Great company and great service. Knowledgeable employees who dont act like they know everything. I go in here quite often and the prices are often very competitive compared to deal listings you can find online. They are true supporters of our 2nd ammendment.

I would not use this business at all. The customer service in very poor and disrespectful. They treat customer terrible. If you are buying the treat you well until the cash register closes. I have shopped at the Liberty arms for years but I will never go back.Well thanks for responding. I do not believe I ever said I did not put my right foot over the line. I told you when I asked to talk with you that I had. The issue is in the way it was handled. I could not see the price tag so I accidently put my right foot over the line to see the tag and the guy sitting at the register said in a rude manner to get my foot on the other side of the line, which I did. He continued to talk after I had told him I could not see the tag and my foot was only over the line by accident. He could have done one thing to make it right. He could have said here let me help you with that but instead kept the rude stuff coming. I put my finger to my lips to tell him to calm down, I certainly was not raising my voice but he was making an issue of my foot. To me this is a silly conversation in the first place for I was not handling the product just looking for the price which all of do. learn customer service skills for you have none.

Was greeted politely and after reviewing their wide selection of firearms and accessories spent my time at the sale rack. I was not in the market for anything specific but wanted to see their selections. Grabbed a shirt and a hit for great price and which had to be the owner sparked up a conversation. Great people great selection and check out the on sale items.

Cant say enough good things about this place. This was my first purchase here. Have been told to look at this store many times through the years. I have been in the store every day for the past week and a half looking for 30-06 180 grain ammo. Each time I was greeted by a friendly associate who would take the time to talk a little more than just say NOPE. Finally today, I walk in and they have it! They were always trying to stay on top of their inventory, which is hard to do these days, and knew exactly what they just had in. Not my first gun purchase, but my first time buying a gun here in Colorado. I’m glad someone recommended USA Liberty Arms to me. Everyone was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They by far had the best prices, selection, and inventory around. I drove almost 2hrs to check out the Galil I wanted and drove another 2hrs back to the store 3 days later to pickup it up. Max was super helpful over the phone before I went up there and was great in the store. Highly recommend these guys.

Usa liberty used to be a great store to shop at but now its very unpleasant.The staff are a bunch of kids with no knowledge of firearms that cant be respectful to the customers.Liberty went downhill bad, no longer shopping here.

Ive been shopping here for months, not buying much...a mag on this visit, 2 mags on that visit, maybe some ammo. I recently had Dakota spend some quality time with me on 2 visits, neither time did I make a purchase. I went in again to buy a Stag Arms 18 SPR on sale as of 8/2021 for $999 (fantastic for Aero P quality). Dakota wasnt there but another salesperson, Robert, did help me out and I had nothing but good experiences the whole time. No attitude, no frustration or hemming and hawing when I asked a question, forthcoming with information and extremely friendly, especially Dakota. Also the Stag SPR is a dream to shoulder and shoot. Their selection is good, they have everything from Revolvers to Gucci Glocks and high end ARs like Daniel D. Buy here with confidence.

Great place to get just about whatever you are looking for. They have reloading supplies and ammo. Cary bulk ammo and small quantities. From hunting to personal protection they have a great variety. Prices are also very fair and some times you will find a great deal.

First time exchange with USA Liberty Arms as a FFL for my handgun.Two trips to the store were both a fine experience, attentive staff, spacious areas, neutral atmosphere(no overbearing messages or motives). General store stock seemed kind of low, but during late 2020, it makes sense and is not worth docking rating from them.Full Experience Below:Purchased a handgun online and Liberty transferred the firearm in a very prompt manner.As soon as the tracking said that the gun was delivered to Liberty, I got a call from them a couple of hours later.My first visit to the store was very comfortable from the staff, Ryan was very helpful and was willing to answer any of my questions.My second visit, to actually pick up my handgun, I was helped by, I believe, Chance? He was quick to see me enter the gun showroom and asked if I needed help and then promptly grabbed my order and answered a few questions as he finalized my transaction. He also helped me grab some ammunition.

