I was in this store last week and was completely taken-back by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by its employees. For starters, each of the three employees decided it was fine to bring their little kids to work: Their faces covered in ice cream too.If that werent bad enough, the employee I spoke with seemed completely lost about the products she was supposed to be selling. I inquired about Metro PCS cellular program, and had to correct her about some perks the program offered.I think that scenario shouldve been reversed. Dont you?In short, this was a completely bad experience. Very unprofessional business behavior. This seemed like a trip to the local swap meet.I hope ownership receives this and will make changes going forward. If not, then it wont be long before the decision of staying in business will be made for them!
