Gina is great. Made the process of viewing and reserving a unit super smooth + easy. My mom was very happy to have had her assist from beginning to end. The facility is centrally located, easily accessible to users, and very clean + temperature controlled. Price is really great too - this place is worth it!

Love this location, love this brand. I have rented here twice before and always find them to be clean, easy to book, and with a great staff. I juust rented two units and the staff made the process effortless and found me two great units in good locations near elevators, etc. Gina was especially helpful and always cheerful to deal with. I dont even consider other storage unit companies -- this is the industry leader (in my humble opinion).

Theres a reason Gina gets so many compliments. Its because shes amazing! I couldnt get my storage door open and she went way above the call of duty to help out. No one would have done that. Anywhere else, it would have been my problem. Needless to say the customer service at this location ranks at the top. I stopped at public storage to see the units and get information. I couldnt have had a better person to help me, Gina was friendly and helpful Im glad I stopped at this public storage.

The person working the front desk was extremely rude.. When I emailed a complaint to their corporate office, they said I had to call. Strange to not take written complaints. As far as this location, I do not feel safe there. Vagrants frequent the area. Saw roaches coming out of one of the storage units, gross. And, they raise the rent frequently. Would not recommend.

I have maintained a storage unit here for several years. I was looking to get a bigger space and made an online reservation. The manager Gina called me right away, to discuss details. On the day I arrived Gina explained to me the type of space the new unit was, and then showed it to me. Although it wasnt for me Gina worked to get me a price reduction on my original unit. Much appreciated! Gina followed up my visit with a phone call and her customer service is spot on.

If I could give no stars i would. I was effected by the virus and was put out of work. I was told today that my lack of funds were not their problem ( storage space ) and that they do not offer or will not offer any covid-19 relief. I was given a settlement date which is up today. I have no money in my account and have yet to receive my unemployment or stimulus check, or any of my refunds. I have cried and begged for help but Jacob stated that my lack of funds were not his issue. Im going to local of my things because of this. I have no family to ask for help and am embarrassed to even be writing this.

Gina was great. After 10 years storing there, she was like my mom. Always helping me sort things out and feel good about being there. They could put a better door handle on the bathrooms so you dont always get locked out. Also the could buy one more mobile set of stairs tower so, there is one tower in each isle, so we dont always have to wrestle that monster around the corners and down the lane. Very handy location and I like the covered parking so we can load and unload in the rain. Okay, see you next time!
