I dont take decisions lightly, research, read reviews, ask 100 questions. After researching and talking to Savage a few times I was the most comfortable coming here and having them lift my new truck. I definitely made a good decision. They made great recommendations and didnt let me spend excessively for products that didnt make sense to spend. Very happy with the work and still happy with my choice.

First thing I did this am was head over to this awesome place! Im taking a road trip today and wanted to ensure everything was running good as this is a new to me truck. The gentleman behind the counter was so sweet and so nice he topped off my oil, checked my coolant looked over my diesel and checked the air pressure for me. Mind you I did not have an appointment, walked in 2mins after opening hours and described to him my concerns that Im heading out of town for my birthday and want to ensure my safety! Because of his kindness I now feel safe hitting the pavement!!I will be back in the future! When Im ready for new tires this is my first stop!!Thank you savage 4x4 your very kind and amazing!!

Took my ram in for a 5 inch lift and 37s and it came out absolutely perfect with a day and a half turn around.

Great shop and customer service. Brought my truck in for a 6in lift and it seems like everything else fell apart and had to be replaced as well. Armando was awesome and worked with us to get everything done correctly. I cant say enough good things about this place, and both Jim and Armando and all of the shop guys are amazing.

Great service, even though they had to deal with a third party insurance company (liberty mutual/safeco) that were terrible to myself and Jim. There was a bunch of extra work that needed to be done, and it took time to do it in the correct manner. This included a whole new axle, all new control arms, new bumper and more. They turned it around in a timely manner and took care of it professionally. Jim said to come back any time if I had any issues.

This place is GREAT! They were recommended by my jeep guys in Colorado and thats no joke. This will forever be my jeep place in Florida! The work and customer service is top notch and the community outreach is second to none. Jim is one of the nicest and honest guys you will ever meet. If you need custom jeep work done go see them, you will not regret it.

Had some work done here recently, looks like they do good work at good prices. Very pleased so far . Probably would’ve gave five star rating however where they lack is customer relations . The owner is nice but his staff should be a little more outgoing and friendlier to the customers. I would return for any future work.

The boys at the shop were easy to deal with. No bull$hit and straight forward business transaction. They did what they said they were going to do in the time that they said. I paid to have my lift installed out of pure laziness on my part but I’m glad I did, they did a nice job. They put a 7 inch lift and 35’s on my gmc and addressed all of my concerns. Highly recommend.

Had a very bad experience. They did not stand behind their parts or labor. I do not recommend anyone take their vehicles there. From my point of view, very dishonest. Wheel bearing goes bad and snaps axle off after 500 miles. $8000 worth of damage! youre wrong

Savage 4x4 has my highest recommendation. Jim and Linda were extremely welcoming and helpful from our first meeting. I took my 02 TJ to them for some front end differential and brake work. They accommodated me and my TJ, giving me a fair and honest price. The work was first-class and mirrored their customer service. Weeks later it turned out that my Jeep was still having issues. I immediately took it back to them and they quickly and diligently reviewed the problem. We were able to diagnose and fix the issue within a matter of hours! I am beyond grateful for their expert craftsmanship and generosity. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, answering all of my questions during my return visit. Bill is a master mechanic and even went out of his way and took time to explain a few things to me. I wouldnt trust my Jeep to anyone besides Savage. They treat you with respect and truly care for you and your precious vehicle. Thanks again to Jim and everyone at Savage! Jeep on!

Reasonable pricing but horrible experience. Took truck in for struts and shocks replacement and check all torques on front end. When picked up I dropped a brake caliper while driving off ramp of freeway because they forgot to fasten all bolts. Took truck back in, they torqued everything apologiezed for the “colossal screwup” got it back and now squeaking on all four not to mention my $400 scratched rim due to the caliper failure.NOT HAPPY—..Continued. Had a different shop diagnose and fix all problems encountered. Repairs exceeded all the initial work done combined and I had to rent a vehicle for a week. When I contacted Savage, Jim the owner, acknowledged all the mistakes made when faced with submitted pictures and invoice and promptly refunded all expense incurred. Still not happy with the experience but at least Jim owned the problem and accountability of his crew.