I have been in the firearms scene for 12 years now. I am comparing USA Liberty Arms to experiences with gun sales in four other states. This has been my primary gun store for several years now. I have purchase many firearms from them and done about a half dozen transfers. The customer service is fantastic. I recently had an issue with a product they sell (a RARE experience) and when the manufacturer failed to respond to the warranty, Liberty Arms stepped up. They decided to order a replacement of equal value of my choice and pass the cost back to the manufacturer. This is the place I always recommend, especially to those who are new to guns. They can give you assistance in finding a purchase that matches your needs, even if that means sending your money to a different dealer. Theyve helped me find a great price on sales a few times by introducing me to websites I had never heard of before. This store is seriously fantastic.

Bad customer service. I purchased a beretta bobcat that turned out to be faulty and was told by one of the managers that I could come back and swap it out for a different one. Great. I go in, show them the gun, start looking around. That same manager tells me he wants me to have the gunsmith look at it first because it appears to have a manufacturing issue. He told me once the gunsmith confirms it, they can approve a full refund. The next day he calls me to say the gunsmith confirmed it and they could give me a refund. I go in and hes on a lunch break, so another manager starts helping me. This one tells me I cant get a refund and that they never do refunds. He runs back to talk to the general manager three separate times before I ask to talk to the GM myself, at which point I finally got them to agree to give me a full refund after sending the gun back to beretta and receiving a new one. Who knows how long that will be. Its pretty ridiculous that I had such a hard time getting this issue fixed considering they dont have any way for you to test the guns before buying themTo put it simply, do not buy a gun from here unless youre 100% certain its the one you want and it will work.

Husband ordered 2 types of firearms for the two of us a year ago. Still waiting and they dont know anything when you talk to them. No contact at all. We do the contacting. Still no firearms. Its not because of covid either. We even got catalogs from the 2 firearm companys, but no firearms.

I mostly enjoy visiting this shop. Great selection. Minus 1 star because they make me feel like a suspect every time I am there though it is a gun store so I kind of understand. At least they are mostly open carry friendly. Just dont touch it and keep it holstered.Reply to owners response: I certainly would not go as far as saying you happily allow open carry. I would call it cautiously allowing open carry but at least unlike the other big shop in town you do allow it. Like I said you are a gun store so I kind of understand. Just get the feeling guns make some of your staff nervous.

I am unsatisfied with customer service. Was in Sunday looking around. Over heard another customer trading in a glock 43x with some custom work done to it. I inquired about the gun and asked the customer trading it in some questions. Asked to be notified by company when the trade happened as I would like to purchase the glock. I gave my name and number and said I should get called in 2 days. Was never called. I called company on the 3rd day and found out the gun was sold to another person. Person I talked to gave me the run around saying there is a list of people looking for specific guns. And apparently all employees are unaware of this list as nothing was said to me Sunday about there being a list.I feel cheated as I was willing to pay just about any price with in reason. Was only told they would try to find another one but maybe just a basic glock. list. I feel as this company has poor communication between employees as to what goes on like a list. Wish this company would hold to promises given to customer. I feel as nothing will happen to correct this issue at this given time.

Walking into a gun store has a distinct feel. Usually you walk in and no matter your background the employees talk in language you dont have a clue what they are saying. When walking into USA Liberty Arms and working with Sam and Dakota I was shocked at how helpful they were and how willing they were to pass on knowledge about different rules, regulations and weapons systems. It was nice to have multiple employees work together and take time out of their busy work schedule to explain things and lay out the best options for me as a costumer. I will be back over and over and over!

