Im not giving 2 for service, they do good with that. It was the final experience which drops my rating from 5 to 2. Weve been an active client for 5 years and overlooked 1 $140 bill (while continuing to utilize and pay Bitworks for other services since). I completely understand calling me to rectify and happily so, what I cant understand is immediately on the first call, the person threatening suit when I say Ill speak with a manager at the store to find out the situation. What I further dont understand is then texting me calling me a douchebag and writing our business a 1 star review, its just not necessary.

I had my iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced there last week. There were some glitches in it after and I called and explained what was happening. they fixed it, no charge with fast service.Update: It took 3 times to get it right the first time, thought it was a fluke. Broke my screen again and went back, took 3 times again!

Knowledge and didnt try to oversell. Didnt end up using their services. The cost of repairs would have been more than buying a new chromebook. This was consistent with everywhere I looked. Very helpful staff.

I have been to this store twice both times the staff was very helpful . Got my phone fixed in a hour. They helped us buy a new computer for our son. Came in on a snowy Saturday. Prices reasonable. Will definitely be back if I need them.

My system disc died a couple of years ago and I thought all my data and pictures were lost. Bitworks recovered my data and pictures to a USB drive. Awesome job!!! Now I make sure I backup at least once a month.

Hi I am 13 I went to Bit Works last summer for a simple battery replacement and what did I get a broken phone screen and they told my mom that I broke the phone screen when I didn’t and they made her pay an extra 100.00 dollars. she had to pay all together 160.00. Keep in mind my phone was a refurbished iPhones 6S that I paid for with my own money. The phone when i got it was 150.00. So I got it back and the weirdest thing started to happen whenever my phone reached 15% it would start to lag to the point where it was unusable. So that was my experience at bit works in Forest Lake Minnesota.

I cant say enough about how awesome my experience was with BitWorks, my first such experience. Eric was amazing and a total delight. He was personable, answered all of my questions patiently and completely without talking down to me, gave me all the pertinent itemized numbers for repair estimate, and once I authorized the repairs, gave me appropriate progress reports. Communication was excellent as was the work performed. No overpromising or underdelivering like so many businesses today. My Dell laptop was totally dead. Eric put in a new motherboard, new keyboard and new SSD and transferred everything from my old HD to my new SSD and cleaned it all up. I swear it looks brand new! Everything on the screen looks just like it did before it all went black. A few clicks at the shop to test drive it, and we were off and running. Brought it home, and it was total plug and play. So pleased. Highly recommend.

Pretty unimpressed with this place. They may be able to glue some screens together, but when it comes to computer software and virus removal they cannot do what needs to be done. I came in with an infected disk drive and INSTEAD of doing the “labor” for which I was charged $100 for, they said forget it and installed a free anti-malware program which was trashed by the virus’s within my hard drive anyways before I could even boot the laptop when I picked it up. I wish I could rate 0 out of 5 stars because I was scammed out of my money. 10 out of 10 recommend coming here if you’re someone who doesn’t wanna acknowledge the fact that you’re getting robbed, and will pay too much for something you aren’t going to bother trying to learn. Pathetic.

Fixed my laptops screen half a year ago and it still works perfectly fine. Good, fast work for a relatively fair price, could be a bit cheaper though... But computer stuff is and always will be expensive.

The store is very neat and clean, and the people who work there are really helpful, and friendly. They were the only place open in forest lake when looking for someone to fix a broken screen.

Went to get my phone fixed, left my phone on a Friday and did not get it back until the Friday after. The guy broke my screen, ordered the new part and it took 2 days extra from what I was told. Came back and the microphone is not working on the phone after he replaced the screen. My original issue was the charging port. Would not recommend.

I have several computors. Thus computors come with thier own issues from time to time. In the past I have tried several local and not so local copmanies. Not of them have been able to fix issues as quicly and affectivly as Bit Works. Here is the topper they have been the most cost affective also. The people are great and they are honest with you relative to issues with your device and they get things done when they say. They are the ony place i take my computors now.

I needed my laptop fixed because it was running extremely slow and the Bitworks was able to get it up and running within a day! They told me I had some viruses and other junk on my hard drive, but after I got it back I just couldnt believe how fast it runs now! Thank you Bitworks! I will definitely be using you for any future repairs.
