Pat was the greatest! I didnt like the whole car shopping experience but then I went to Kandi Auto talked to pat and that all changed. He was so great, made sure I got the best deal on a great car. He then had it financed in about 30 minutes. He even feed us lunch! :) Best place I have been to buy a car, would highly recommend.

Great service! My first test drive, the wheels had a shaking issue. He had it fixed within two days, I tested it one more time and told him I’d like to buy the car. He then had the car financed in less than an hour!! Great place, highly recommended.

This place sets the standard for excellence! Being a first timer when it comes to buying a car from a dealership I obviously had some nerves going into the process. These guys, even if they are operating from a smaller sales venue, made this entire experience far better than I could have even imagined! From the first call, to the application process, to me driving off the lot, the customer service and attention to detail were right there all the way through. The depiction of a car salesman you may see in a movie is nonexistent here. They dont just sell you a car, they work with you to get you the car you desire. The patience, knowledge, and overall understanding they have is to the moon. Very good dealership. Me and my fiance bought a 2012 bus from pat, and it was a very straight forward process. Pat makes everything very easy to understand and he awnsered all the questions we had about the process. I would highly recommend Kandi auto over any other dealership. We went to Kandis Auto after my car was totaled out in an accident in November 2019. Looked at car guru. Found the type of vehicle I wanted. Looked at a larger dealer. Didnt have what I wanted. Found the car that looked right at Kandis. Called and drove to the dealership. My husband was unsure about a small dealer in a small town. But the car looked good, so he agreed to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised. Met both Todd and Pat. Upfront, honest, friendly, agreeable, had integrity, and the car drove and handled wonderfully. Price was appropriate. Needless to say we bought the car and are happy campers. Would definitely refer others to them.

Worked primarily with Pat, but also got to meet Todd. Guys were awesome to work with and run a nice smaller sizes dealer. Got a great deal on my vehicle with no BS. Dont believe the two lower reviews, these guys are great!

Im 63 years old and bought a lot of vehicles in my time. I have never had a better experience! Todd made it very enjoyable and the best job of getting a good deal! Thank you for being a good honest Christian man!

My husband spoke with Todd, asking him about a truck, and letting him know that we would be driving 3.5 hours one way to come see it, so we wanted to be sure on some things. He asked him about rust; he could see in the photos the plow had rust, but Todd said that he didn’t think there was any on the truck. He told him that he could see dents in the pictures, but asked if there was anything else He should know that was wrong with it, and was told, “No--its a nice truck.” Todd said it was a lease return and had been “fleet maintained.” My husband asked him if the price would be negotiable, and he said he would look at it. We did some research. The truck had two previous owners and oil changes logged at a Valvoline a couple of times, like every 10-20,000 miles. Seemed strange that a fleet-maintained truck would have oil changes logged that way, but again We gave them the benefit of the doubt; the shop have good reviews from a couple of people. We began the drive. We had some babysitter issues and were going to have to stay with a friend and come the next day. When we called to relay this info, he let us know that we would have to pay sticker price and that he wouldn’t lower the price. This was kind of frustrating since we had already driven 2.5 hours, but he didn’t promise he would negotiate (just left the door open). We got there in the morning. He let us know that he could get way more at auction for the truck and wasn’t sure why he even put it on the web. Well we didn’t have to look long before we realized that we had been misled. The pictures of the truck did not come close enough to show that it was dented everywhere. I made my way to the front of the truck, where the front grill was smashed and held in place with a bungee cord (there had been no pics of the front). Pieces were hanging out of the front grill. Oof. There were little spots of rust where the truck was dented, not massive, but more than none. When my husband got to the back of the truck, he shouted out in surprise: “the bed is rusted to heck!” This was slightly embarrassing, so I went over to look--it appeared almost rusted through. So much for no rust. There was trash, old rusty tools, and junk in the back of the truck as well. Really it looked like someone had just pulled it out of a shop, parked it, and never touched it. We didn’t start it, didn’t check anything else, didn’t talk price (so this isn’t a revenge thing), we could no longer be interested. He shook my husband’s hand and we left. We were just kind of in shock-- 7 hours of driving, having to find an overnight babysitter, only to show up and find that we’d been totally lied to. Yes, we knew there was a chance we’d find slight differences than the description--but these were blatant lies--things we’d specifically asked about. Todd was polite and courteous, but this was awful. It is only fair for others to hear this story and for hopefully Kandi Auto will be more up-front in the future. Todd cost us money and completely wasted 24 hours of our time.

This was our most pleasant vehicle buying experience. We will shop with Kandi Auto Sales before any future used vehicle purchase. Very honest ownership in a time where honesty and integrity is hard to find.

Todd is a great person to buy a car from. I was looking for a second car and he took the time to show me what he had. No pressure and the best price i could find in the state. I will be back again.