Ive been doing business with US Liberty Arms since they have been opened. Great gun company when they first opened. Before they moved locations, I feel as though they lost sight of good customer service.However, that has CHANGED FOR THE BETTER (lets hope they keep it up!) Jordan, in particular, and all the staff at their current location seems to be extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and have that same passion when it comes to helping their customers.Ive been doing a lot more business with them recently, at first because it was necessary for me. I needed services such as gun transfers in and out, some of my older guns need a gunsmith fix up, other services. Every time I go into the store I hear passionate associates behind the counter personally helping every customer, providing excellent information, while attentively listening and answering each of their questions.Jordan and their Gunsmith have stood out the most to me in the last couple of interactions Ive had. They both went above and beyond to take care of a rifle that has been passed down in my family, they did more than what was asked or expected.

I’ve been going to USA Liberty Arms for the last few years. I’ve purchased several firearms here as well. Until recently it was just another gun shop and I was just another face. In the last 6 months I’ve felt like I’ve become more than just another person in the shop. The people working there have taken the time to get to know what I am looking for and make recommendations to me based off that.The manager, Casey, in particular has been very helpful and I felt went out of his way to help build me a rifle, which was fantastic since it is my first time shooting and owning one.The people who work here are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are competitive. My only complaint is I wish they’d have a loyalty program. Otherwise I highly recommend this place!

Great customer service. I have bought several weapons from them and they are great to deal with. Bought a used magazine and the guy dropped it and gave me 5.00 off just for that. Great Knowledgeable and helpful. I have bought 6 firearms in the last 2 years and sight for hand guns. I order the sights from web sight and 3 days later took my gun in and in 1/2 hour they replaced them. Free if you buy from them. Still the best in northern colorado. I only buy 3 guns a year but this in my go to for weapons if you want it they can get it.

Almost didn’t follow through with leaving this review, as I have to take my share of being accountable for the outcome of my experience at Liberty. It’s a “live and learn “ experience for me . I’ve purchase a firearm there in the past, a$1600 dollar handgun, they ordered it in for me, great service from Mike, I’ve bought AR parts on occasion, or ammo. Really positive staff, helpful and pleasant . Today I had to go in and cancel a layaway, it was past my 60 days. They said it was still there and I could pick it up. I explained I’d had a life event, and I couldn’t, as much as I’d like to have . Not their problem, I get that . It says there is a 25% restocking fee. That is on the entire price of the layaway, not what you’ve paid . Ouch. So I knew I’d get a gift card, that was fine, but getting $89 out of $201 hurt, just saying. I work for a big retail store, FFL dealer in hunting. We do layaway. We wave the restocking fee, give you a gift card as well. We want you to come back. Just venting here, I know it doesn’t cost $112 to restock. I will never do a layaway at this store again . I like Liberty, we can’t order this type of gun at my store so I shop there but I’ll save up next time .

Most are willing to help. Have good knowledge and seem to be genuinely customer oriented. They are not associated with liberty in Windsor. This is a much better place. Wish they carried more parts.

Seems to always be busy in there and with the ammo shortage Ive checked a couple of times but I still cannot find the ammo I am looking for. A lot of people wearing mask but probably 50% not, which is weird because it says on the door to enter you must have a mask.

Called over 15 places in NE Colorado looking for a gen 4 Glock 19 in Battlefield Green. No one had it in store, and their distributors no longer carried them. USA Liberty Arms had three in stock and I headed over to Fort Collins immediately. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Their prices were right, and they had exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend USA Liberty Arms, and will personally be doing all my business with them going forward.

Dropped an ar-15 off to have trigger system installed, gun was spotless at dropOff . Sales said they dad to test fire it so pick up in a few days- got it back looking like 2000 rounds went thru it and a warn out bolt carrier, seems they switched it!!!! Last time I do business with these CLOWNS

I have been there many times and always a positive experience. I was there recently to have them install the rail, rings and scope on my rifle. I can do it but feel since they are a gun shop they can do it better and its a service they do for free, who does this. The mount I had was not the best for the application so I purchased some rings and they went to work, right away I might add. After installing it all, with the eye relief distance check in the middle, it was time to check out. The young lady at the register asked if I wanted to return the Burris mount I had, It was never mounted/its new, so I did. I didnt have a receipt but they gave me retail back anyway. These guys are the best. DONT GO ELSEWHERE. If you had a negative experience it was probably you not USA Liberty.

