This business should not be in operation for so many reasons. It pains me to read the other reviews on BBB, Google, etc. and to see similarities to what I also experienced with this company. Trend reviews do not lie!!!My poor experience started on the day of the move. They did not show up at the scheduled time nor called to notify me that they were running late. I am not sure if they would have showed up if I didnt call to ask if they were still coming. And that was just the start of the problems. They damaged my barn door with the first piece of furniture that they moved and did not say anything to me about it (my friend witnessed it and had to inform me about it). They stopped at McDonalds to eat lunch (which I dont mind, but then DO NOT include that time in the per hour move time). When they got to the new property, they ripped off the lip of the staircase and damaged the paint on the rails when moving the furniture.At the end they tried to charge me over $900 when I was quoted $400 for the move. When I tried to bring up the issues with the main mover Frank (there were 3 men), he became threatening and verbally abusive. My friend and I (both females) felt very intimidated.A few days later, Frank left a voice message on my phone to attempt to apologize and also to tell me that the company should give me back an hour of time as he miscalculated the time. I am guessing that he felt guilty that he added the break they took for lunch. He also advised that they had more boxes of mine in the truck. I texted him back and still havent received any refunds nor my remaining property.I have since called and emailed the company (separate from Frank) a few times to report the issue and try to claim insurance since I had to pay a contractor over $700 to fix the barn door from the old property and the staircase at the new property. This happened in March and to date I have not received any correspondence from the company (it is now July). When I tried to rectify the issue with my credit card company, Sureway charged me a second time.I am all about supporting good businesses and I am very empathetic to the fact that many are having a hard time with the pandemic, but I do not think that this business should be operating at this time. In summary, the main issues are: misleading me with quotes/pricing, intimidation, damaging property, not delivering all goods from one property to the next, not returning calls/emails about the issues, and double charging for services not properly rendered.

Just google Sureway Moving and Storage LLC + BBB and itll come up.Elite Sureway Moving & Storage LLC is the parent company of Expert Movers of IL, a Chicago-based scam moving company who I had the misfortune of getting duped by. I was told over the phone that Sureway has three DBAs (DBA = doing business as, basically a subsidiary company): Expert Movers of IL, Expert Movers of Tampa and Expert Movers of Miami. Avoid any and all of these!My experience: I was quoted that it would take 3 hours to move my 1bedroom apartment. However, once the movers showed up they intentionally dawdled in order to stretch the time out, as they charge by the hour. It ended up taking them 9 hours to move 1 bedroom. I watched helplessly as they stood around not doing anything for long stretches of time. I ended up helping them in order to make the move go quicker, I probably moved over 200lbs of stuff myself, and for reference, I am 130lbs and anemic. This nearly tripled the price from what I was initially quoted. They also charged me a $100 refundable deposit that they never refunded, and a 5% surcharge for using a credit card when I used a DEBIT card! I had been explicitly told there would be no surcharge for debit, and a 3% surcharge for credit, so this was clearly just arbitrarily added to steal my money.Expert Movers of IL is not licensed as a mover with the Illinois Commerce Commission. It was my first time moving with a company and I didnt realize that I shouldve checked for this! Now I know. Make sure any movers you hire are registered with the state moving authority (the ICC in Illinois, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in FL) and with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the FMCSA, both bodies will have a look-up function on their websites. These guys are not registered with the ICC or the FMCSA, only the FDACS (because it is illegal for a moving company in FL not to be). They showed up to my Chicago apartment in a rented UHaul truck with two movers who I know at least one of was not authorized to work in the US, as he told me he was only in the country for 3 weeks on a tourist visa.In the end, they also didnt actually move a lot of my stuff into the apartment. They left most of it outside, in a public basement area or on the back porch (in the rain). My new apartment is on the 2nd floor so Im going to have to move all this stuff upstairs myself. Im attaching pictures. I didnt have anything damaged but I also made sure to securely wrap everything that could be damaged in blankets myself beforehand. They certainly didnt secure anything in the truck, they just piled it in there, so Im sure if Id left it up to them things wouldve gotten damaged like in many of the other reviews here. Frankly, I do not consider this to be service rendered.Expert Movers of IL are also intentionally copying the name of Expert Movers Inc, a legitimate Chicago-based moving company. Expert Movers Inc have been having a lot of problems with Expert Movers of IL stealing their business by manipulating Google search results and then having those angry, cheated customers leave reviews on Expert Movers Incs Yelp page. I am hoping Expert Movers Inc can get the ICC to shut these guys down. They are clearly a scam operation. If anyone has experience they want to share with the IL branch of these scammers that they think might help the ICC, please email it to Expert Movers Inc (expertmoversinc @ gmail) as they are working with an ICC agent.

