked on the phone while making the appointment for our tires and oil change what the exact out the door cost will be for all the services with tax and labor included. I was given a price and when we paid the price was $10 more. Only $10 I know, which is why we did not question it. But I specifically asked when I scheduled the appointment, will there be any further charges that we are not aware of right now. The answer was no. So that leads me to believe the price quotes over the phone are not as accurate as they make them seem. When examining the service ticket after completion with all the fees charged...I cannot figure out why. Nothing adds up correctly. This is why I am giving 4 stars and not 5. Our vehicle was done way ahead of time. Customer service was great. But failed on the price quote. No we are not pursuing anything regarding this because it is not worth the time. But maybe that is why it was done. $10 here and $10 there wont be too big of a deal . Just my thoughts.
Pirelli Cinturato p7 all SEASONPurchased for 2017 Lincoln Continental. They are literally the WORST all season tire. Even a 1/2 of snow & you are sliding allover. I giving a 3 bc Ive only had for a couple months, so not sure how they will be in spring & summer. Need to buy Blizzak next week. To scared to drive with all MN snow.
Forest Lake Medical Supply van repairGreat service went in for a tire rotation and asked if they could listen for a new noise in my vehicle it sounded as if it was going to explode and they found it was wheel bearings Yeah! Picked it up and the noise was gone!! GREAT JOB ! Thank you sooooo muchside story I brought it to Forest Lake Chrysler twice for this noise and they said it was a timing chain, 2 weeks later I got my van back. Hmmm noise still there? and then reassured me the next time I brought it in, the exhaust is the problem and she said my manager even confirmed it is the problem muffler system will take 3 weeks to get parts CRAZY !Thank you Tires Plus again great job !!!

Don’t go to the forest lake tires plus if you do not want more damage caused to your car. I went to get my flat tire fixed there. They give me a receipt saying how my battery is in good shape but I did not ask them to check my battery. I only went there to repair my flat tire. The following day while driving I have a check engine light show up on my dashboard on a fairly new car that has no problems. I go back to the shop and they tell me I will have to pay $100 for a diagnostic check on a problem they created in the first place. I will never go to this shop but rather go to the dealership where I know my car will be fixed well.

Excellent customer service and great auto care service. They were very honest and gave me reasonable prices. Lance, the manager was very informative and I felt welcomed for my first time coming this tire plus location. I highly recommend anyone to get their auto care at this tire plus location.
My tire had a slow leak, so I set up an appointment for 8am a day before I took my car in, got there around 7:50am, and I was told my car would be in very soon, and that tire patch jobs are pretty quick. So I decided to go wait outside.At 8:30, I was still waiting. My car wasnt even in the shop yet. I even noticed as one of the employees was showing up for work, he was pointing his middle finger in the direction of my car, which is an ex police cruiser. I cant say for sure that he was directing it at my car, though. Either way, an employee with their middle finger up in front of customers is extremely unprofessional.By 9am (was still waiting), I had to leave, so I asked for my keys back and left.The person at the desk was friendly though.I really hope the owner or manager sees this, so they can fix the problem.