Ive been to this store a few times. One of these particular occasions was not pleasant. When I wrote a review about it, management was quick to apologize and take action to right the wrong. After personally speaking with the management team I feel confident to say that ownership has their head in the right place and are very sincere in maintaining a professional gun environment.The store itself is very expansive and seems to have a lot of great products for a fair price. I understand that from time to time one bad employee can tarnish the reputation of good business. So after my experience I am still willing to give them a chance.

As I walked in the door I was greeted by my first name (felt like I was at Cheers). Once again I received excellent help with the purchase of two new pistols. Conner was awesome explaining the various features of the numerous pistols my wife was looking at until she was pleased with what we purchased. I already knew what I wanted but Conner still took the additional time to show me the take downs on both pistols and all of their Safety features. Very, Very pleased with the customer service. Ive been to Liberty Arms a few times. Im happy with my experiences and will continue to do business with them. Great group of guys that seem very willing to help with questions. Sometimes they are busy and cant dedicate all their attention to one person but they juggle customers very well and dont seem overwhelmed when its packed.EditBeen back to the store at their new location. At first, it felt foreign and it didnt feel like the store I used to go to. After a little help from Graham,my faith has been restore. These guys continue to impress with customer service. Since my transfer involved multiple firearms, I called Kyle several times regarding the transfer. Awesome customer service, answered all questions thoroughly and took nearly an hour showing me different guns. Some were guns I was looking to buy, some I just wanted to see for fun, and everyone there was cool with just talking about them. When a question stumped the associates, they would admit it and try to find out, rather than just giving a wrong answer. I will definitely continue to shop there.

They have a pretty good selection of firearms here. Service was good, never felt pressured to buy anything when I came in to browse. I ended up buying the perfect rifle at a good price. Great service and knowledgeable staff.

Let me start by saying this store has excellent prices and you can have a good experience, if you are careful. As a relatively new gun buyer, I was not and have learned some things from my experience, but that doesnt negate my experience. I was looking for a handgun and decided on the vp9 because the trigger on the display case model felt phenomenal. The one I purchased was grabbed from their inventory and I went on my way. The trigger on the model I bought was terrible, had a fake trigger wall before the real wall. Other people have had the issue, and a gunsmith could fix it but it would void the warranty on a gun that hadnt even been fired yet. I went back in, asked to try a different one from their inventory to see if it had the same problem, it did not. It felt buttery smooth and I asked if I could exchange the one I bought for that one. All firearm sales are absolutely final here, which I should have asked about. Other stores I have bought from had 30 day money back guarantees and I thought that was standard but perhaps not. I ended up selling them the gun back as used and buying the same type of gun that didnt have the trigger disconnect issue. Yes, this circumstance is partly my fault, and the staff was very helpful in assisting me while I figured this all out, but the store policy is responsible for my 2 stars. Make sure to test the exact firearm you will be walking out with, as it will not always resemble the display model.Thought about it some more, changed my review to one star because I should very well be allowed to return a defective firearm with 0 rounds through it.

Been wanting to visit store for a while now. Stopped in the other day. Big show room, lots of stuff. Two other people in there at the time and plenty of staff. Nobody willing to help. Not very impressed with the way they conduct business. I bought a couple H&K MP5 magazines I was told the total came to 75.00 even gave 80.00 and got back 4.00 and some change. I looked at my receipt and the total was 75.12. Its twelve cents and the total was correct but i was told 75.00 even not 75.12. When Im expecting 5.00 back. Ive never gone into a place of business and experienced that before. Get some better help, it will save your business.!!! Better off with Jensens Firearms.