If I could give them no stars I would!! I was going to get a Groupon. Before I bought it I called to make sure they could do it on the day I needed. They told me they could and not to buy the Groupon (that should have been a clue), they would honor the the price. Before it was all said and done what should have been 800.00 ending up being 1000.00. They were rather insistent on a tip 100.00 per guy and there was 3 guys.I was at the old house cleaning and wasn’t there when things where unloaded. My son-in-law was at the new house and I hadn’t had a chance to talk to him when they wanted payment.They didn’t put things on the right floors they piled almost everything in the garage. What they didn’t tear up in the move they broke it.I called them later and told them what happened. I was never told they were sorry or apologized to or anything. I ask if they were insured an they told me they were. They give me a email addy to send pics too. 2 weeks later I called them again and finally got a case numbers. I haven’t received anything from them and they will not take my calls.I moved my grandmother’s china cabinet from Oklahoma without putting a ding in it. They moved in about 25 miles and broke the top off (the cabinet is over 90 years old). They even knock chucks out of the sheet rock! Here are just a few pics

I hired Sureway Moving and Storage to move from one apartment to another on 02/13/2021 prior to the move the customer service was A1, a guy name Denise gave me his cell phone number to contact him after hours with any questions and the office was very pleasant but once the move was done the customer service turned sour, and I signed the documentation that my television was broke during the move, my daughters underbed drawers and tape stain on a dresser and that did not help. After paying $1,100 to move you would think they would have some type of courtesy to pay for the damage. Well that same day I text Denise pictures of the damages items and there was no reply, so I called Denise that following Monday to be courteous of office hours and guess what the number had been disconnected. So I called the office and kept getting sent to voicemail, so I called from different phone numbers and finally a lady name Anna picked up the phone and said she would send me a claim form, well two days passed, no claim form, I called back and was sent to voicemail again and kept calling from different numbers and some guy said hello you are calling my cell phone number so I said well this is the number listed on my contact and the office is not answering the phones. So he gave me a 305 phone number to call which did not work, so I called back again finally spoke with Anna and she said her system was down she would send me the form the following day. And I allowed two days to past again and of course no email was sent, I called again and spoke with Anna and she said oh I did not forget. Well we are a month away and still no email to turn in a claim and they are giving me the run around. And now I have to get an attorney involved, because the company was quick to take my money but not they do not want to pay for the damage they caused for my items. How can you run a business and think you can get away with damaging customers items and not wanting to pay for the customers damaged goods.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Very unprofessional, worst service ever. They do not deliver on their promises or advertised services. Just a couple of small things were packaged, the rest was thrown inside the truck withoutprotection or cover. Furniture, paintings, electronic equipment, all thrown around like it was garbage. I received 2 days later broken, damaged, dented, scratch, punched-in holes, stained, all my belongings damaged one way or the other. Its been over 3 months and I am still waiting for answers from my many calls, emails and text messages, to see action from them, try to do something!. I still have a hole in my stomach looking at all the damage to our stuff that we took good care, bought with love, only to see it all damaged by careless people who will not own to their mistakes and do good on their stated and advertised promises. PLEASE DONT USE THEM, believe me, it will also happen to you!

By far the most unpleasant move I have ever had. The movers arrived 1-hour late and seemed to be inexperienced in driving/parking a16-foot truck since it took them over 20 mins to park in the loading zone of the storage place. They went on to move take 2-hours and 54 min to load what shouldve been an easy quick move as they just needed to move packed items from a storage unit. I was assured it would only take 45 mins tops since it was a total of 15 medium size boxes and two medium size pieces of furniture.Once we arrived to my new place they went on to take just as long to unload since both movers were moving quite slowly. As they brought items into my place, I noticed they totally disregarded all the labels marked FRAGILE that were on various boxes. I went on to open all of these marked boxes and found that all the items within these boxes were destroyed. It didnt end there, I had two pieces of art that were shattered, an antique one of a kind credenza was damaged, and the list goes on.When it was time to pay the invoice I communicated the laundry list of issues and was still told the total I needed to pay was $950. After some back and forth, the manager of the movers went on to lower the price to $850 and he made sure to let me know that was a courtesy, which honestly was insult to injury as it will cost me much more to try and replace and/or repair all that was badly damaged.