Picked up a rental car at MSP late at night. The low pressure tire sensor light was illuminated. Complained to attendant who said no service personnel were on duty at that hour. She added that the present cold snap had likely caused sensor to activate, and that after driving some miles after leaving the hotel the next morning it would go off. I was rightly skeptical, and after driving all the way to Forest Lake it was still on. Having no gauge I stopped at Tires Plus, and they graciously and quickly gave me a complimentary service to reinflate tires that were anywhere from 5-7 lbs low. As an out of state tourist, I found the on-duty manager and service tech to go above and beyond to represent the best of what customer service should be even though there was only the satisfaction of having done a good deed in it for them. For my wife and me, they modeled the plus in Tires Plus!!
Scheduled an appointment for 8am. I lead having 2 new tires put on, rotated and aligned. I told them I wanted it back ASAP when they were done. Figured it would take maybe 2 hours tops. No 5 hours later I got my car back. I lost half a day’s wage waiting. When I asked why it took so long and showed I was clearly upset, the guy at counter says he wasn’t in all morning and can’t tell me why then proceeded to just ask for my credit card. Could have cared less. Not returning unless they make it right .
Usually dont have an issue here but my last two visits have been... disappointing. An alignment that I specifically asked for when setting up the appointment over the phone (I have a lifetime alignment on the vehicle) mysteriously disappeared off the Service Ticket this Spring (May 2020). Most recently (August 2020) I was told an alignment couldnt be done because of broken rear toe adjustment eccentric bolts. Upon inspecting said adjustment bolts (Im an ex-mechanic), one was clearly broken a while back (possibly my last visit in May 2020?) and the other looked freshly snapped. Mechanic said he had not touched the bolt that looked freshly snapped. (See photos) No one, other than this Tires Plus location, has aligned my vehicle in the 3 years Ive owned it so I was surprised to hear these bolts were suddenly broken. Not sure what to believe.
How disappointing...we have been going to tires plus for over 20 years...we will never return. We have 5 vehicles and we would regularly get our oil changed here. However, after Yesterday, we are done. I was quoted 60-80$ over the phone, I said why can’t you look up what I paid last time to give me a more accurate quote...he ignored me. Then when I arrived the guy said we don’t have you scheduled like it was my fault...and I said please check to see if tires need rotating(he ignored me). Turns out it was 87$ For the oil change....RIDICULOUS!!!Then we were given a outrageous quote on some tires, we found discount tire to be 400 dollars cheaper...DO NOT GO HERE! Disorganized and Dishonest!!! I should report you to the BBB...

Had set up an appointment at 9 AM. They said it would take a hour for a simple rotation and alignment, I show up at 10 To pick up my truck, hoping to be done or close to done and they just had the truck going up on the lift, there excuse was they didn’t have a lift open, as I clearly seen lifts open when I dropped off the truck. I haVe had nothing but bad experiences at the forest lake tires plus....as in the back room they have 3 guys that come out to help, after they finish there conversation...customer service was horrible and the service to my truck was even worse, I will not be going back to the forest lake tires plus, I will be driving to a different location from now on

Girlfriends car wasn’t even touched until 30 minutes after the appointment. Simple tire patch took over 2 hours. Went in to ask how long it would take, they said 10 minutes... ended up being another 40. Horrible service will not go back.

Unmasked employees standing around the doors to get in and overbooked appointments. I showed up at my appropriate time slot and was scolded by some old man at the front counter like it was my fault I made an appointment and showed up on time. Wont do business here again.
Booking an appointment was super seamless and they were able to give me a quote over the phone that was spot on unlike other car service establishments. When I got in they told me it would be about 2 and a half hours but they had everything done within 1 hour and 15 minutes, very impressed with the friendly staff and service. I will definitely be coming back whenever I have any car troubles.
They were kind and informative! They did try and over charge me for a bulb change after speaking to the gentleman on the phone and he promised to only charge me half the labor if it didn’t take note than 15 minutes. It didn’t take them more than 10 minutes and he still tried to charge me full price. We discussed it and he did end up honoring what he promised. Good service but way overpriced for simple work. If you can do it at home- do it yourself and save the money.
Got 4 tires and an oil change here. Got done in about an hour..which is much faster than last time. Good people. A cup of coffee. I will go back.
Will not be going back. Brought my car in because my low tire pressure was on. After having them look at it they told me a sensor in my tire had broken and the tire was shredding from the inside. Since my car is AWD they were trying to force me to buy 4 new tires, even though they were all new tires as of this past fall. They refused to sell me just one tire when I refused to buy all four, so I brought my business elsewhere. That’s when the other place told me the sensor was broken in the tire, but the tire was not shredding at all, and it was just a little patch the tire needed and all was good. Tires Plus in Forest Lake was trying to get me to pay $595 when it was a $125 dollar fix. Will never go back! Dishonest people.
Mike and the rest of the crew were awesome. We blew a tire on our horse trailer and we could have been stranded for hours but they quickly got us on the way. Which meant our horses and dogs didn’t have to sit out in the heat. Very friendly great staff.