I went in to buy my first firearm, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable (Id been shopping around for quite awhile before finally buying something.) They also helped me compare shotguns without rushing even though the store was scheduled to close 20 minutes later. Im very pleased and plan on going back to buy my next firearm as well as my ammo simply because the service was superior to any other place Ive ever been and Ive been shopping around for about 5 months! A lot of places look at you cockeyed when youre a woman in a gun shop, however this was not the case at Liberty Arms. I am extremely pleased and will be a returning customer for sure, the next time I have money to blow. :-)

My experiences are not unlike those other people posting negative reviews here. They have a good selection and some competitive prices, but the shop attitude is unbearable. They always try to up-sell you, and they pretty much make it clear that they do not stand by their products, new or used. This has happened to me on several occasions. I will gladly spend more elsewhere to avoid the clerks and their attitudes. I suspect they are on commission and dont seem to understand that a low end sale is better than no sale at all. Love these guys. More inventory than anybody in northern Colorado, and helpful, professional staff. HUGE selection of ammo, parts, accessories and mags. Ive found everything from WWII vintage rifles to brand new carbines to blue-label Glock pistols at Liberty, with great selection and prices.They answer the phone, theyre patient and responsive when I need something odd or unique, and everyone is a pleasure to deal with. I dont spend my gun money anywhere else.

Called at 5:59 asked for a part and told the guy i was coming from denver so he checked for me and said yeah we have it drove up here got there at 6:52 (8mins before closing time) to arrive to a door with a sign on it that says we are closing at 6. You would think to tell someome that. Have spent alot of money here will never drop another penny in that store now. Even called and no one would answer the phone atlest 4 people standing there. Talk about bad customer service

By far the Best Gun Shop in Northern Colorado. Plenty of staff on hand to help all that walk in the door. Guns and Ammo both at lowest prices around, even lower than gun shows. Go and check for yourself. I have visited many other gun shops around Northern Colorado and Cheyenne. Liberty Arms stands out easily as more friendly, helpful, and a better supply of guns and ammo across the board. Most shops are rather small and everything always needs to be ordered in... You will get what you want and have a lot more fun if you do. ***They will not give you a free gun. I asked, and they said no. Other than that, greatest gun shop Ive ever purchased from. You want to hold every gun? They will let you. You want to get a gun not on the shelf in its box? Sure thing. If they dont have it, theyll get it. And if they have it and its priced more than Grab a gun or any other reputable gun shop, theyll bring the cost down according to shipping, transfer fee, and other variables to meet the price the best they can. Why buy from a local shop? You cant hold a gun online and feel the actual unit you are buying. These guys will let you feel your new gun, hold it, caress it, talk to it... though making love to it isnt allowed until you get it home of course. 😂 Wide selection of aftermarket parts and priced to move. What more could you ask for? Besides free guns, and they said no.

USA Liberty Arms is one of the best gun shops I have done business with. The staff maintained incredible composure during one of the busiest days of the holiday season. Why I decided to buy a new Sig in late December, I have no idea. David, one of the owners offered me such a fair price on a rifle I traded in, that I was encourage to come back and trade in a 1911. This is a place you want to do business. The guys at USA Liberty Arms are patient, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Go in and take full advantage of the 2nd Amendment, or even just look around. To start I have spent over 2000$ this year alone at their store. I bought a new gun from them and right when I got home I noticed the trigger was hanging up very badly. I brought it back to the store the next day and asked for an exchange. They told me the the BATF would not allow them to sell my gun I took home as new so they would not exchange it for a working one and sell mine as used. While I know this to be true it does not seem like my problem that they are selling broken guns right out of the box. Just seems right to me to fix the customers problem then and there when they have had the gun less then 24 hrs. I end up sending the gun back to the manufacturer and they determined it was to broken to repair so a new gun was being sent to me. Because the new gun had a different s/n I had to have it sent to a ffl. I had it sent back to liberty. The gun arrived and when I went to pick it up I had to go through another background check. At this point I asked are you going to make me pay for this again because I already did the first time I bought the gun. They said yes because it’s federal law and they charge for it. I asked why I had to be the one to pay and why they could not pay. In the end they did absolutely nothing to even try to make the situation right. When something goes wrong in a sale both parties should give a little to make it right. I sent the gun in and waited another three weeks for my gun that was brand new never used. I felt like the least they could do is cover my background check the second time. As silly as I feel saying this I will never buy from them again all over 10$. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else. If anything goes wrong it will be 100% on you.