My wife and I hired Elite Sureway Moving & Storage, LLC dba Easy Movers to assist with our move from a one bedroom apartment to our new home, both within the City of Tampa. We received a quote for $590 that included wrapping of all furniture in shrink wrap and blankets, as well as disassembly and reassembly. During the move, the movers completely destroyed our $2,000 Pottery Barn sofa and attempted to leave it in the hall of our apartment complex. We are now left without a couch and the cost associated with hauling it to the dump, which Sureway/Easy Movers have refused to pay. Further, they refused to wrap numerous pieces of furniture in wrap and blankets, which led to them causing numerous gouges in our hardwood floors and in the walls of our home. During the move, they would stand around talking to each other for extended periods of time without performing work and take smoke breaks, despite billing me by the hour. In addition to the extensive damage done to our furniture and our home, they also lost the power cord to our Samsung big screen TV, which again, they have not offered to replace. After 7+ hours of moving (moving a one bedroom apartment ten minutes down the road) and causing extensive damage, they attempted to charge me $900 and refused to leave my home until we paid. Throughout the entire move, the workers were verbally abusive to both myself and my wife. Following the move, we had requested insurance information nearly a dozen times. To date, we still do not have their insurance information and they are ignoring our efforts to submit a claim. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID THIS COMPANY DUE TO THEIR DECEPTIVE AND UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.*Updated Response 6/23/21* To address the comments in the response below, it is clear that the author of this response did not have a copy of the contract and did not communicate with the movers. We did have three movers; not two movers. This is further detailed in our agreement. The comment below is alarming as it is apparently Elite Sureways position that 3 movers with moving equipment (i.e. dolly) could not move a dresser from a residential property. This comment is an example of the type of excuses and blame that was exhibited by the movers throughout the move. Essentially that any damage caused by the movers is the fault of the homeowner and not the negligent actions of its movers. Further, our home is two stories; not three stories. This is reflected in the forms we submitted prior to receiving our quote, and in our contract. Lastly, our agreement stated that we would receive actual replacement value for the damage incurred; not $0.60 per pound. The latter option was not checked in our agreement. Notwithstanding, we have submitted over 20 photographs of our damage (over a week ago) and have requested Elite Sureways insurance information, in writing, numerous times. To date, we have not received any insurance information or any responses as to how to submit an insurance claim. READERS NOTE: As a customer, we had a miserable experience with this company and they have continued to ignore our efforts to have the significant damage caused by this company addressed. BUYER BEWARE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Sureway Moving and Storage failed to deliver their most basic service offered. They lost serval belongings of mine after I had used their service to move out and store my belongings. They never took responsibility for the claim, They LOST more than 2K in furniture and personal belongings. Also scratched and literally BROKE my wooden bed. Stay away from these people, very informal, bad customer service, no refund or compensation.

I made a move from Miami Beach to Jacksonville Florida this week. Throughout the whole entire process the management team was amazing.Anna especially always took my calls and answered any questions that I had.one time I even called her like five times in that same day. She was always happy to help. When it was time for my move the guys were on time and really took care of all my belongings. Luis and Alejandro were amazing. Very professional. Even having driven such a long distance in a huge rainstorm they showed up to my new apartment with a smile and ready to get the job done fast and efficient.I was amazed how fast they brought up all of my belongings and even assisted me in putting the bed together and unwrapping a lot of the furniture that I had.I just wanted to say that this is an amazing company with wonderful employees and look no further for a moving company. Thank you once again.

