Erin is very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. She is great at giving options and ideas within a budget and at offering current deals/promos that can be applied to meet said budget. Overall Erin is wonderful at building customer relationships on the phone, in person, and through any follow up issues that may or may not come up after your purchase!!!

A truly amazing level of customer service from Jakob Smith when I purchased my new A71 Samsung phone (and also from Amanda on the phone before I came in to the store). Jakob transferred my data, photos, contacts and all the rest, including my apps, videos and docs, and then helped me set up my home screen, email accounts, favorite apps on my home screen and reviewed my new charger and basic phone operations and settings locations. He was patient, incredibly helpful and totally informative. He made the whole process smooth and effective and educational. A true credit to this company! FIVE-PLUS STARS!!!

I will say the staff is very nice and professional, great store . The only thing I will add is if you don’t have them transfer your data from old phone to new don’t allow a READY!GO setup fee of $30, if your DIY on setting up your phone and all they do is activate it that’s what the activation fee is for. They refunded me and I’m happy with the way they handled it. If they transfer your data from old phone to New phone then you should be charged for READY!GO fee of $30. If not you should not be paying a READY!GO fee

After waiting for several months of daydreaming of moving into an improved camera cell phone, I was near the Verizon store in Forest Lake and stopped in to ask questions. With patience Tristan answered many questions thoroughly, and guided the phone, and me, through the completion, activation and transfer of data. I enjoyed working with Tristan on this big step.

Went in and was greeted very nicely by Michele K. She was very nice, friendly and welcoming. She went through the whole process with us and explained everything very nice and neat, she even wrote down all the information down on a Notepad, which is very nice of her and rare because nowadays most workers they don’t care to write anything down for you. She explain everything very clearly, and was very understanding. Would recommend her to anyone. Overall, customer service was nice and Michele was very helpful!

I was shopping for a new phone since I had a iPhone 6S + and it was 4 years old. Amanda greeted me and helped me look at my options. I was pretty sure I wanted the 11 Pro but didn’t purchase it that day. Came back in 3 days to purchase the Pro. I wanted the gold 64GB but they didn’t have it in stock. Amanda was not at work yet and somebody from the store contacted her to let her know what phone I wanted to buy. Patrick and Eric were absolutely fantastic to work with. They are so knowledgeable with mobile devices, tablets and accessories. I needed all my data transferred from my blackberry Q10 to my new s7 edge. Eric had to download software onto the store computer and then download smart switch onto my blackberry. He was then able to transfer my data. I am so grateful Verizon has such smart guys working for them. I am truly amazed with my experience at wireless zone Forest lake, MN. Patrick has been so helpful with my choice of devices, set up and training. He and Eric really made my cell phone purchase and switch so easy and painless. I will be a customer for life.

I was looking to add a line and upgrade my phone. I drove past another retailer to get to this store. I was so pleased when Eric was there to help me again. Nothing I been working with the team on this but nothing was resolved .. its the phone itself and I figured out what.. :( I even ask for upgrade to a different phone..it has shut off on me with important calls ( medical ) and in last 72 hours it has shut off more than 25 times.. nothing from this store will make me walk back in.. sad is its so easy to fix this issue.. I will pay off my phone shortly and be in the wind

I highly recommend this Verizon location! We worked with Amanda - she was super patient, and really on top of everything. She broke down all the pricing and plans on paper for me (I’m a visual person so this was so helpful), ordered our phones, and set up the new phones when they were delivered to the store. We went out to dinner and came back in to the store to find everything done and set up! The whole process was painless! Since then she has reached out to me twice by email! I have recommended her and this location to a few people since and we will definitely be back if we ever have to visit a store again!
