This by far has to be THE MOST FRAUDULENT STORAGE COMPANY!!! I tried to rent with them but thank God I didn’t! The staff seems nice until you start asking company info such as CORPORATE NUMBER AND DISTRICT MANAGER INFO. Everything Is internal company info!! I have yet to receive my REFUND!! Literally getting a run around and recesses told I have to wait 60-90 days!! I wouldn’t refer them to ANYONE!!!! To add to this it’s going on a month and still HAVENT RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK FOR A CHECK THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE EXPEDITED FROM JULY 12th but was informed it was sent out last Friday!! I honestly feel like IM BEING ROBBED FOR NOTHING!!!!!Ok so fast forward….Today’s date is Sept.1.2021 and I have yet to receive my check and currently sitting in the lobby with Thomas rude self and waiting for district manager to call!! Talk about excellent customer service!! Way to go STORAGE KINGS SE 6th st LOCATION

Once again I called the FTL facility yesterday afternoon and requested to come and get to my container. Again I had to leave a message because no one answered the phone and although I asked for a call back no one called back. This office never calls you back. I contacted sales and service and spoke to someone named Jessie who was no help trying to find out if the facility was open on a Friday afternoon. She said the manager left for a personal emergency and there was no back up person and the storage facility would remain closed until someone could get in the office. Today is Saturday and again I called and no one answered the phone. Again I left a message for a call back so I could get approval they are open and would allow me access.I regret ever having to rent from this place. You cannot come to this facility without an appointment . The problem is most of the time you cant get an appointment. Had I known getting an appointment would have been such a hassle I would never rented a storage room with Storage King. One thing they do on time is send you your bill.

Very modern, clean, and easy to reserve. We rented a 5x5. The unit gets moved to the loading dock for you when you request it. Very good customer service. Thanks Thomas for your help

Just moved almost the entire contents of my home into a unit. So far, so good! Friendly staff, easy and pleasant negotiations, and efficient service. Thank you!UPDATE:Quickly regretting my above decision. Trying to access my unit to MOVE CONTENTS of SOLD HOME, and was en route when I called and was told that the crane was broken. (Too bad for me that I had already loaded up TWO trucks of furniture!!!) Had to turn back and figure something out on the fly. Tried again yesterday, called for an update and NO ANSWER from facility. Called again today and got the call-service representative who basically told me that because no one is responding at the facility, he cant do anything for me. WHAT THE???? Now, with no national customer service number to call, Im beginning to think this company is not legit.Leaving the 5 star rating for now, upon the expectation that this will be resolved TODAY, and I can access my unit. Or that ANYONE can access their unit!!! Who knew...

I want to take a moment to recognize your location manager Tom. My law firm has been using the Fort Lauderdale facility to store evidence and Tom has gone above and beyond to enable us to move evidence in and out and perform certain inspection. There has never been a request that he could not accommodate and always takes personal responsibility for getting things done.Recently, when I needed to obtain an additional unit to accommodate a load coming in from out of state after hours, Tom personally stayed late to enable us to get things done. He is as dedicated as any employee I have seen across any industry.He is a tremendous asset to your organization and you are VERY lucky to have him.

Loves these units. This is the third time Im renting from them. I move around a lot and intermittenly need a place to store my motorcycle. Every time, the service is always on point. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is looked after. They even install my bike stand for me.I feel completely at ease leaving my stuff here. Especially knowing that its hurricane proof!

Called in morning to confirm our reservation. They tell us they are ready for us. Show up with moving truck filled and the crane and computer are not working. They refuse to allow us to put anything in the bay until the system is working. Offer no help or solutions. We scrambled to find another place and had to pay additional cost to movers. Stay away from this disaster!!!

I was a customer of Robovault since 2015. Friendly staff, good service, a pleasure to deal with. Then StorageKing took over. All the old staff has left. New management is just the opposite. Ive ben trying since mid-February to get a measly $64 back from the prepaid annual rental. Local management took two months to finally respond, then said corporate would send the refund (that was on 6/1). Since then Ive tried to contact corporate. I cant get through to top management, only getting people at call centers who promise to advise management. Ive even gone on their website and sent messages. No response. This is a totally unresponsive, non-user friendly company. I highly recommend that customers pay quarterly or monthly as you will never get a refund if owed a return. Ill never use StorageKing again.

Usually I call to get my unit brought down in advance. 4 days ago, I tried to call and get someone to bring my unit down to no avail. I drove there anyway. The representative told me their systems were down and they aren’t able to move any units. He said he’ll call me back later in the day when they get it up and running. That was 4 days ago!! Still haven’t heard from them. And I’m still unable to get ahold of my things in my unit. You telling me you store “exotic” cars and wine collections and there maybe times where people are not able to retrieve or even have access these expensive items?

Weve been customers of Robovault for at least a couple of years now - amazing storage place - no longer have to traipse down long corridors with a cart - the unit comes to you! Very secure - and the new guy, Thomas, is OUTSTANDING - he has made a HUGE difference to the visits there - so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable - just outstanding. If youre considering a storage unit, look no further - its UNIQUE - we thank our lucky stars that we found this place after searching dozens of other storage units. These guys are the BEST, especially Thomas - ask for him!

After trying to contact the Ft Lauderdale location for a week to notify them we where moving in, I finally got someone on the phone the morning of the move to be told they don’t have the unit that I paid 2 months in advance. There is no where worse to deal with.

Horrible customer service

Robovault has recently lessened their security measures as it relates to the safe deposit box area/vault. Access control has been eliminated as it relates to secure door leading to vault room. Recently they removed the secured door in order to have a retail area to sell boxes and shipping materials. Completely ridiculous, security measures have lessened the security. Im emptying my safe deposit box and so are others. What a shame!

I am in love with this place, staff are awesome, they dont mind helping, very flexible and will give you all the time in the world to help you out, keep it up guys! 😊

Read your contract closely. #8. They are not responsible for any losses, damage of any kind...even internal. Just not a true service if no one has accountability of your possessions placed in their care.

The best location to keep your boat show equipment from year to year, near the FLL Airport and Port, near Las Olas, etc. Whats more ? Excellent!
