BUYER BEWARE. This Sleep Number store did everything it could to avoid giving me a $100 discount that was on their website. I was told by the store manager that they would not be honoring their companies online pricing and there was no such deal for a $100 dollars off a K2 mattress. I assured the manager that they were wrong. I told them that the discount was automatically applied..I was denied. The call ended with the manager suggesting I go to another store because they DID NOT offer that deal and any discount I thought I had would vanish once if I checked out (because of a code which I did not enter)..I assured her she was wrong and told her Id call if I was wrong and apologize.I added a K2 Kids Bed to my cart. The $100 discount was applied. I checked out and whatya know..the discount, was still there. I called corporate and they assured me online discounts should apply to in-store purchases as well. I was lied to repeatedly by this particular manager. Buy online or youll be overpaying by thousands in some cases! The sale is still live at the time of this posting.

Sadly, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I came in to buy sheets for the bed we purchased here a few years ago. I was so turned off by the sales woman that I decided to return home and purchase my sheets online. Im glad I did because the online options were much better. In the world that we are living in I was genuinely hoping to make an in person purchase and support local but was incredibly disappointed at the lack of care for the in person interaction.

Corinne was very helpful and made finding and purchasing the right bed easy and straight forward.

Maybe the bed is ok. Never received it. This bed was for my father. On the day of delivery he was called and told they would be late. He called them back after the time had pasted that they said they would arrive. Was told they would be about a hour. He tried to call them after a 1 1/2 hours with no answer. I called the store and found out they had rescheduled delivery for 19 days later. We are given multiple phone numbers to call to cancel the bed. So far we have been unable to cancel.

Sales staff was very attentive to what I was looking for in a bed. Helped to guide me to the best options for me & my budget.

Anthony and the rest of the team there were extremely helpful. We needed guidance on a past Sleep Number purchase andAnthony was knowledgeable enough to know the exact mattress and base from 2006. And has followed up to help us located a new remote. Highly recommend seeing the team there!

Products are on the high end of typical, but the bed really works. The sales person we worked with was great. Listened to, and answered, all of our questions and concerns.

This review is for the company and customer service, not the actual bed. We paid A LOT of money for our new mattress and bed and were excited to get it delivered. On the scheduled delivery date the crew never showed up. I finally called the store after the delivery window had passed. I eventually received a call back stating that our bed would not be delivered that day. They could not give me any explanation as to why the mistake and, more importantly why no one had the courtesy to call me the day before (or even that morning) to tell me they were not coming. Its now been nearly a week since the originally scheduled delivery date and I still dont have a confirmed delivery day/time nor has anyone followed up with my repeated requests for an explanation. Unacceptable for any company, but especially when you pay this much! Go elsewhere!

My fiancé and I went into sleep number to find a bed and we walked out not only getting a bed, but getting great customer service along the way. Kevin and Patty at the Fort Collins location were extremely helpful in getting us set up. Would definitely recommend.

Theres no such thing as a 90 day trial. They dont make the base for the bed (which they dont tell you). So, if you dont like the mattress, youre stuck with a $3000 base. Just watch a commercial, because those are the only people happy with Sleep Number.

Staff is very dedicated to finding you the best possible sleep system thats completely tailored to your individual needs. Everything from mattress, pillow, temperature control, etc. Sleep Number Fort Collins is THE place to visit if you are looking for your most peaceful / comfortable nights sleep ever.

Excellent answers to all of our questions, and very helpful input and suggestions.