I agreed and contracted to the flat rate of $1200 for 10 hours, 3 guys to pack and move my stuff with Sureway/Chico Moving Company. When I spoke with Christian, I asked for a price to include everything including packing/boxing of my things on 9/22. When the guys arrived at my place, they stated they only moved furniture and didnt do any packing when the paper work clearly stated they were supposed to pack my items. Even though I asked for a price to include everything( Which would include boxes), the price I was quoted of $1200 to include everything.Once the guys are on site, Im told the move didnt include boxes like I asked for from jump street and there was no way they would be able to get everything moved in one day. We need to just load the truck and they would have to deliver my things to my house the next day 9/23.I spoke with Christian about the boxes and the packing and he now states thats not what the quote was for and the move doesnt include boxes even though I stated thats needed from the beginning. He states I should have been a lot clearer in explaining the quote etc. Very Poor Communications!! At this point I had to go buy boxes for the move and his team of 3 didnt pack not 1 Damn Box!!We filled the truck by 3:30pm and they said they will come back the next day to get the rest of my stuff after we off load what was one the truck. They would leave my stuff on the truck overnight and bring it to my new residence and off load in the Morning. I stated, NO I want whats on the truck to be offloaded the same day at my new address which ended up being about 7 1/2 hours worth of work total so far. at this point Im thinking I still have around 3 hours left for the move and the moving team is telling me we can finish everything the next day (9/23) and they will be at my old address around 9am. They Damn well knew they had no plans on returning on 9/23. I even gave all 3 of them half the tip of $150.00 for the day’s work and the other half I was holding for the next day.The next morning 9/23, Im waiting for the team to show up. 9am, 10am, 10:30am and 11am no call and no show. I call the office to find out what was going on. The lady who answers the phone puts me on hold and then hangs up. I immediately call back and she tells me the driver will be calling me. I receive a Call from another guy named Raphael telling me my move was only scheduled for 1 day, I didnt call the office to schedule the team for an additional day, the quote was for up to 10 hours and I needed to pay for additional time of another discounted rate of $400 for the team to come back even though I never go the 10 hours I was quoted.Im trying to understand why the team that came on site didnt tell me I needed to call the office to schedule for additional time and they werent coming back unless scheduled by the office instead of telling me they will come back the next day no problem, well meet you at your old address at 9am, well see you tomorrow knowing damn well knew they were not coming back. I wonder how this would have played out if they just packed the truck like they suggested and deliver it the next day knowing they had no plans on returning? My experience was Horrible from this Piss Poor Company!!!

If I could give zero stars or negative I would due to their pathetic customer service. The move itself was fine but when I first got to visit my unit I found broken materials. Subsequently, they told me they needed to move my unit to a different facility which they do not even know. For the last three months I have been desperately calling them at least two times a week trying to get somebody to call me so I can get access to my unit and get my stuff but no dice. That said they continueCollect my monthly rent! Do yourself a favor and run very fast away from this company otherwise you will be very regretful.

In time good guys, simple process. They did not try to run out the time just so they could charge me more. I really appreciated that.

This is the most unprofessional moving service I have ever seen. I made the appointment with Expert Movers of Florida but was billed by SureWay movers. I specifically negotiated to $125 an hour as evidenced in the contract that I signed. “The service will be provided at $125 per hour.” At the end of a completely exhausting move the move the owner (Christian Morales) gaslighted me into saying the move was $149 for the first three hours and $125 an hour after that. The bait and switch was highly unprofessional but at this point it was nearly 8 pm and I just wanted everyone out of my house. This is just the first of many very unprofessional events that day. First: our movers were supposed to arrive between 9-10. At 10 I call Christian to see where they are. He tells me they are running late because one of the three guys had to back out and they needed to find someone else. He refused to give me an ETA. I called back several times and he seemed frustrated I kept calling. The movers did not arrive until 12:30–two and a half hours late. The owner did NOTHING to compensate us for our time waiting. Second: it took them THREE HOURS to move out of a two bedroom apartment—just to move out. We had everything in our apartment packed (approx 25 boxes). Third: after the movers left one of them texted my husband (we were communicating with them via text as we moved to the different locations) thinking it was me asking if I was single and expressing his interest in being with me. It was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Fourth: we lost a box in the move. I am by no means suggesting it was stolen. I emailed the owner to ask if it turned up. Maybe it was left on the truck. No response.

I used this company to move my home from Miami to WBP and they were fun and professional! Jason, Hissa, and Sean were great guys who were able to help quickly move the heavy items in the house. It didn’t take too long and we managed to stay under budget! I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them in the future.

Horrible experience! I contracted with this company for a local move on Sunday and gave my cc to be charged $100 to secure the move. Not only they did not show up but did not even bother to call me. When I called them to inquire about their whereabouts, they gave me the classic Truck is broken excuse. They called me back 20 minutes later to tell me that in fact their movers did not show up for work today. Some of my employees took a Sunday to come to coordinate the move....for nothing. No communication, no excuse, no solution offered. SHOP AROUND!

