Update #1: Ive reached out to them since they responded to my review and will try to update it in the future!Original Review: Ive only been here a few times and purchased one thing. The times I have been in the store, the employees have been helpful and nice. When I ordered my hanging chair, the person who was there seemed to be okay with answering my questions (to the best of his knowledge) with energy and kindness. Then later another employee kept in contact with me to get my item delivered within the week. And its great they support local drivers (whom of which was also very nice). So Id give the actual store a good rating.However, Im kind of disappointed in the condition of my product. I asked many questions about the condition my product would be in (being it would be coming from another store), and the usability outdoors. I was overall told it would be better taken care of than the one I saw, plus was told it was great outdoors (although his personal experience was with another brand). My item came with missing rattan in a few areas, nicked rattan, and a decently scrapped up base. Ive only had it for a month (on a covered patio. Ive loved it... but those issues bother me still. Plus now Ive discovered the paint flaking off and rust all over my new outdoor rug. Im trying to research and buy products to fix the issues, but Im unsure if the inside of the base or chair frame under the rattan will start to rust, something I cant fix. Its disappointing to have to put so much work into something I ended up paying the same price for if Id ended up choosing one online fully new and with reviews (between the chair and shipping). I wanted to support locally and just liked that particular style.Overall, Id still suggest shopping at this store, but not every product sold may be the quality of some of their other stuff.

We actually got our table from these guys months ago but I forgot to leave a review! The table is fantastic but the store and folks in it were what really made my day! I was laughing SO hard at the decorative signs they have everywhere! Whoever stocks those definitely has a fantastic sense of humor. We talked with two staff members while we were there and they were both exceptionally helpful and courteous! 20/10 would recommend checking out Hello for any furniture needs!

What a great store. I was in a time crunch to find a sectional. Since I live in a condo, finding a sectional that would fit in my space was becoming quite a challenge. I decided to check out Hello Furniture and I’m so glad I did. Brandi was amazing. She helped me find the perfect sectional. I was so sure that I was going to have to wait several weeks for delivery, so you can imagine my surprise when she told me it was in stock and then put me in contact with a 3rd party delivery service that delivered my sectional the same day. From start to finish my experience with Hello Furniture and their associates was first class.

Had an amazing experience with Nathan (who i believe is the store owner or manager). We just moved here and needed a bunch of beds and a couch. He was so awesome, he never hovered us while we shopped and was very attentive all while bringing in inventory off the truck since his other employee called out. Such a great experience, highly recommend to anyone for service and product selection. Will always be a returning customer!!

Personable staff at a laid back place that gets things done! A little pricey, but nothing unreasonable. I was in-and-out in under an hour, left having purchased the couch of my dreams. They recommended a furniture delivery service called “Lugg” that will pick up your furniture from the store and deliver it to your place of residence.

I bought a mattress from the Longmont store over three years ago and it was such a good experience I decided to make the to buy a guest room mattress from them this year. The second mattress ended up being firmer than I wanted and they let me exchange it for a small restocking fee.Nathan helped me choose the replacement mattress and he was honest, customer focused, professional yet friendly and very knowledgeable. He did not try to talk me into a more expensive mattress or do anything sleezy. I would highly recommend trusting and shopping at the store!

Hello Furniture has the best deals in town and one of the friendliest owners Ive ever had at the pleasure of working with. Nathan is the best super helpful very knowledgeable and will meet you where you are at not to mention their furniture selection is lovely but theyre prices are even better. Ive brought a tv stand some barstools and and one of those new metal bed frames that doesnt require a box frame. My biggest and latest purchase is a beautiful futon that Nathan helped me pick out and had ordered to the store. I literally cannot recommend a better place to spend your hard earned money at. Also I havent met Brandi but everytime I speak to her over the phone she is quite pleasant please support this local business you wont regret it. Im mean the reviews speak for themselves and they most definitely have a loyal customer with me.

I just had a great furniture shopping experience in Hello! Furniture. I was so pleased! I have been struggling to figure out how to have a real bed in our guest room that is stored away when we dont have guests. I found a collapsible base that replaces a box spring and base. Awesome! Now I can have my yoga mat and weights in that space for the 360 days of the year that the room is available. =)

Sal was awesome. Down to earth and amazingly helpful, even staying after close to help us load a floor model dining set by taking off a couple legs and chair backs! Not sure how many people feel compelled to tip their furniture store guy, but we absolutely had to. He was great to work with. My mother decided to get me a mattress for Christmas, as I have had the same bed for upwards of 10 years. She had budgeted almost $2,000 and decided to start looking here. She brought me with to make sure it was something I would enjoy and after sitting on a few of them I found one I was extremely comfortable on. We were approached by a salesman who was obviously passionate about his job, as he had no issue making a sale at all that day. We walked out for half of what my mom had budgeted and I have been sleeping like a rock ever since

I went in to get a new mattress and was greeted by Nathan. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knew exactly where to guide me. The prices are very reasonable, and he didnt try to upsell me.Ive had an issue where my mattress isnt being as plush as when I tried it in the showroom. Brandy, who works in the Longmont store, has been talking with me and she says if its still not getting fully plush to let her know and they will make this right. You definitely wont get this kind of care at those big box stores.Im glad that I decided to choose Hello! Furniture & Mattress.

