Ace Hardware is a definite asset to our community! I was looking for a latch for my igloo cooler. When I called Hope not only knew that they had one but that it was in aisle 12. That’s service!! She handled the purchase transaction over the phone, stapled the receipt to the package and said it would be ready for pickup!I love the friendly, knowledgeable and courteous service plus they always have what I’m looking for!!Kudos to Forest Lake Ace Hardware ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pretty limited inventory compared to the big home improvement stores but its really nice to have a neighborhood hardware store right down the road.

Made an online order here specifically because the saw horse was in stock and on sale. Waited for the email to pick up. Waited and waited. Supposed to take 2 hours. After 2 days we cancelled order. Not impressed. Got elsewhere

Went into the store and went back to the services counter. The employee had his back turned so I announced myself. He mumbled something which I think was my acknowledgment. I stood there watching him hanging up keys on the spinner. He wasnt having much luck finding where they went but also lost my business. Hope you found where the key went.

I normally dont travel this far and when I do its on my motorcycle. For the last 2 hours I have been looking for a cookie press. I called several places that got my hopes up, all to find out they didnt have it in stock. I called Ace spoke to Margaret on the phone she was nice enough to look and see if they had it before I even asked her too. She was friendly and very helpful, she found the only one they had left and she told me she would hold it for me. I was coming from 35 Minutes away and when I got there Margaret knew it was me and greeted me at the door. She greeted me with a smile, and she grabbed the cookie press for me. Its not just the fact that she had what I was looking for, but the fact that she was willing to help and was kind while doing it. You can honestly see she loves helping others, thank you Margaret and Ace Hardware for helping make my holiday perfect.

I knew if I wanted REAL service Ace was the place to go, but I was not prepared for the attention given from the gentleman there to my rather odd list of everything from1o feet of PVC pipe to a 5/8ths self locking nut with a nylon insert. Thanks you saved me so much trouble.

This Ace hardware store is great when you need something quick. Extremely helpful and kind staff.

Called to see if they had a specific part (dryer power cord). Person who answered said yes, absolutely. Drove over to buy it to find out that no, they dont have dryer power cords, they have regular extension cords. Complete waste of my time and ticked me off considering I had called first so I wouldnt make a wasted trip.
