I ordered 2 items. One was supposed to be shipped to one address, the other to a different address. I double checked everything online and it was correct. I got my receipt and it was showing BOTH items shipping to an address that I had 6 years ago. I called customer service (after being on eternal hold) and they assured me everything was taken care of. I then got a second email saying my order was shipped just to see it still showed the wrong addresses. I sat on forever hold again, got a confirmation number and was told she sees that the other representative has requested the addresses to be changed and not to worry. I THEN get an email saying both packages delivered to the WRONG ADDRESSES!!!! I have been trying to contact customer service AGAIN for TWO DAYS!!! I just finally hung up after being on hold for 42 minutes!!!!!!! This has got to be the absolute worst customer service that I’ve ever had in my 48 years. I have no idea how they’re still in business. Meanwhile, no credit, no packages.
This was my second visit and my last.The first time I went into the store they were out of a lot of things.The sales girls were most unhelpful.I decided to give it another try today.I went in to get what I needed thinking last time was maybe just an off day.The one girl I dealt with had a very poor attitude and absolutely looked like she hated being there.I asked her for help and soon decided I would find what I needed without her help. I then stood in line and it took forever for her to ring me up while she had her mask half way on her face. I moved here from another state and from here on out I will find another store to buy my supplies in.It really makes me mad because I love the one in the state I moved from.I never have sat and wrote A review but this time it was definitely necessary.I do know that Salon Centric is a great company but maybe they should rethink some of these employees.There are surely people who would love to work with a smile and be great full to have A job during the trying times we’re all going through. I am so sorry for the negative feedback but both experiences in this store were bad.
I sometimes travel to this location since there’s more stock and options than port Charlotte. Everyone is also very willing to help and checks me out quickly. I will always make time when I’m in fort Myers to stop in! 🙂
I have been to this location a few times and each time its a hit or miss as far as service. I want to say on my past experience this weekend and Monday Melissa was phenomenal very helpful & so kind. I dont hold a cosmo/barber license my husband does & we own a Barbershop. Every time I pick up his orders since I dont hold the license the reps there have no care to help assist they are dry to say the least. I just want thank Melissa again girl you rock & keep up the great work.

Customer service is terrible! Prices marked for products I was purchasing was not what they charged. They stated the prices on the shelves were from a previous sale and they forgot to remove the tags. They would not honor the price marked. What a waste of time. I will now go back to Cosmoprof and online for my products.