I generally dont post reviews online, but Hello Furniture was amazing. The staff was informative without being pushy and the products are really well-designed - e.g., lots of mid-century modern - and competitively priced. They provided us with a list of people that would deliver what we ordered and for a few dollars more, they put together our bed, which would have taken me hours. If you are moving into Fort Collins, I highly recommend them.

Being new to the area and in need of a lot of furniture pieces I have visited all the bigger stores selling furniture in the area and a couple of the smaller stores. None had what I would be interested in and a lot of what is out there is low quality. I turned my search for furniture to google maps and found this store. At first I was skeptical as it was a locally owned and ran store with no idea how big their inventory was or what they had to offer. Once there their floor room actually has a decent amount furniture on display. If you don’t see something you like they have a huge selection from multiple companies that they can order just for you. I ended up buying a mattress, a bedroom chest, and an entire dining room set. I would have bought a full bedroom set as well, but the company that made the furniture had discontinued the particular style I wanted. Overall a great experience. Good customer service, friendly, will patiently work with you, good selection, and good prices. I would recommend checking this place out if you need new furniture.

I won’t have enough room to say all the good things about this place. I called and asked a ton of questions and they were SO polite on the phone. When I went into the store the staff was so attentive but zero pressure!! They let me take my sweet time trying out their mattressss. I have been to most of the mattress shops in this town looking for something good but affordable and I finally found it here. The mattress was so well priced I could even afford a bedroom set to go with it! I ordered it and it came exactly in the promised 10 business days and was exactly what I imagined it would be. The sales staff did such a good job recommending things they thought I would like.I highly recommend this store and will tell everyone I know to buy from here. Went to the store to look and loved the furniture they had at the store. Compared the tables they had with other stores and the complete set was less than the American Furniture and the other big brand stores.

I have purchased two mattresses from Hello Furniture and Mattress and had a wonderful experience each time. I ordered a mattress online and after looking through other local stores assumed they had a delivery service but that is outsourced to 3rd parties that i have to set up myself. Annoying, considering other places are offering free delivery during this time, but workable. As Im working on this i get an update that the mattress i selected is out of stock. Again, annoying, but oh well. So i go looking again, just to find the money is already off my card. Now, thanks to my schedule, I will spend a week without a mattress. Thank you Hello! Furniture & Mattress. This is just what I was looking for.Editing topoint out that i placed my order online at noon and got a response from the store at 4 which is when my bank took the money out of my account. You processed then voided my card keeping me from making a different purchaseuntil the bank cleared the transaction. Not everyone has hundreds of dollars laying around.. Also, company policy shouldnt be too run a card before you even check your stock.

I went in for a mattress on 11/9/19, was in and out in a short amount of time. My mattress was shipped to me directly from the factory. I had purchased a platform as well. I got it home, each 1/2 was a different height. I called and immediately a replacement was shipped to my home as well. I received my mattress and platform in 5 days (including the weekend). This is the 2nd purchase Ive made from Hello! Furniture & Mattress and I will purchase again. The prices, quality and selection are right on point!

Complete scam!Do not buy furniture from this place!We bought our kitchen table and chairs there.We ordered in November and received in December.Took us several hours to assemble the chairs.It is May. The set is only 6 months old.The varnish/coating on the table is peeling off and worn complete away in several places.We’ve had to repair most of the chairs. They keep breaking. We’ve replaced most of the hardware but the wood is so soft and cheap the chairs continue breaking. Another chair broke this morning. The support bar completely shattered.$1000 down the drain!!!Worst quality product ever!

The same mattress I bought would have about twice as much as the other stores i visited. It blew me away the prices he could offer by sell wholesale. He delivered the mattress for me since i drive a smaller car. The gentleman I spoke to was courteous and patient. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. I’ve purchased several mattresses and furniture with these guys, and they’ve always been super great and helpful. I just purchased a bunky board, and they were even kind enough to let me use their straps to strap to my car so I didn’t have to pay extra to have it delivered to me. The prices are also super reasonable.

Was looking for a quality mattress at an affordable price, of course. Ended up buying a king sized mattress only for $400 about a week ago - so far so good (although its only been a week).The owner was helping us and he seemed very trustworthy (sometimes its hard to tell with salesman). We told him our budget and he took us through several different mattresses ranging from about $300-$500 until we found the one we liked.Only con was they seemed a bit understaffed at the time. He seemed to be the only one working and when there were 4-5 customers in there at once, I definitely saw a couple leave because they werent being helped...didnt bother me though and who knows maybe it was just bad timing!

After going to 4 different mattress stores, I came here and actually found honest people and fair prices. (Even the mattresses at Good Will were more expensive, and werent even half the quality of the one I ended up getting.) Even though they had a packed delivery schedule, they still were able to squeeze me in for same day delivery after hearing that I was sleeping on my floor. Great quality mattresses, great prices, and awesome employees.

Friendly service, good prices but something always goes wrong. My brother purchased a bed and it broke within the week and they did nothing. I Ordered a bedroom set the first time around and they got the order wrong so I had to wait an extra month to get my stuff. Then I ordered a sectional and had to wait a couple weeks to get it delivered just to see they got the wrong color. Now we have to wait another three weeks cause they cant order right. After this wont be coming back again.
