After having to sit for 45 minutes while the Reps mask was on his chin half the time and below his nose the other half and watching the other employees with the same concept! I would not text his to anyone! I have lupus I was double masked even told him that! His response… no worries you will be fine! Please I have been isolated for a year and half for a reason! Visited the Forest Lake store yesterday to upgrade my phone. Leo helped me choose the best phone and got me all set up. I ended up getting a much better phone plan for our family which has 4 users! I got a new iPhone 12 Pro Max and couldn’t be happier, plus ended up not paying any more money in our plan with this top of the line phone included! Leo is an amazing sales rep and so helpful - what a rock star!

Josh at my local store is a little rock star! I had to me a slightly complicated issue with paying off and buying a new phone, and he made it painless. He was kind, caring, answered all of my questions, and was just a joy to work with. He helped me with the phone issue, ordered my husband order a smart watch and helped me when I came back later in the day because I had to have a smart watch too. I loved working with him immensely. Everyone here is kind. I called before I came in and had the pleasure of speaking to Michael who said he was new and did amazing! He worked hard to answer my phone questions and was very kind. I stopped in sometime last week and had a very good experience! Ill start by giving many thanks to John and Leo for being patient with my partner and I as we got the ball rolling into some new devices! Here are the highlights:- Cool trade-in offers! You could get between $350 and $800 off a new phone, and you cant beat that!- Good communication - much more trustworthy than any of the other retailers in town!- I go through phones yearly, and NextUp is honestly the best thing for me! I havent ever had that option explained to me with other carriers, either. Make sure to ask about it!!!- They didnt let me leave without making sure that I had all of my information transferred between phones, understood the terms of my deal, and offered me a buy one get two free deal on a couple cases.Definitely try them out, if you havent already! I know Ill be back.

Mindy was extremely helpful and patient with me. It is the extra effort put forth that is the reason I switched from T-Mobile, because AT&T is that much better at customer service, and the Forest Lake location demonstrates why AT&T is superior to other providers. They may be slightly higher price, but its worth it!

I called about a current promotion yesterday, they told me no worries, we get at least 3 days notice before promotions expire. I went back today and was told the offer had expired.... My trade in went down from $800 to $350 ....I called AT&T directly and they promotion still applies... WT?I was asked to contact the owner (see below) to make it right... Ive sent and email and replied to two others.... Nothing!

Our sales associate Jennifer was beyond amazing. She didnt try to push a sale on us untill we were ready. So we came back after a couple days and worked with Jen. She was super knowledgeable and didnt try to give us the run around and everything was very clear cut. We are super happy with our service so far.

Great store, welcoming staff, they aren’t pushy - they listen to your wants and needs and make suggestions to accommodate what you need. High encourage people to stop in here now that the management has switched and the store is filled with staff that care about their customer. Completely amazing staff, Jennifer helped me and she was the sweetest gal I’ve ever worked with. She wasn’t pushy, helped me get done what I needed and went above and beyond and got me a plan with add ons I didn’t even know I needed. Lots of questions & John was happy to answer each of them. Susie also helped guide me through the process. The both of them sought the most price-friendly deal & told me about discounts I qualify for that I wasn’t even aware of! Purchased 3 new iphones over 5 days and every experience had its issues and I was 100% lied to today. All phones had NEXTUP added to them even though we declined NEXTUP. NEXT up does not show on your invoice from the store anywhere. One phone had protection added to it and the sales person I talked to today said we ALWAYS bundle protection with every phone. Yet it was only one out of three. Two of the phones never received paper receipts. I was told we never print receipts. Yet on my first phone they asked if we wanted a printed receipt. I did. And here is the best one. Daughter went in with a 128gb XR, sales person had a ear bud in the entire transaction. The did not have the color she wanted so they had it sent to her house. She went in to do the transfer and guess what, they sold her a 64 and the data did not fit. She had not opened the phone, they did, and they charged her a $55.00 restocking fee on a phone she never touched. When I asked about it I was told we always sell the entry model 64 gb. Funny I bought a phone there 5 days earlier and my engaged sales person asked, what are you trading in/. I said a 128 XR. She said then I assuming you want at least a 128 or would you like to upgrade to a 264, so another lie. I suggested they could make me happy by refunding the $55 restocking fee. Her answer we CANNOT do that here you need to call ATT at 611. So I did, in the parking lot. I was told by ATT that she was not being honest and that they could indeed refund the money and make me happy. Further he reviewed my account and informed me that the NEXTUP was added to all phones. Just know you are not dealing with ATT but with PRIME Communications, a reseller, they pay their employees a super low wage and demand sales and upgrades. Their BBB rating is 1, that is as low as you cant get. Sales people lie, add services and spiffed products. My dealings with ATT was excellent, not aways, but they seem to try and the right thing. Advise: Document, require an invoice, do not wait for your bill to be wrong, be proactive and call ATT and see what has been added.

He was so great to work with — he wasn’t pushy, listened to what I asked for, explained everything to me before I signed anything, and was overall such a nice person to work with! AVOID THIS PLACE IF JASON IS WORKING. I wanted to switch my service over to AT&T and I was horrified at the treatments here.I asked if he would help us transfer our data over he sort of scoffed at me and told me to I need to buy something for $15 and they would do it, he said “we are just sales reps, we don’t do that”. Not 5 minutes later I heard another customer ask my same question and that rep said they do transfer data. I asked Jason again to transfer my data and he STILL refused to help me.I will never go to AT&T because of the way I was treated at this location.ONE STAR

Had a very bad experience here and was told to go online to receive the promotions I mentioned.... didn’t catch the guys name that greeted us at door and attempted to help us.... he was rude and acted like he had no time to help even though we were only customers in the store.... 4 people working and no one looked excited to be there or to help... left and went to Blaine location and received 5 star service.... disappointing it’s not AT&T policy to be consistent in there hiring choices....

