Sleep science has progressed a lot and I was initially over my head. However, my sales rep was very knowledgeable and made it easy to make an informed decision. The process was quick, efficient, and I ended up with exactly what I wanted.

Little to no interest shown in me - and I was LITERALLY the only person in the store other than the salesperson. Glad I came in with plenty of knowledge - this guy was of ZERO help. Felt like buying a mattress out of a vending machine. Salesman was pleasant, but professionally useless. Back to Denver Mattress next time. Jeeze.

We bought a queen bed with frame 4 years ago. The bed is in our short term rental the Remington Retreat....Someone knocked one of the legs sideways and the bed bentI went over to Mattress Firm where we bought it...And they gave me a new frame at a fraction of the original price just because it bent so I’m very happy

Couldnt give a 0.... They told me they were coming out to fix their installation. they made me wait a couple more days, and now Im not even on their list. Tried to contact manager waited an hour and no response.While its not their fault that I was supposed to have surgery tomorrow, it is their fault that I have to cancel it. The bed is so tall I have to climb into it and slide off onto my bad foot.Too late to fix now . I took a circular saw to the bed frame so that I didnt have to cancel my surgery. .and I tried contacting a manager but no response.Update: did get msg from manager. he was so misinformed about this situation that he thought it was never delivered. This is well beyond any fixing...

They have some of the very best buys in the entire state of Colorado and very Comfortable. I have referred several peple that purchased sets there. Personally I am a sleep number girl. But all my friends now own them, so when I stay the night I am very comfy. The sales and set up people are awesome also. The young gal that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out a mattress. After almost two months and we still love the new bed. We opted to upgrade the adjustable frame to include the foot portion but that frame was unavailable for some reason so she gave us the better one yet for the same price. Good experience, definitely recommend over the other places we have shipped for beds.

We described what we were looking for to Alfredo and he methodically described the range of offerings available. He did not push us toward unnecessarily high end options, but rather was happy to answer our questions with no added pressure. We actually went in with a budget in mind well over what we ended up spending because the mattress we decided upon was not bedecked in the latest and greatest technological advancements.Delivery was arranged in-store and swiftly executed (maybe 3 days?).

Best service in Fort Collins! Would HIGHLY recommend! We called at 5 p.m on a Friday desperately looking for a new queen sized box spring for our bed. After checking in with literally EVERYWHERE else in town, and having no luck, and poor service, we could not have been more grateful or happy to have ended up at this Mattress Firm. We called, he told us he had it in stock, and that we could pick it up at any time. Sure enough, we showed up 20 mins later, he was SO friendly and helpful, loaded it up, tied it down for us, and sent us on our way! We havent liked the other Mattress Firms in Fort Collins, but the service here is UNBEATABLE! Friendly, funny, and made it a total breeze!

Alfredo was patient, asked the right questions to know what I was looking for and very knowledgeable about the different style and types of pillow. I would give 100 stars if I could.Brandon helped us so much. We got a Beauty Rest Jennings Hybrid mattress from Mattress Firm in October and it was just killing our backs. Very nice bed! But it just didn’t work with us as we were used to pillow tops. We knew we had 120 days to break the bed in but it was just not working. So we went to another Mattress firm closer to our house and were there for 3 hours trying to just exchange for a pillow top. The man at that store proceeded to tell us we could not exchange until he picked up the mattress or we dropped it off in denver and from there they could start the exchange. We would have to wait a couple weeks without a mattress until corporate approved the exchange. Then we had to wait a couple more weeks to get the money back we’ve paid! We just did not understand. We went back and fourth and so we left in frustration giving we had paid $130 a week for 2 months totaling $1306. So we said let’s just drive to this store and talk to them since they sold us the bed. We explained we didn’t want to return it, we just wanted a different mattress. He said ok, no problem! Which mattress do you want? It took him LITERALLY 2 minutes and said our bed would be delivered in 2 days and at that time they would pick up the old one. It was insane! We were so happy and now we will be coming back again to eventually buy the fancy light up base that massages and has USB chargers. We went from angry to completely cheesing from ear to ear that Brandon helped us so professionally and efficiently.Best store to buy from guaranteed!

My sales guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I came in about 30 minutes til close but within those 30 minutes I found the perfect bed and was approved for financing. My mattress was at another store down the road and the guy went after hours with me to pick it up. So impressed.

After purchasing the wrong bed frame I went in to the store to return it and get a refund. I came back less than 12 hours later to return it only to be told they wont refund me cash even though I paid cash. Fine, I was very upset because they also couldnt even give me change the night before when I purchased it and instead my only option was to donate the rest of my cash to their charity or to return with exact change. I came in the next morning very angry trying to get a refund, after being treated poorly by their sales associate Zachary, who responded to my anger by telling me they didnt need my business anyways and implying I was naive because I was young I left in a fit. I was offered a speedy 2 week mail refund. I spoke to several managers about how poorly I was treated by Zachary and how infuriated I was for them to dismiss me after I just bought a $500 mattress the previous month nothing was done. Zachary was rude and did not offer me another frame or anyway to make it right. After not receiving a refund after 3 weeks I called the store again, apparently my refund was approved but they didnt have my address on file and only after I asked if they had it did they mention it to me. My refund sat approved for over a week and no one called me to try and get my address or information so it could be sent out after I spoke with a district manager about how upset I was. This all happened on October 19&20th and now on November 27th I still do not have a refund. A manager even called me to reassure me after I called and complained multiple times but its been over a month now and no one has tried to help expedite my refund, if I didnt keep calling Im sure they wouldnt do anything about it. Mattress firm has the worst customer service and they dont treat college kids with respect. Take your money somewhere else; anywhere else. Thanks for being rude and assuring I will never shop with you again mattress firm.
