All good with the exception that the light fixture that wasnt working was not repaired in a timely manner.

They had a wide selection of units and I found one that was sized right for storing a bicycle, an upright pump, a fan, a trainer mat and a Wahoo trainer. There were no billing problems and everything always worked at the site. The unit was inside and temperature controlled, so everything was always dust-free and in good condition.

Very bad business practices . They make you buy a lock or you don’t rent with them, they trick you in a lower price for one month and they up the price the next month. You are stuck with a lock weather or not, no refunds. 18.00 dollars is outrages ….what a poor way to take advantage of a customer😡😡😡😡

It was real simple. I made an online reservation and within minutes I got a phone call from them. Unfortunately I missed the call, but they left a clear, detailed message asking if I had any questions or concerns. I didnt.I went down to the facility and Marilyn was very happy to help me. She was polite and informed. She answered any and all the question I asked. She showed me a couple of units that were the size I wanted and she let me pick which one to my liking. We went back to the office and we did paperwork. Marilyn knew my time was valuable and she was quick with the paperwork and all along was able to still have small talk with me to keep me entertained. My whole experience was about 20 minutes long. I am happy, and satisfied with the price. I would recommend this location of CubeSmart.

I love cubesmart. I always pick this place. The customer service is amazing and the store are always clean. Only thing is that used to offer water and they don’t anymore and after a long hot day of moving some water would be nice but overall very good pricing and customer service

After signing a lease for the storage unit of my car at the Dania Beach location, it turns out the unit I rented was too small and the facility had no other available units that would accommodate my car. General Managers, Wendy and Daniel, immediately got on the phone and computer to find me an alternate CubeSmart location that could accommodate my car size.Within minutes I was at the CubeSmart on Ravenwood and the General Manager, Sasha, was a bright light after a rather hectic start at Dania Beach.

I did a lot of searching before I decided to get a storage. I visit a couple of others and I did really like the customer service. Although cubesmart was a little more expensive, I choose them because of their customer service. I was having a very stressful day and the managers at this facility really turned my a whole day. Walked out with the first month free, great lock and my unit was very clean. And the ac units felt a pretty decent compared to the others I went to. Sasha and ken were great. I’m glad I choose cubesmart, will make sure to recommend to family and friends.

I am currently a customer with Cube Smart and can not express how kind and sweet are the Manager and the young man working there. They are very attentive and welcoming. The office is always cleaning and smelling good. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.

I have stored at CubeSmart Facilities before but I must say the Customer Service at this particular location was absolutely astonishing. Sasha was very patient and understanding with me regardless of the difficult time I was going through that day. She showed me options and the amenities provided at the location. Sasha Sanchez management was very poor.After showing her how to handle things as an experienced manager myself, then she apologize and started dialogue to resolve my issue.Mentally I was already halfway through the door.POOR SERVICE.

I think the staff is very helpful. The security is good. The price in my opinion, is just right. I feel that my belongings are really being protected by the climate control. I have used this company and location in the past. I was so pleased with the customer service here I always return.

Security is a serious issue. Got a space 6 weeks ago and it was already broken into, along with 6 other units. My lock was stronger than the latch they broke to get in. Dont understand why they wouldnt have security cameras inside the storage building. Not expecting the items stolen to be recovered.

I needed a space to store a flatbed truck when my closest Cube smart did not have a space. I contacted Marie at the Ravenswood Road location where she was gracious and helpful. Not only was she a true pleasure to do business with, she saved me $70 a month on my storage fee! Way to keep a customer happy, Marie! Highly recommend this location!

Storage units are very cleaned and the facility is well kept. The two young ladys in the front desk were very nice and made sure I left with everything I needed. Not to sure if anyone knows this but CubeSmart sells good things for packing and moving. Bought 10 boxes and got a discount and some mattress covers for a decent price. Very impressive most storage places don’t have to much to sell but locks. Everything I needed was there so I didn’t have to make more then one trip. When we arrived, the clerk showed us the storage space we rented to make sure we were happy with it. He clearly explained how to access the space, open the gate, etc. We were impressed by how clean the property is kept.