Left my S&W .357 with them for firing pin repairs. I was treated great, the repair with inexpensive and turn around was fast. All around great experience.

Very good selection. They are honest and up front with you as a customer. I found the handgun I wanted for a lot less here than where I had looked before. They even put up with me testing different examples of the gun until I found a trigger I liked. Very well done.

Stood in line for an hour staring at the gun cases without any help once so ever! Wanted to drop $1000 on two firearms oh well ... Lost me as customer!!!

Great selection and pricing

I was not impressed by this place at all. I could not get any help from anyone.The gun room was like walking through a bunch of cattle. You could only go one way and that was the way that the crowd was going. No thank you! It smelled like unwashed bodies and there was no air flow. They did have some good prices on ammo and they had a lot of AR parts in stock which is why they get a 3 star and not a one.

They have alot more selection. The people dont give the your an idiot for asking that question vibe off. As well as very helpful when asking them all sorts of questions. Pricing is a little better than Jensens and they will try to accommodate you as best as possible. Where as Jensens doesnt budge at all. Hours are better suited as well for us who have only Sundays off.

I have bought a few guns here and I have never had fewer than 2 people helping me. They are always willing to talk and discuss options and will research products if they dont have them on hand. By far the best gun store in town. Tons of accessories for ARs or hunting firearms.

Best gun shop Ive ever had the pleasure of visiting. All the staff are very helpful and their passion shows through the knowledge of their trade. Great place for first time gun buyers, as they will make you feel comfortable and wont intimidate you with macho-man gun knowledge. Highly recommend this shop for all skill levels.

EDIT: after leaving the review below, Shane, the CEO, contacted me promptly trying to figure things out. He did everything he could to make things right and I ended up leaving happy. This is a very nice shop with a lot of guns and equipment and I encourage anyone to check it out. I just hope in the future they notify people of any odd things (like limited capacity magazines) before the customer purchases a gun.I bought a like new mod .2 for a decent price from these guys. I got home and was installing the pinky extender I bought and realized that both the magazines were limited to 10 round capacity. The gun is supposed to come with one 13 round and one 16 round magazine. Called back to see if they would give me the right magazines if I traded the 10 round ones. I was told I dont really need those. Well neither do I. I didnt buy the gun for 2 10 round magazines I bought it specifically for the higher magazine capacity. They said we werent trying to mislead you... sure... someone knew that they were only 10 round magazines and that information should have been relayed to me at the very least. They told me I could get a good deal on some new ones but wont just let me trade the 10 round ones for the ones it should have came with. Instead told me they would take the gun back and give me my trade back. Weird that they would rather lose my money and business than just trade the magazines

One of the best shops in the state in my opinion. Courteous staff that will explain everything you need. Very patient with newcomers and take their time to make sure the question is answered. You can find practically everything here that you will need. Always stop by this shop when I am in town.

Casey handled our sale, and I have to say he was very professional, and attentive to our needs. This sale was handled from South Florida, and when I arrived in Colorado to finish the sale I could not ask for anything better. Usa Liberty Arms is an outstanding shop, and I would highly recommend this store to all. They made a couple of veterans very happy.

They have the best prices in the immediate area. The employees are polite and knowledgeable. They offer a veterans discount, which isnt much, but its enough to feel appreciated. I will be a return customer.Update: have since moved to the Denver metro area. It is worth the 1 hour+ drive out of my way.

Went in needing advice on a first handgun purchase and was directed towards what to look for, in an honest and helpful way. Mike talked to me for over an hour about different options I could look into. I ended up purchasing a used gun that was priced below what I could find on ArmsList. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning.

What an amazing place. I get great customer service and the have a large selection of firearms, ammo, and accessories. Hector in particular is very knowledgeable and super helpful.
