Had a very satisfactory experience shopping for a new mattress at the Front Range Village Mattress Firm store. Samuel Figarola helped us find the mattress that best matched our requested attributes and patiently explained all the qualities and features of the product. Delivery was handled by Red Carpet and was another excellent experience. The mattress delivery actually was a little earlier than expected but was preceded by a courtesy call to let us know they were on the way. The mattress was brought in and set up in a very courteous and professional manner. I am very pleased with the results of my experience with Front Range Mattress Firm and Red Carpet delivery.

Turns out, mattress shopping isnt easy.I did a lot of research and walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. Peter, our sales associate, was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He made the purchase and delivery process easy.Youd want that experience anywhere, but it doesnt always happen, and Peter deserves recognition for facilitating a smooth transaction.But whats motivated me to leave a review was the post-purchase support. All that research I did... apparently wasnt enough. I did not like the new mattress at all.Theres a window where you can return/replace your new mattress with a different model. Yes, there is a restocking fee, but its fair, and I understand why it exists.Frankly, I anticipated the exchange process to be painful and full of contingencies. It really wasnt. Peter, again, was incredibly helpful and worked to get me something that was right for my needs.  Never felt like a sales pitch, and he asked questions that helped differentiate between what I thought I wanted and what I was actually looking for.Thank you, Peter.And a quick note to the store manager. Sam, I would not have left a review if it wasnt for the way Peter managed us as customers. Pat him on the back for a job well done. Its my hope that I wont have to buy another mattress for several years, but if anyone asks, I know where Ill send them.

He was able to recommend a similar mattress from Mattress Firm. We have not received the mattress yet so I can’t speak to the actual feel of it. But so far we are pleased with the service.

We were originally going to order a bed online. However, to have it delivered was going to take longer than our schedule permitted. Therefore I called the local store and talked with Allison. She was able to take my order and arrange to have everything available at the East Harmony store in Ft.Collins for me to pick up. When I arrived at the store Jason carried my purchases out and loaded them on my pickup. I was very happy with the service we received given that circumstances required us to acquire a bed on short notice.

Scott was very helpful, and pointed us in the right direction for the right bed. He did a good job of laying out all the costs and fees so they weren’t a surprise.We do not have the bed yet, but we look forward to giving it a try.

I have purchased a mattress and sheets previously in the store from Allison Ross. With the current social distancing, I called the store and was delighted that Allison answered the phone. I ordered a second set of sheets which she processed quickly and am now awaiting their arrival. Mattress Firm products have very much satisfied our needs. I came in on the 4th of July and Frank and his team were helpful and incredibly easy to work with. After asking some questions Frank was able to narrow my search down to the perfect bed and to get me a great price. Then they got me set up with the best available delivery date and time that worked best for my very busy schedule. I bought a very expensive mattress on Memorial Day, I settled with the floor model. It wasn’t made clear to me that I couldn’t return this mattress I thought I had 120 days to try it out. I’m not sleeping well at all I’ve got lower back pain, hip pain, and severe neck pain since sleeping on this mattress.

We bought a mattress and adjustable bedframe for around $4000 for our 90 year-old father here 3 weeks ago. Upon delivery, it was discovered a pin was missing from the frame, and therefore couldnt be adjusted. We were told we would be contacted within a week to have it replaced. After a week of no phone call, we finally called the store who didnt know anything about it. We finally arranged to have a new one delivered, athough it would be another week. The delivery company is based out of Denver, and we were given a window between 10:30-12:30. After a no-show on the delivery day, we called the office at 1PM and were told they should arrive by 1:30. Naturally, no-show. Another call, now it would be 3 PM. I would have assumed since this was all to correct a problem on their end originally, they would have taken extra care to assure the second delivery was smooth, but no. If youre going to buy a bed from this store, you may want to bring your own moving truck!

Mattress Firm has great products and works within your budget!! Joshua sold me a bed 10 years ago and I came back for 2 more today. Joshua is super nice, listens to what you need and makes the whole experience very pleasant!!
