Max was super helpful, where the online experience was not so great. I dont know where Id be if Max hadnt helped me. He was saved the experience, and may be the reason I ever try Tmobile in the future. Thank you, Max!

I went to this store yesterday 2 minutes before their posted closing time. When I entered I told the man who was behind the counter that I only needed an answer to a question because I know they are closing. I asked if T-Mobile can replace my phone if I am a Sprint customer. The man that was working told me No. The merger hasnt actually happened yet. I thanked him and left. Come to find out that the merge between Sprint and T-Mobile happened April of 2020 according to an email I received from Sprint. If I look up merger info on T-mobiles website it states The merger is complete. If I look up where I can get service, this location comes up. I would have returned another day to get a new phone, but with the poor service I received I will be taking my money elsewhere. I am very tempted to contact corporate and complain about this locations lack of quality service.

Called twice first guy said busy come another day now called store asked question unable to help by manager said not availble for a month then hung up on me.😖

Ordered a phone there. Promised overnight delivery, and nobody can tell me where it is. I spoke with Anthony in the store who was rude, and frankly useless. Offered no suggestions, had no apology. Service like that makes we want to switch carriers.

The two young ladies were very courteous, answered every question we had, helped set up our phones until the end, and had complete patience with us. Kudos to the Forest Lake location. Have had the worst experiences at this store!! I bought a new phone here, they didnt set up the plan I asked for nor did they add the device insurance I requested!! I had to drive an extra 30 minutes to have them fix all the things this place did wrong. Wont ever be back here!

This store in Forest Lake, MN rocks!!! The employees have ALWAYS been friendly and willing to handle any problems or questions I have (no matter how minor they may be). The stores Under New Management and it seems to show! Big uptick in their customer service and their values. When I got there was very busy and all the Reps were busy but I was greeted cheerfully and helped within a reasonable amount of time. Ill gladly drive a few more minutes out of my way to go here then go to my local location. Thank you so much guys!! Eric and Cynthia and Quincy kick a**!!

I read the reviews, was initially a bit hesitant. The service we received here was great! I knew what I wanted going in & the current deals that were available. We played a bit dumb, because I wanted see how/what they pushed. Quincy & Erik were awesome, not over bearing & made us aware of all the current deals available without pushing them. We got exactly what we wanted, at the price we expected & with top notch service! I think sometimes bad reviews come from an unmet expectation. But the phone industry is kind of crazy, its constantly in flux. I think if some folks would do a little bit of their own homework, they would walk away happy. At least that was my experience with this location. Recommend.

Terrible customer experience not only in this store but also customer care. I was given bad information while setting up service which led me to miss out on $500! Great way to start a business relationship. The manager who told me that these promotions didnt exist instead should have said he didnt know so that my account would be set up correctly. Go figure he now doesnt work for the store. This was just the tip of the iceberg on what can only be described as total incompetence and a lack of caring. Now after the fact my solution would be to cancel, porting my numbers, then porting them back to T-Mobile setting it up properly this time so I get the promotion? Unbelievable. I couldnt be more dissatisfied with my decision to switch to T-Mobile. Make sure you know all the answers to your questions going in so youre not misled as well. 0 stars.

This T-Mobile is unprofessional the manager is a young punk who thinks he can treat people bad ... he doesnt listen to you and he cuts you off when you are trying to explain things I would never recommend this place to anyone. I didnt even want to give it one star but I had too.

They didnt have much in stock for phones under $200. The one they did have they didnt have the protective case for it. The associate was friendly, but Ill check out another store.

I have been a T-Mobile Customer for over 10 years. Around 14 if I am not mistaken. I have never had any major issues until today. Ive spent a lot of $$ with them and have had 5 lines on my account for many years so you can imagine my bill is pretty high. I ordered a phone Friday for my daughters 12th birthday on Tuesday, I paid for 2 DAY shipping. I have done this numreous times in the past and my device has always arrived in 2 days... They havent even shipped it yet and are saying well its 2 days from when it ships, not 2 days from when you place it(not inlcuding weekends of course, 2 days form Friday should arrive Tuesday) Why would you offer 2 day shipping if it may not ship for 3 days?? Ive never had this issue. Now my 12 year old goes without a present and they just shrug their shoulders at a customer who has spent roughly $30,000 dollars with them in 14 years. They did not attempt to make it right, they said I could cancel my order..... I was dealing with a Danielle on their chat feature.