They came to do the move with no tools or experience in moving furniture!! They were late and destroyed my furniture. By far the worst experience ever. I do not recommend their service.

The worst experience ever. Im a single mother and caregiver to my elderly mother. Hired them to help us move. They broke multiple pieces of furniture and ruined the walls of the new place while taking the furniture to the second floor. They stated they had insurance and claim was filed. Never called me to update me of the claim status. Still waiting now for more than 3 months since the move and had to purchase new furniture as well as fix the walls. They never returned my calls or replaced any of the broken furniture. They continued to indicate that they filed a claim but that was not true. The price is not worth all the aggravation suffered. Its very sad to see small businesses such as this one taking advantage of people especially single mothers who are also taking care of the elderly parents. I hope one day they realize the harm they are doing to others.

Did not send adequate truck or people, took overnight to move 1/3 of 1 bedroom apartment, locked us out twice; damaged every piece ! Of furniture, walls, doors; caused loss of use of elevator for TWO weeks after lying to building about delay cause; re-submitted a bill 3 months after first was disputed & judged not worthy by cc adjusters; judged same second time; and is now filing false claims affecting my credit which has dropped from 800++ to 600’s as direct result. Want to hire these people? See a psychiatrist first.

First of all, starting with Sonia, she gave my family a great deal! and made us feel safe of hiring Sureway Moving for our move. Then, Thomas, Steve and Wilmar were Awesome They arrived on time when they said they would. The three of them were friendly, quick snd gentle with our furniture. They wrapped all of our furniture with moving pads and helped with setting of our beds. It was really a great experience and we recommend this company to anyone who is planning to move.We definitely planing to use them again!!

Beware of this company. They clearly state that how proficient, reputable, and caring they are, but none of this is accurate. We moved a month ago around the corner and they managed to break our TV, as well as, our glass dining room table top. They were not provided with ample packing materials by the company resulting in this breakage. I spoke with Matteo while the movers were still here and he assured me that they stand behind their reputation and will replace the items within one week. That was four weeks ago. We called relentlessly EVERY day and spoke with the manager, Anna who NEVER returned our phone calls and is totally uncooperative!!!!!! Shame on YOU!!!! You took our experience of moving into our new home and literally shattered it!!!! You need to stand by your words and NOT lie!!!!! If The option was offered for no stars, that’s what I would rate you. I really hope this review helps others when they shop around for a reputable mover.

Very pleased with the service I received. Movers were on time. They were very polite and respectful. The entire transition from the storage unit to my new home was smooth and swift. Plus the they were very affordable. I would definitely use them again.

This company are crooks. They steel your insurance claims checks. Dont answer calls nor emails and dont take responsibility for there action. My experience with Sureway Moving was amazing! At first Ana was very helpful in all the process, the guys the day of the move arrive to my house on time, with all the equipment and necessary things to complete my move, the assembled and disassembled my two beds, they wrapped every piece of furniture that I got, so anything got damage.The best part was that I didnt had to do anything, they do it everything for you, the pricing is excellent, i was very satisfied with the whole process of moving which is a very stressful thing for everyone, Sureway Moving did it easier for me. Also the movers Thomas, Steve and Perinell were great i really recommend them 100%Thank you for helping me in all of this process!!!

We were very pleased with Sureway Moving. The crew had to maneuver furniture in a small, slow and hot elevator on the third floor and did it with a smile. They were on schedule and on budget. Definitely recommend them!

This Company was great to work with. Quick and very professional and friendly. Not one item was damaged or mishandled in this 3-part moving experience. The pricing was competitive and straight-forward, and there was no question what the cost would be. No add-ons, no extra charges for stairs, no changing in the cost along the way. All of the items were blanketed and protected, and the truck was clean and in excellent condition. The customer service was very professional and friendly also. I really appreciated the professionalism, and I cannot say enough about it! I highly recommend this company.

Very impressed with Sureway Moving and Storage. They have moved us on two separate occasions and both times the service was exceptional. The crew did a very professional job and were careful with our stuff. Every piece was protected with some sort of wrap and they dissembled and reassembled furniture that needed to be. Very courteous and they gave me the impression they really enjoy working there. Would hire again.

