Called on Thursday did not know if could help me said they would call Back Fri. No call. Did call back on next Tue. Didnt know yet could help but would call back on Wed. That was over 3 weeks ago still no call. Guess they dont need my business.

I have no idea how this company is in business. I called to have someone make a minor adjustment to my garage door. I am TRYING to give this company money and they cant seem to get it together. The first time someone came out, he didnt have all of the right parts. So, a second appointment was made (all understandable at this point). A different person showed up the second time and ALSO didnt have all the right parts. Ok, getting annoyed at this point. This morning, I had an appointment for someone to come out for a third time, and they never showed up. I will call someone else. You could have made some revenue today but somehow decided you would rather not make money.

I bought my garage door many years ago from Overhead Door Company. I called to have someone come out to do a repair twice in the last week, with no good outcome.Each time I called I got transferred and then asked what city I am in,(after already covering this info with the first person who answered).You start with Mary, then you get transferred to Jennifer. After explaining to Jennifer that I need someone to come out, she transfers me to Brian.Well, Brian didnt return my call the first time, so on 2nd call I told Jennifer I never heard back from Brian. She said let me get you over to him, and now for the 2nd time, I get voice mail.I am done. Tired of being transferred, repeating the same info, and never getting anyone to just set appt on the phone.Brians voice mail just isnt getting the job done.On my 2nd call I did let everyone know I was not happy with the lack of response from the previous week, no apologies or attempts to resolve, you just get tossed to the next person.Their staff dont even know how to handle a phone call.So I Called Mike Garage Door Repair, had a real conversation and appointment set within 2 days.Call Mike.

I called The Overhead Door Company on Monday 6/1 at about 4:55 p.m. to report a problem with my garage door. An answering service took my call and a tech called me back to say that he would put me on the schedule for 6/2. Almost noon on 6/2 no one had arrived at my house and I finally talked to someone in the shop who said he would put me on the schedule for the morning of 6/3. The morning of 6/3 a technician did come to my house and told me that my doors spring was broken, I shouldnt use my garage door, and he didnt have a spring to fix it but he would surely be back that same afternoon or the next day. I heard nothing more that day so the next day, morning of 6/4, I called the shop again and was told the earliest I could get an appointment to fix my spring was Monday 6/8 (ONE WEEK since I reported the issue!!!). I said that wasnt acceptable because I couldnt lift my garage door by myself. The guy transferred me to another guy who said ok, he could have a tech to my house the afternoon of 6/5 instead to fix it. About 12:30 p.m. on 6/5 a tech called and said he would be here in 15 minutes. An hour later he still wasnt here. The Overhead Door Company of Fort Collins has presented TERRIBLE customer service!! I cant believe the run-around Ive gotten just trying to get my spring fixed, and my garage door was previously installed by Overhead Door! I have now gone to another overhead door company for a same-day repair. When I called that company someone answered the phone right away, said hed be out this evening, and said he would bring enough springs to ensure he could fix our door tonight. I will never recommend The Overhead Door Company to anyone and will tell everyone I know not to use your services!!