Horrible store employees. They are KNOW IT ALLS and only screw up your concerns more, making them worse. Went through 3 sim cards and couple phones and these idiots still couldnt get it right. If your in a hurry dont come here, or eat and bring your dinner with you into store. Their customer care over phone is a bunch of dot heads named steve overseas, be careful giving them your account info. Customer Care calls usually take average of 1 hour so be prepared, power your phone off and back on.... you have done what their answer is to everything. So you can now escalate to someone else in tech support lol.

Stopped in to buy an Apple Watch. Told it would be 15-20 minutes. After the screwed up my activation and failed to follow my advice, I was there for an hour. Then denied me the bathroom. Smug employees kept giving me looks. Really weird experience. Trashy.

This store is a joke and not in the good way why sell me a screen protector with a lifetime warranty when you dont carry the protector? So youll send me one well after 4 weeks im tired of waiting i went to a sprint store and they had the screen protector for my Galaxy s9 in stock its sad when i have to go to a sprint store to get my T-Mobile phone fixed

I am disabled, was given wrong information by two employees at that store. When I tried to talk to a manager name Eric on a phone, he was rude. When I came to store, one of their employees told me that they give people wrong information just to get them in a store to sell higher priced iteams, and that his manager does not care about customers. When I asked manager to talk to his boss, he said there is no one above him, and cant make complain about him, and that his boss does not deal with customers at all! They had note in system about a mistake and giving wrong information. Would never deal with them again.

I went to this store to pay off my gear s3 watch and look into lowering my bill and preordering the s9 and s9+. Right when I walked in I was greeted by sale associate Cynthia. She was very helpful in getting what I wanted done. Very knowledgable on the promotion and cases and screen protectors for the S9. Will return for all my Tmobile needs.

Horrible customer service, at least greet customers ever they walk in! It was busy but stood there for 20 minutes willing to wait without anyone acknowledging us. Extra worker walking around, but not saying anything then disappeared into the back. Walked out without being helped.

Went into this store the day before Christmas Eve and spoke with Alex. My daughter has a line with walmart and I only wanted to buy out a phone through my tmobile account (for obvious reasoning; better options on phones, etc.).. Alex helped me out through the whole process and when it came time to activate my daughters new sim card through walmart, we had a few hiccups but she got the job done the RIGHT way.Very disappointed with walmarts family mobile customer service but it did not phase her as she made sure I left a happy and satisfied customer. My experience with this location and Alex as a sales rep was phenomenal if not perfect (may I remind you theyve only been open a bit over a month). My daughter was happy with her Christmas present and I was happy everything was done correctly in the end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALEX.

Horrible Customer Service Lady at first. If you go there and you have Cinthea help you: Leave right away. She has a huge snobby attitude and asked my mother if she was blind (shes 40) because she had the font set at large on her phone. She changed multiple settings on her phone and we cant figure out how to fix it. Then a different lady pulled us aside and was a million times better.

Kinda dropped the ball on my trade in. I wanted to trade in at the store so I wouldnt have to deal with a lost phone doing the mail in trade in. It was processed incorrectly and I had to mail it in. I had to call T-Mobile a few times because they lost/couldnt find my trade in. Other than that service was friendly and helpful.

Literally stood around for 20mins before I finally approached the kid. He was pretending to be looking something up for another customer who was just looking at phones. Horrible customer service at this Forest Lake location.

My first time going there both the workers where unprofessional and acted like chickens with their head cut off when it started to get busy like they had no idea how to multi task and the unprofessionalism just got worse I did have to go in again and when I walked to the door a sales rep was outside when I asked if they were open she just stared at me I cant stand this place I will take a 20-40 min drive just to go somewhere else you should too