The Forest Lake MN AT&T store offers exceptional service. I stopped in on 9/8/18 to switch from Verizon to AT&T. Caleb provided excellent customer service. He showed me other options but never made me feel pressured or frustrated. I have never received such good customer service from a phone retail store. Ill definitely be recommending to friends. I stopped back later in the day and the manager helped me with my account after I messed some stuff online. She also was awesome and had a great demeanor that was calming.I hope this review makes it back to AT&T--didnt see a place to leave a review on their website.Great location to get help and info!

Went to transfer Fiance from her parents plan to my plan both AT&T, I bought her a new phone and myself Had to be a New service line to get the promotion that was available. So she lost her old number get our bill and there are exuberant amount of fees that We were not informed of call ATT customer service And they told us we signed the service contract and we will be paying the fees. Im completely blown away at the lack off customer service.

Already had done my research on what I wanted before hand. I went in, bought my device, added it to my plan and activated it all in about 15 minutes. No upselling, barely a wait. Employee was very nice and easy to work with. Ive had bad experiences at this store before with employees trying to get me to change my grandfathered plan.

The place is a joke! Huge issue with one of the sales reps selling me the wrong plan for a hotspot when we finally figured it out the deal was no longer available and could not be grandfathered in... corporate blamed it on the sales rep the sales rep blamed it on corporate they tried charging me for the hotspot after I had returned it. It sat at the store for over five months without being credited for it they said I had to send it back into corporate corporate told me I had to leave it at the store and they would take care of everything the manager and sales reps refuse to do anything for me. I loved the service but there’s no customer service available and with over 40 phone calls to AT&T and I guarantee over 100 hours of hold time they never figured out a single thing never credited my account and I was forced to go back to Verizon!

I came to the store with a iphone 4S that had failed knowing that many decisions would need to be made regarding purchasing a new phone. I was helped by Joshua N. who was awesome. He took to the time to listen to my questions and concerns and offered valuable advice without rushing the transaction or trying to sell me one way or another. He guided me like Pharrell coaches on The Voice and allowed me to choose a solution that best worked for my needs. Very good experience overall.

I walked in and was met by a rep ! He had very little to say and asked for my drivers license! I told him I was worried about an email from Apple and he said I would need to go through Apple! No encouragement or support.. as well I asked to look at a new phone- he walked me over and pointed to 4 options and stared at me! Maybe he was new and had nothing to offer! Do not trust what the employees tell you at this store about prices!!!!! Have them show you printed documentation.When I went there to change my cell plan to unlimited they told me it would be X amount for the plan less taxes. When the Bill came in it was $25 more than I was told. Not including taxes. I also purchased the mobile internet/hot spot box and was told I would receive a credit on my Direct TV bill. That was a lie. I was also told that I would not be throttled down with there internet. That was another lie.Long story short, when I asked them about it I was told: The rep you set up everything with was let go and you have no proof so there is nothing we can do about it. This store will tell you anything to get you to sign up and hope you dont read the fine print. I have never had a problem with ATT before or this store but I cannot sit back and let them screw people over like I was.

Absolutely terrible! I went in there one event and upgraded 2 phones to the newest iphone8s and added another line to my account also.. That same evening 1 of the new phones was dropping calls and when texts were sent to the phone the screen would become blurry and unable to read. Also the reset date on the phone was 2 weeks prior to the day I bought it. The othe phone worked fine and the reset date was the day I bought it.. we didnt even transfer info to the phone with the 2 week prior date, so I thought that was strange... I went to the store and told them my issues and they wanted me to pay a $45 restocking fee... the receipt says subject to a restocking fee not were giving you a restocking fee even if the phone doesnt work correctly! I bout the phone just 18 hours ago! I just want to exchange it for one that going to show a current reset/startup date and works correctly.. The guy just kept bring up the $45 bucks.. yes hes said bucks.. Im not sure if this was a power trip for this wannabe salesmen or if he is just that stupid to know how to keep customers coming back.. I called Apple and they said theyd take care of it and didnt understand why the Forest Lake, Mn store wouldnt help out a customer thats clearly a customer with a good history.. Ill NEVER GO BACK to the Forest Lake, Mn AT&T store in my life. Way to go man, ya lost a customer.. Keep up the good work!!!

Manager is a creepy liar. Anither young girl that helped me was rude and unprofessional. JJ is the only rep who even tried to help me with my bill. Hes a good rep and the only rep Id ever go to. Poor experience. Switching from Verizon. Claimed their computer and internet connection was too slow to transfer data from Verizon, Recommended we do it with itunes. They put my finger print on my wifes phone and mine on hers. Itunes would not recognize our phones. Recommended icloud transfer. Switched to Apple help. Still not able to transfer music.Lost services after 5 days and called store. On hold 20 minutes and still nobody answered. Contacted A T & T direct. They tried 3 times and still store did not answer. Incredible that a cell phone company has terrible internet connection and dont answer their phone. Drove to the store wasting 35 minutes and found out they were having trouble with some towers.