Theyre always nice and punctual. They tell you what you need to know, without trying to sell you out. This is the only place in town i get my oil changed at, and i wouldnt want to go any where else.Sometimes they can get an oil change done in less than an hour, sometimes they take a little longer. This time around they got it done super quick! Im happy with you guys, thanks for the good customer service!
Great customer service! We needed four new tires after an accident, got there half an hour before closing and they stayed on until we were taken care of. They even recommended a restaurant for dinner and took our cellphone number so they could call when the car was ready, if we were still at dinner, and theyd wait for us. Does it get any better than this? Treated practically like family. And, the job was well done. Highly recommend this store.

I went here to have E rated tires installed on a company vehicle. I had been quoted and placed a reservation online. When I got there they told me my total would be less than what I was quoted forby 50 dollars a tire. Surprised I asked him to verify the tires were correct and he said yes. I then look and instantly notice the tires were not even rated. I had him correct this and my pricing mat hed my online quote. Very odd.Their pricing on tires is competitive however I would never go here for anything but a tire change. I had a oil and filter change in which I was also quoted online for about $30. When I got the bill it came to about $80. I question the attendant about this and was told I had placed a reservation for a synthetic oil change. I ask to speak with the manager and was told by him that they upgraded the oil to synthetic because they didnt have my specific type of oil needed for the oil change. 5w-20 is pretty common in newer vehicles. He reduced my price to 35 dollars for my satisfaction.I would never go to Tires Plus for anything other than tires.
Looked at car right away
I went there for an alignment and it was done right and very quickly. I was totally happy but they said come on back for some other stuff and thats when I was informed they dont install parts that you bring in. I guess I wouldnt be so disappointed but I must have misunderstood when I asked about putting rear shocks in that I got from Amazon. I know 4 bolts is all it was and they were brand new. I would have done it myself but it was colder than I wanted to deal with.

I have purchased two sets of tires at this location and I have been very impressed both times. Contrary to what some of the posts have indicated, I have been treated great both times and the manager Mike is awesome. In both cases he took the time to make sure I got the tire that was best for me and my situation and didnt try to sell me the most expensive ones either. With both purchases I shopped around and the price I got was as good as anywhere else. It sucks buying tires because the reality is they are expensive but they come with a warranty and lifetime rotation. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.

Great customer service, got a new set of 4 tires mounted, balanced, and a alignment. My car was done and ready to go a half hour earlier than they told me. Good deal on the tires and services and done early, they exceeded my expectations! Great job guys!
Decent place. Theres better places to go for your car, like Freds in town. Cheaper, nicer, and can get you in and out faster. But if you are in a pinch and need to, tiresplus is ok.
I made an appointment online and when I showed up they said that they never got the appointment. Then 2 days later I showed up they said that they were not able to help me. I had something wrong with my tire as it kept leaking. I ended up going to some other place. Not sure if they changed his they service customers or if they had just grown. Either way the service is not what it used to be like.
The worst place I have ever been! I do not recommend this place! First off the manager was rude when I dropped off my car, the when I came back to get it when they said it would be done, it wasnt even touched. I called 2 hours later and still wasnt serviced. The manager calls be back 5 mins later and tells me you car is AW and not front wheel. When I explained to him that it is 2 wheel with 4 wheel drive, he told me he call a car dealership and they said otherwise! Okay buddy, then tells me he will start my car up in the air and if all wheels run he know his answer. No thanks Ill take my car somewhere else!
They obviously have some knowledge. But I came in for an alignment and said I wanted -1 camber and the guy comes back with -.5 which was frustrating. From the moment I walked in I had to say something, I was not greeted or spoken to afterwards. I wasnt allowed to see what he was doing which I understood but didnt like. I asked him to center the steering wheel and Ill admit it was close but very noticeably a few degrees off. I do autocross and trackdays so this wasnt acceptable. I came back probably 10mins later after I drove the car and noticed this and when I asked him to correct it not only did the guy not honor my opinion by saying he wanted to see for himself and wanted to go drive the road I was on which is not okay, but he proceeded to start working on another car and flat out ignore me. The guys at the front desk were difficult to work with and so was the guy that did my alignment. Ive never had such a horrible experience at a shop. Their service is beyond poor. Save some money and go somewhere else. I hear good things about Freds and I know theyre cheaper

