Metro in forest lake is a wonderful place to go

Only one person on staff. Took forever. Multiple people left because of it. And when I said I wanted to switch to their service she immediately jumped to the conclusion that my phone wouldnt work on their Network and Id have to buy a new one. Spoiler alert: my phone works on their Network. I may change this is my experience after sometime improves.

Mr. Kraby, MetroPCS offers an enhanced exchange by mail service to expedite the warranty replacement of any defective handset (usually in 2-4 business days). The fee(s) involved cover shipping, handling and time. You certainly always have the option of contacting the manufacturer yourself to address any issues, but warranties usually require the consumer to pay return shipping anyway, and can take 2 weeks or more, which makes the in-store option an excellent value!

I bought a new phone from them and new service total cost was supposed to be $180 well they took $360 instead and every time I try to call them they dont answer Ive tried going in and handling it but always get told theres nothing we can do on our end! After this month Im switching companies worst company to get phones threw

I went in there with a broken phone walked out with a brand new phone for $62 and I actually like my phone a lot its great Im very happy and pleased the service was great they did all the work for me I didnt have to do anything I got to keep my same phone number. Overall I was very pleased and would recommend MetroPCS to everyone youre not going to get a better deal anywhere else

Metro pcs in Forest Lake has GREAT customer service! VERY helpful! I have changed my plan numerous times, its always quick and easy! Plus if they tell me my new rate is $40, its exactly $40! Metro pcs is, by far, the BEST provider Ive ever had!

Young Lady behind counter was very rude and we had to wait a long time as she flirted with the customer she was helping. She also is not very knowledgeable about services and instead of admitting it, gave us a slew of flase information and made the transaction extremely difficultFor identification purposes: your woman, age aprox 20, half shaved head with long Mohawk to one side. Wearing a pagon star around her neck.

I will be leaving metropce becouse i was lied to ..said i could return my hotspot link the thing did not work, she said i used 300 and some gigs when i cant even get it to work !! What a joke and what happened to 90 days .. Done with metro

Metro pcs are crooks get you in and if there phone messed you have to pay shipping and activation even if its still under factory warenty which costs more than the phone
