Bought a ruger security 9. Had nothing but issues with it from day 1. Failures and jamming. Be sure, if you buy a Ruger, that it comes from the local distributor which makes it easy to return. Mine did not and Ive made upgrades which cost Smith money which Id have to pay to have undone for sending back to Ruger. Good people here, bad 1st experience.

So I walked into P.M. Guns looking for some 5.56 knowing it’s rare but figuring why not check out the place. Neither of the two employees “working” so much as even greeted me let alone asked if there was something they could help me with. After a quick glance and acceptance there was no ammunition of interest, I decided to look at pistols knowing I’d like to add a G-19 to my collection which they literally had. As I looked through the glass to see price tags once again, zero acknowledgement. These clowns couldn’t even walk over to say “Is there something you’d like to check out sir?” I will never waste another minute at this place after being completely ignored and outright disrespected.

I’m so glad I found this shop. The staff is great and they go out of their way to help you. The prices are more than competitive. In fact, they beat Cabela’s. I will be doing all my business with them from now on.

Love this local owned gun shop. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. Refreshing to have adult conversation with any of them.If they dont have something in stock, while you shop/wait, they check to see if its something they can order in. No pressure to purchase after it is in and you decide not to purchase the item.Had some gunsmithing completed last year and the workmanship was beyond what we had ever imagined or expected! We are in Longmont, but we make the trip to Ft. Collins just to visit and shop at the store.

I called ahead to make sure the owners werent going to be too busy. Glad I did. I was well received and well taken care of. I had a rather minor request to maintenance my firearm and was out of their fine shop in about 30 minutes. A friend of mine suggested I visit the shop and now Im passing on the same recommedation.

I have been to many gun shops in Fort Collins and none are as friendly as the staff at P.M. Guns. These guys go above and beyond. Just purchased a Glock 17 Gen 3 in the middle of the pandemic drought for a fair price. Will only be shopping here from now one. Do yourself a favor and support this group, you will not regret it.

Love this store. Lets start by saying its out of city limits so no sales tax! Great selection of guns, ammo, holsters, suppressors, uppers, lowers, targets, and body armor. Great staff that engages with customers and will give you honest feedback and advice. Very under rated store that packs a lot into a small store.

Best customer service in Northern Colorado. Gunsmith did great work and got the job done fast. Other gunsmiths in town are unreliable and work random hours. I won’t take my stuff anywhere else from now on.

My wife and I had no idea what to expect as we walked in as first time firearms purchasers. We picked P.M. because it got great reviews and, quite frankly, because it was located in the county and we didnt have to pay city sales tax. Patrick helped us both find the perfect firearm. He spent a couple of hours with us making sure we understood the differences in manufacturers, types of firearms, that the fit was right, and that we would be safe and satisfied gun owners going forward. I cant say enough about our experience. We commented on the way home that it was probably the best retail experience we have ever had. P&M guns and supplies is my go to gun shop for literally every firearm related need. Patrick, Mary and all of the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Yet it doesnt end with the people, the prices are more than fair as well. Carrying on Patrick is a great gunsmith and performs his work with extreme care and finesse, and also is more than willing to explain things in a way that the average person can understand. P&M deserves all five stars.

I am probably not going back to this shop. I brought some weapons for sight installs and the first time they charge me 25 dollars. The second time it was 40 dollars. This was the same type weapon. To the new customer it would be nice if there was a sign showing work done and the charge. Further, conversations are too lengthy with customers where the conversation because casual and the business aspect has ended but, yet the banter continues. Meanwhile customers are waiting. The folks here are personable enough and depict a casual atmosphere however the customers can suffer because of it in that some come in on a lunch break and their time is limited.

Patrick and Jackie are phenomenal people. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a customer of Pats for twenty years. He does excellent gunsmithing. He has serviced and built several customs for me including a Springfield 1911 and Browning HP. If you need an awesome Smith, he is the guy I recommend.

Great place. I drove a little further than I wanted because of the good reviews and was glad I did. I dont know if the prices are good or not, but I spent less than I had budgeted and feel I got a great deal. I will more than likely return for the courses they offer as well.

Always willing to accommodate any reasonable request. They are the best around and will stand behind their work, always. I will patronize their shop again. Patrick is one hell of a gunsmith too. He always tells me that it may take him a while if that is the case. Love it! I will always wait for some thing to be done correctly over done now. Oh, if he doesnt have it, he will get it.

What a knowledgeable refreshment from the other store in the Foco area. They even list Davidsons prices on the shelf. Theres no fluff or filler here (Didnt see any Hi-Point pistols or trash-tier AR lowers)

I went over today cause looking for a new cotter pin (the one that holds the firing pin in place on my AR-15) I was certain i had bent it cause i had trouble reinstalling it. The gunsmith informed me that they are supposed to be a little opened and it wasnt bent, he then proceeded to actually helped me reinstall the one i thought was bent. He was very informative and showed me a good way to install it next time i need to take it off. I went ahead and purchased one anyways for back up, but wow what a great place! They could have easily just sold me the product and been done there but they took the extra step to help out a new gun owner. This was my first time at this shop and definitely not my last. Thank you guys, I really appreciate it!

Patrick and Jacki are longtime owners and friends of mine. Patrick is the only person I trust to smith any of my firearms. I have been dealing with him for over twenty years. I recently dropped off a firearm for work and inspection. Patrick did an awesome job, explained to me what was repaired and replaced. I found this place by accident, but cant say enough nice things about the shop. Friendly people and, even though the selection may be smaller than others, they are always willing to order or find what your looking for.

I havnt bought a firearm there yet. Thats why the 4star. But the few times I have been in there the place and staff are AMAZING! The firearms selection is a little light but let me tell you all they carry is Quality Quality Quality FireArms. When I buy My Next Fire arm it will be there. His wife Jacki and him specialize in exceptional service and special ordering anything they can for a customer right on the spot. All in all, I think this is a pretty run of the mill place. Piles of tacticool rifles, and plastic pistols, and steep prices on everything. Understandable, its a business, but there certainly wasnt anything about this place I thought was outstanding.

My wife and I went there Shopping for a .45 auto. They had a small collection but atleast had quality pistols in this selection. This has been the most knowledgable staff I have been around. they also where helpful when asking questions. This was good for me cause thay answered all my wifes questions and I walked out my the one of my choise. Out of all the shops in Loveland and Fort Collins their sales people where the best and also very friendly. I will not buy from anywhere else. A customer for life.

Th eyes overcharge for every gun they have. I asked if they will meet other store prices and they seemed offended that I would even ask. I watched them talk to a first time gun buyer like they were dumb because they didnt understand gun lingo. Will not return.
