They have been very helpful with any issue I have had with my car. They always put me in a loaner car if need be. I only wish I had bought my car with them, because the dealership where I had purchased my car and purchased my extended warranty has no interest in ever helping me. Service was absolutely phenomenal. To make this long story short, I went in with my fiancé to trade his car in because his car had been in high demand and liked the sound of the trade-in options. Little did I know I, too would be walking out with a trade-in! From start to finish, we were given nothing short of exemplary service and were treated with the utmost respect and hospitality! My brief experience being a Nissan customer wasn’t memorable and doesn’t go recommended. 10/4/2021 I dropped my QX56 off for a oil change. Zach and the entire Infiniti team was nice and helpful. No hassle, no pressure with additional needed service recommendations. They will work with you with payments if the services are not covered under your warranty. Their loaner vehicles are well kept and the team always greet you with a smile!!

Very unhappy with service. Asked for tire to be inflated with nitrogen if low and they used air and tried to tell me all is fine. Made them redo it with nitrogen. Then had asked car to be cleaned which is supposed to happen when you have service and of course that wasnt done either. Had to wait even longer for them to clean it.

Zach Irwin in the service department took great care of our Infinity. It went in for a simple warranty thing and we got it back with some minor scratches. It only took 30 mins or less to get an answer back and they put me on a loaner while they fixed the scratches. He kept us informed the whole way, always got a quick response. I understand things happens & they handled it like professionals.

Oil change and multi point inspection done in 40 minutes. Prompt and efficient. Service advisors recommend and do not push. Big difference. Personnel inside very hospitable and courteous. Is it the luxury brand? Is it the people? Maybe both? Don’t know but keep it like that

STOP! Go no further looking for a dealer. The people at Infinty of Ft Myers are AMAZING! I’ve been working on my credit for about 2 years now and only around 600. Thought it was going to be near impossible to get the car I wanted but they made it happen. When I inquired online I got a call back from Skylar and yes she was my sales person not some internet department sales person who then forwards you to 6 other people before you finally deal with your sales person. She was with me from start to finish making sure everything went smoothly. And then there was Donnie who by the way was there to greet me when I came in the door. He’s the finance manager I found out. Looked around with Skylar found some possibilities for what I wanted. And not only did I get the cars I wanted but I also got them at a much cheaper APR than expected Donnie has been in the business for years and has a slew of contacts for financing options to best suit your needs. And of course these things take time I was there for several hours never once did I feel uncomfortable pressured or anything like that. They don’t adjust prices are up front with you from the gate. Armin and his dog who finalized all of my paperwork was also great in explaining everything very thoroughly even though it was almost an hour after closing. I seemed to have my guard up at all times, when I first arrived at Fort Myers Infinity a few days ago. I was approached by Dominick on day one. It was so easy to make a deal, but I was still under the impression the the sales manager would be difficult. I was just so close minded, when it came to finalizing a deal with an auto dealership. At this point, Tom, the sales manager, met with me. Once again, I was treated so well and learned where Dominick and Anthony got there great sense of pride in their work. Tom was wonderful. He closed the deal with no pressure. I was happy to purchase from such a great company. Yet, I still had my guard up, when I finally met with Sean in finance.Sean was just as great as all the others. I sold my car and purchased the car, I wanted. I was very happy with the deal we agreed on.I consider Fort Myers Infinity the one great oasis in a auto pithole. They were everything that no others could and can be. I dont believe it is possible for any other dealership to reach the quality that Fort Myers Infinity carries. I wish I could give 0 stars. I took my car in and asked for a quote to fix the trunk. It wouldnt latch properly. I was given an estimate to replace the so called broken trunk parts for approximately $2,000. I declined and went to Tire Choice. There was only a screw missing and Tire Choice fixed it for FREE! Honesty is important and Infinite service department is far from honest. Stay away!

Three years ago I leased my very first car that I could call my own from Fort Myers Infiniti. Ever since that day I always say that the people and service at this place are awesome. “Car Shopping” is a very stereotyped environment, let’s be honest. For buyer and seller. However, my experience today with Anton and his team was far from the stereotype, and I truly respect that. I’m a younger guy on a budget who knows what he wants, so unfortunately I did not make any moves today with my vehicle. However, the service I received from Anton and his team made me see, once again, why I’m proud to say that I side with Infiniti. Keep up the quality customer service guys. I will definitely be returning soon.

My husband and I drove about 5 hours to purchase a vehicle from Fort Myers Infiniti this past weekend. Our sale person Skyler was very nice and had been assisting us the days prior to our purchase. When we arrived, she had the vehicle out front and Starbucks waiting for us. All in all we were pleased with our purchase and the process. Although they weren’t able meet all of our initial request, they were able to offer solutions that were just as good. The only thing I would suggest is that they make an update to their policies and make things like detailing your purchase and providing a full tank of gas a standard for all customers. Whether buying new or used. Also, they should add someone to the team that will show the customer how to use the features in the vehicle before you drive off the lot. We live in an area where this is expected not requested.

This was the worse dealer I have done business with. If you call 10x a day. Trying to talk to a manager, they will leave you on hold for at least 5 minutes and then say he is with a costumer and will call you back, but never do. Got me 3 weeks to get the car that I bought, this after so many broken promises from the manager. Every time was a different kind of excuse.Bunch of liars and unprofessional people. Cheap talk, like treat you like family, but only talking to sell you a car, after that they don’t care.On the day that I was able to pick up the car I bought, had to stay on the dealer 4 hours waiting for them to clean and wash the car, after they tell would only take 40 minutes.Very unpleasant experience with this people. Plus when I got the car, it had an extra 320 miles on the odometer. And after 4 hours the car still dirty....

Sean was great from beginning to end. He worked diligently to find me a great SUV (my 5th Infiniti) at a price that fit my budget . The whole crew was friendly and helpful, go to Ft Myers Infiniti.
