A superior company and product. I have purchased multiple firearms from them and have received excellent service. I highly recommend them! Their firearms are some of the gems of my collection. Just note only whiners seem to complain.

When I called about status of gun on 11/26/19(ordered 4/26/19) I received a call back saying I would have gun by Christmas. I said if gun hasn’t been built, please refund my money. She (Kathleen) days that’s a 30% restocking fee. I said but the guns not been built. She said yes it had. I said then why is it going to take 3 weeks to get gun. If it’s built ship it today. I was told someone would contact me. Haven’t heard a word and have left multiple messages. I put down $ 1250 deposit in April. Right now I would take the gun or my money but they won’t contact ME! Well then send a bill every month for balance due!!! At this point I can’t recommend! Bob Erickson

August is usually when I start figuring out what large purchase I am going to make for my grandsons for Christmas. We had a flyer in our local newspaper that wad depicted of our local towns history, printed ad says, order now and be here in time for Christmas.Talked to my husband and we decided to order them . Needless to say 7 months later, American Legacy Firearms, has our money and we still have nothing. Then comes where the story really gets upsetting, still no refund. How much interest on my money have they made and how many more of you out there have American Legacy Firearms done this to?

These people are criminals, they do not do what they say they will, they take your money and keep it without sending the guns you have paid for. Liars and thieves.

They lie to their customers! For example: They make 10 edition guns for each state. Therefore only 10 guns should be made. They make guns out of the edition such as the artists proof, designers proof, governors proof, and so on. They do this after they sell out. They INENTIONALLY deceive you! This makes the guns less valuable. How collectable are the guns if you can just make more with no cap on manufacturing limit?? They ship guns not on time, but late, and blame the shipping company.The sales and shipping people are rude, inconsiderate, and unknowledgeable. I would consult your local gun dealer before purchasing anything from them. Also, some of their reviews are done by employees. In my opinion, that is completely ridiculous! Birdeye (next review website) for example doesnt post negative reviews because they are reviewed by the company before they are posted! Same deal with the guns and ethics at their sister company Heroes and Patriots Fundraisers. Also, Fundraisers? They raise funds as profit!

Rip offs.....been almost a year still no gun.and also was told they couldnt find my gun and doesnt know what happened and tried to get me to settle for something other than what was ordered.but did offer to give me a refund minus a cancellation fee for something that was their fault huh the nerve .and now its well we have switched banks blah blah blah excuses excuses.call your attorney general and your local news shame I wonder if they pay their workers on time ....run run run.
