I had purchased 2 phones, one for myself and one for my daughter, and had the best associate help us. CJ was courteous and knowledgeable and helped make the whole transferring of our data process smooth and stress free! Good Customer service like he provided us with was very much appreciated and we will definitely come back to TCC when looking to upgrade again.

Cj was really helpful with getting my new iPhone set up and got me a great deal. I will be sending my friends to this location as the other store in town were just trying to upsell me.

Im not sure what her name is but the girl working today helped me out and got a phone setup on a new line under my account. She worked through multiple issues instead of just giving up, which I definitely appreciate.

Very unhappy. Doesn’t answer phone and pushed away customers when it gets complicated.Whoever closed on 5/27 needs some training and a reality check.

I purchased a phone and phone case from the Verizon store in Forest Lake, they did not have the screen protector I needed in stock. The employee in Forest Lake called other stores to find the screen proctor I needed.Patrick, from the Chisago was kind enough to install the screen protector but went over the phone functions with me. (Grace had also gone over the phone functions in Forest Lake but never hurts to go over things twice) Patrick answered all my questions with patience!

This place is not a Verizon store. They are privately owned and are a representative of Verizon. Therefore they have limited access to your account and are not much help. Basically they are a retail store to sell you overpriced items that you can buy online and have delivered right to your door. Disappointed.

They are slow and dont listen every time o.o go their they mess up my phone more .