I paid a deposit but on the day the move was completed, they charged me the full rate. Since then it has been phone tag and excuses. Over 5 weeks and no refund.

Fantastic service! This was our second time using Sureway Moving. Thomas and Andrew were very professional, efficient, and took good care of our belongings. If and when we ever move again we will calling them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This iteration of the company has changed drastically after becoming ELITE SUREWAY MOVING & STORAGE.They provided lagging and terrible communication pre and post move (rush you off of the phone at every turn). Moving team arrived or was sent to the DESTINATION address leaving us stressed out at the pickup location.They consequently arrived late when we were on an extremely tight schedule with NO APOLOGIES and mute expressions. The office refused any responsibilities as well and offered no discount. The crew wrapped none of our furniture and it was damaged: missing handles, gashes out of wood.They did not wrap our mattress and it was filthy.They would not leave our kitchen without taking payment and refused to offer any discount, charging us for the EXTRA HOUR that they had caused themselves to work by going to the wrong address.These wonderful reviews are baffling to me. I provided feedback upon their request and have gotten no further communication. They return no phone calls nor answer any emails. Please save your sanity and hard earned money.

Excellent service with a smile! The crew was on time and ready to work! They assisted with everything from moving it off the truck to assembly and moved diligently to get the job done quickly. They were extra careful with our belongings in order to avoid damage. I would DEFINITELY recommend Sureway moving and I would use them again as well.

This company is very unresponsive. The 2 man crew were late to the pick up location and late to the drop off location. Plus they charged me 2 extra hours because of their lateness.I was told I would have a paid invoice sent to me via email and I have not - even after sending several emails and placed several calls leaving voicemails because no one ever answers the phone.

Utilized this service back in February to move into my new home. I had almost every piece of my furniture damaged in someway. My walls were horribly damaged and they ripped up the threading on my stairs from pulling a dolley up. I contacted Ana right away and sent all my damages with proof of purchase and photos...I never heard back from her. I gave it a few months do to COVID, and tried time and time again to call her. Christin, the manager, said she would call me back, day in and day out...she never called back. Cristian then made promise after promise of sending a payment to me. After that never happened, I posted a review on YELP. Within minutes, he contacted me back and threatened to withhold the money for my damages unless I took the post down. I was then promised he would hand deliver the check to me. When that never happened, he said he mailed it...that was two weeks ago. He has now blocked my number. I have turned the issue over to my attorney and have filed in court. Not only are they severely lacking in customer service and basic business skills, they dont even know when to make things right. Now there will be legal and court fees attached to this.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

From planning the move over the phone, to the arrival process, leaving and then unloading and departing they were amazing and professional. For the delivery they worked with my 18 year old son and he said they were fantastic! Thank you for being great through this important time in our lives!

Do not use SUREWAY MOVING AND STORAGE, stay away from this irresponsible company.We hired the move and storage of our furniture and belongings in their warehouse. They packed and picked up the move without making a list since they said “everything will be stored in an exclusive vault for us”.After several months they delivered back the move and we found that several boxes were missing with the most valuable items such as silverware, branded purses, a very expensive 8 x 4 foot painting, a king bed and an English style table among many other things, valued over $ 30.000.00. Isn’t it suspicious that everything of value has been LOST?Sureway paid the value of the bed while asked time to look for the missing items. After few months they informed they didn’t find anything and since we didn’t have a list of the items moved, which they never did, they were not going to pay anything else.

I was moving and was recommended to use Sureway Moving to help me move. Im am very happy to have had them doing my move. The team was very professional, on time and very quick loading and offloading everything.They are courteous and easy to work with. They try to finish fast, regardless of the fact that they work by hour. I will definitely call them again for my moves and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Steve and Fabrice are two young professionals. They conducted themselves gracefully through the shark infested condo complainers sticking their noses into everyone else’s business. I’d recommended them to others and will hire them again when needed. Very smooth process start to finish.

Worst Moving Experience I Have Had in My Entire Life!!! I moved back on November 7, 2019 and I am STILL waiting for reimbursement on the thousands of dollars of items I had broken or damaged in the move. The office has become non responsive and I am not forced to turn my case over to my attorney, which is going to cost me even more money. I cannot begin to tell you the toll this company has had on my family and I over the last 3 months.