I made an appointment because I was told that was the best way to make sure I wasnt waiting too long. I got there on time and was told 45 minutes. That was much longer than what I was told on the phone. I then watched 4 guys stand around and smoke while my oil changed had not even been started. It has now been an hour and Im still sitting here. Watching a worker read the news paper and the other guys talk.
Came for an just an only change once and took them 2 hours! Next time I came for an oil change I had an appointment again and my vehicle wasnt even pulled in until an hour past my appointment time. They didnt seem too bothered when I said I wanted to leave. Will not be returning here again. Used to bring 3 vehicles here.

Often treated with attitude and disrespect along with having to wait hours past expected pickup time for my vehicle.
Dropped my car off for a tire rotation and balance was told by the employee that they would be finished in a couple hours I said great and went to Culvers to eat and wait for them to finish. I came back two hours later and they had not touched my car. I explained that all they had to do was give me a call I would have worked with them on the time or brought it back another day when they were less busy but I was given no notification and thats bad customer service. The employee was nice and tried to make up for it he took my car in right away and started the balance I did not notice him tell his coworker to do this so I waited another 20 minutes for them to finish. He didnt charge me and said I hope you give us another chance I said I will and that things happen I understand. Well a few weeks later I gave them another chance with my wifes vehicle and they did even worse to her. they made her wait for 7 hours and never touched her car or called her she had to call them to get updates. When we arrived to find out what happened they told her that her car was AWD and that they would not change just two tires. This vehicle was not AWD all the time like an Audi it has part time AWD lock which means its two wheel drive all the time until it detects slippage then it locks and distributes equal power to all 4 tires but its not on all the time only in certain conditions GOOGLE it Tires Plus manager. there is also a 4WD mode that can force this on but you have to turn it on. Its legal and fine to change two tires at a time on a vehicle like this. The manager of this tires plus did not understand this and argued with us like a petulant child. I will never visit another tires plus in my life time Discount Tire is a better franchise in all ways.

I brought my car in for some new tires and an oil change. They completed it in a reasonable time frame with a more than reasonable price compared to other tire shops. I dealt with Anthony and Tom, both were helpful and good for a chuckle. I would recommend this Tires Plus for new tires and an oil change.
Great service. The technicians know what theyre doing. Theyre fast, and polite. Technician brought me back to my vehicle. Showed me exactly what was wrong and why. Had it fixed in a couple of hours.

In for a free oil change, last oil change they didnt tighten my drain plug. I noticed oil under my car, fortunately I know what I am doing. Had to add 2 quarts of oil. They could have burnt my motor down. Seriously considering changing shops. I know Mike the manager, he seems to run a decent shop, however Lance needs to slow down, listen, and not talk about his management in a negative way to his customers. Pick up your game fellas.

I highly recommend Mike Nelson and his crew at Forest Lake Tires Plus. Ive been going to this store for over a decade. I left the store when Mike Nelson left to manage another store. Now that he is back Ive returned. He has always treated me very fair and never cheated me.
Appointment was at 5:00 PM was at 545pm they finally get my vehicle in the shop and it wasnt done till 725pm sales person was rude do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to waste a few hours of your summer day.

