Just stopped in for some color chips and a gallon and quart of touch up paint from a job a few years back. The staff were friendly and someone came right over to help me. They got my order mixed quickly and I was in and out in ten minutes.
I recently bought a shed and wanted to paint it to match my house, which was painted seven years ago. The sales associate was extremely helpful in determining I could still use some of the old paint I had, and then matched the other color precisely. He even helped me carry the heavy cans to my car.
I have been buying my paint from this store for the last year or so and the staff is so friendly, and efficient. I ordered my paint online and when I go to pick it up the employees greet you when you walk through the door and are very professional. Would recommend buying your paint/supplies at this location!
I was helped right away upon entering and the gentleman listened attentively and was able to decipher my needs and help with the correct purchase for my project. I felt like he really wanted to see me be successful.

Wanted to thank the employees at this location, especially Francisco P, for making a stressful situation much easier! Some people are really good with colors and enjoy it, alas, I am not one of those people. Choosing colors and figuring out how they will look together is not my gift. Luckily, Francisco pointed me in the right direction, helped me with samples and colors, and helped me absolutely love my choices. He even followed up to make sure I was all set - excellent customer service!
Real busy, I was able to get color samples for HOA approval.
We were informed a sale would last through the end of the month- so we didn’t need to rush to get needed stain. When we came back two days later, on the 16th, we were told the sale ended the day before and ended up having to spend over $100 more on the product we needed (which means there was only one day remaining on the sale when they told me it was still two weeks). This after we had already had a lot of confusion around which product we needed and them not having the one we needed. When I called the local ACE that usually sells the product, they were very forthcoming about why the whole town was low on it. I was disappointed they didn’t discuss options with us at Sherwin. It made getting what we needed much more complicated, and expensive. The staff worked quickly, and were certainly kind enough. But not overly helpful by any stretch.
I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes to purchase exterior black paint, which this location does not have and cannot mix. While waiting, phone calls taking orders were taken and there were more employees in the location than patrons. After I asked for the paint, the associate helping me starting answer questions for other patrons but claimed she was not helping them. I asked her to simply take care of patrons in the order they arrive as I had already waited over 20 minutes and I was advised that I lacked the proper patience. They are doing the best they can in the pandemic. I really dont see how lack of organization has anything to do with the pandemic. It is also hard to understand how a paint store does not keep black paint!
I have never had a good experience at this place. Since the Kwal changeover. We tried to get some paint to touch up our house and the colors do not match. We’ve waited in line forever. Several times products have been discontinued that we now have to have custom matches done and redone which are never very good. I hate this store and I hate sherwin Williams.

After waiting 30 minutes in line was told they were busy but would call me in a few days when the new paint was ready so I left my samples to be matched. I waited a little over a week but got no call. So I called the store but when I did the person on the phone put me on hold several times while he looked for my order. Turned out they had lost both the written order and my samples. I was instructed to return to the store to drop off a second set of samples, which I attempted to do.When I arrived at the store there was a line of several people waiting to be served so I faced another 30 minute wait. I approached the counter, and rather than the the counter person simply letting me drop off the samples, he told me I would need to go to the end of the line again, which was about another half an hour in length just to leave off my replacement samples. I had previously waited in line 30 minutes to place the original order which had been lost by this store.The samples I brought in included two different cans of Kwal paint, one of which was still full and had cost about $50-$60.Very disappointed. Will likely find another, more customer oriented store.

I usually only post positive reviews but today am taking the time to post this. We had always used the Kwal store and now it’s Sherwin Williams so I went ahead and tried it. 2 HOURS later I have 2 gallons of paint and 2 samples. Computer problems. Spilled my paint from home which I got to pay to replace. Interesting fight between the staff and a customer. Lots of shouting! I will not go back. Lots of other options.

Despite being very busy and short staffed, my color match order was delivered as a perfect match. The staff handled phone and in-person customers with patience, professionalism and expertise.
Excellent service as always, but they are having major issues getting materials and supplies in stock due to their poor distribution system. Not the fault of store management. This is a toeal corporate failure. Still a very dependable paint product company, but you might be better off going to a big box store like Home Depot to get other Painting supplies.
I love Sherwin Williams stores. Skip Lowe’s and get a custom product recommendation (tip: try the duck back peeling paint primer for your outside jobs) and a great high quality paint. Also: if you are going to look at the paint for a long time (it’s not a rental) ask if they have your paint in “contractor grade” with enamel. That’s some serious paint!

Poor customer service. Employee was very short, rude and disrespectful when I asked for assistance on a couple of paint codes. Asked the individual if he could help with some touch up paint and their response “I have no idea what you’re asking for and there are too many selections to match and if I could figure it out they probably wouldn’t match anyway”.
I have been completing several large paint projects and have been here at least four times in three weeks. The most recent time, I ordered three gallons of Alabaster colored paint. I received completely white paint and we spent hours painting before I realized the color was drying white and not Alabaster. I cant believe a professional paint store failed to even put pigment in paint after labeling it as pigmented. When I went to exchange the paint, they were out of the correct paint type and had to order it in, so I need to make the thirty minute drive back again today. I never received an apology. In addition, each time, the wait time was over 15-20 minutes before I was helped. I will no longer be using this Sherwin Williams - Home Depot or Lowes is much better, faster, and reliable for home paint jobs.

My experience at the store have been very poor. I would recommend not ever shopping here. The staff is not very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Guirys Paint just down the road.

Horrible! I made 4 trips to try and get paint matched with zero success. The first time they couldnt work of the paint can and paint I brought in even with a color code and name. The second time the paint chip I brought wasnt large enough (because they didnt give me any instructions). After ripping out drywall for a large sample, they broke the only paint scanner in the store and told me it would be an hour to recalibrate it. After 90 minutes they hadnt even started. 4 trips + 0 paint + a snotty attitude = I will never be back. Home Depot got it right in less than 10 minutes with good advice and a smile.