I call days in advance for an appointment. A-hat says you dont need one. Just come in on the morning you want and we will get you in that morning. I only have an hour and he assures me it is ok. Upon arrival I am told they are booked but I can book and appointment for 1pm. Hmm...thought you didnt do appointments?!Strike 3: I show up for my 1pm. Im told it will be about an hour. Heres the preset BS line...it shouldnt be long...you are next in line. One hour later I return to find my truck has not been touched. Im told it would be 3 before it is done. So much for my hour! Guess what they told me...?It shouldnt be long...you are next in line. Such BS. There was a different car in the bay being aligned in front of mine. Maybe that car was next in line before I was?Save your time and money go somewhere else for honesty and integrity!
I had an appointment scheduled for 530pm for an alignment and I was there by 515pm. I also told them that I had to be out of there by 630pm when I scheduled my appointment and they said not a problem. I went and had dinner and came back at 600pm and asked if it was done. They said no it hasnt been put up on the rack yet. I asked if I get a discount since it wasnt in yet They said no. I waited 45 minutes and still not brought in. DONT EVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
If I could, I wouldnt give this place any stars to be honest. The customer service is awful and they over charge. Worst place!!
Whatever you do, do not go there...I was charged for a $562 part they never installed and when called out on it they wouldnt install it because they had done so much other work..I have never been ripped off like that so openly..save yourself the misery
My daughters car broke down near Forest Lake. The employees at Tires Plus fixed her car and had her on her way very quickly. Very reasonably priced and great customer service. Thank you for such great service.
Had my Ford focus serviced by Tires plus, had to have recall work done and found the engine covered with oil because the dip stick was not pushed into place, also found the windshield washer container cover not on. The tires were not inflated to recommended pressure, Will not be a returning customer.
Came in for an oil change and wheel alignment. 3-4 hours later all they did was oil change. I just said forget and give me my car. Saw my car was on the lift for awhile and no one was working on it. So frustrating cause nobody knew what was going on. Never coming back to Tire plus Forest Lake again!
Went to this Tires Plus after a poor inspection performed at Silver Lake Road Tires Plus in St Anthony, who tried to sell me, falsely that calipers, pads, rotors were needed immediately, stating they were all rusted and down to less than 10%, front & back. Was aware of 20% left on front pads and need for new rotors. Asked that Tires Plus, upon drop off, to diagnose front end noise. They did not address requested issue. Long story short, I had 2 shops look at car before this place. They did end up being correct about repairs needed, but I did not purchase at that time due to each shop suggesting different repairs. Finally settled on a shop in New Brighton, near where I work. Feel I should acknowledge these guys as honest, even though the approach from the service advisor was a bit suspect.
Snow-covered parking lot, so its impossible to see lines. Guy comes out and puts plastic signs that say No Parking - Work Area. Makes sense, but I asked him where I could park instead. He gruffly replied, Not there. and walked back into the shop. Decided not to park anywhere and left.
Front desk guys are very nice with customers. Not sure about the mechanics skills since I never got the job done there.
I have been going to this location for years for my basic oil changes and patiently wait since oil changes take over an hour even with an appointment. However, today will be the very last time I will step foot into this location or do any future business with that company. On 10/4/17 went for my oil change appointment car was brought in at 12:45 pm and I was finally able to leave at 2:07 pm, when I went out to my car I noticed a large red scratch on my headlight. When I went to speak with the manager Mike Nelson he was absolutely rude, unprofessional and very abrasive.Told me his staff did not do that, and there is nothing red in the shop. Really?? your hoists are red, but they did not do it? Then please explain why when the tech noticed me looking at my vehicle. The look on his face was like he knew he got caught? Technician Luis (03) was very careless and irresponsible with my vehicle, so I cannot imagine how they treat other customers vehicles. Plus, I was not given my courtesy check sheet Charles the Service Adviser tossed it in the trash so when I asked for the report he was not going to give it to me, but I requested the form and he had to retrieve it from the garbage receptacle. I noticed the tech made remarks on the form scratches on fender, nothing noted on headlight. Were they trying to hide this from me as customer? Accidents happen, but end of the day be honest and we could have figured this out instead you blame the customer and take zero accountability. Very disappointed customer!!!!
