I advise you not to either. If the service is guaranteed as they say below in their response, then why have I not received a refund? Terrible business management. I can get the same service for half the price at the manufacturer’s dealer which Is what I’ll continue to do. Take it from me, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.Paid $87 for an oil change that should have included new wiper blades, interior vacuum, fluid fill, exterior window cleaning, and filling of tires...all of which show as being done in the receipt. NONE OF THESE WERE ACTUALLY DONE. Now I have to check to see if the oil and filter was even changed! Absolutely unbelievable. Do not service your vehicle at this location unless you want them to steal your money.

Jiffy Lube was great. The mechanics were friendly and helpful. It was a quick oil change for me. You just pull up and stay in your car the whole time. It’s really nice that you dont have to get out.

They do my car and today to my surprise they were able to do my motorhome. I drive from Lehigh to this location because they always take good care of me. Fast reliable service.

We just moved from Texas to Florida and were looking for a shop to service our vehicles, that we could trust, we stopped by Jiffy Lube because the way it looks it was so clean and well equipped, and open so we could see what they were doing to our cars, but we met Christian at the one in Fowler Blvd in Fort Myers Florida, he was so polite and friendly, he did such a great job answering all of our questions, we will definitely go back, Thank you Chris!!

Pulled in and ask what the price of the oil change was... Quoted one price then as I pulled in I ask to make sure the correct oil was out in the vehicle and they they could do the type of oil I requested and the price was now $50 more. I pulled away and just to note I have always used the manufacturer recommended oil. This seems like a sales technique used on people who dont really know what type of oil their vehicle use. I went two miles down the road, got the correct oil $50 cheaper.

I have been coming to jiffy lube for many years now. I did unfortunately have a bad experience at one location and was referred to another location which is located on Fowler Street in fort Myers and the staff there was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. My car had some issues from the prior location and the staff there especially the mechanic Chris, and the rest of the whole crew went above and beyond my expectations and in the end was able to resolve the issue . I just want to say thank you to Chris and Alex and the whole entire staff for fixing my car and Ill see you guys all at my next oil change.

I have been to this Jiffy Lube before however I went there today and Chris and Jim took care of me. I will never go to any other shop Other than this one.they were awesome ! Hard-working, professional, and most of all caring. It’s nice to be around other people that genuinely enjoy their work and helping others. 5 stars ⭐️

It hadnt been long since my last trip to a different Jiffy Lube and this team was quick to point out that my car was in great shape and didnt need anything. They were honest and fair and didnt soak me for huge bill and products I didnt need. Excellent staff and customer relations. I will return often.

Worst place to change oil oil. After waiting 45 minutes the guy told me we need to switch you out with next to me car which he was waiting at the left line and and different station. I told the guy there are two different work stations and two different line. I have been changing my car oil like this place more than 15 years and seen this first time. I left without changing the oil. I never ever stop there again. Do not loose your time there.Heyy Jiffy Lube be respect your customer, be respect your customers rights, be respect your business....

My service was great until I was driving off and my Engine Oil Low light came on. I thought that was odd considering I just left and it wasnt on when I took my car in. I had another appointment so I decided to wait until I got home and let my husband take a quick look. He did and we both noticed there wasnt any engine oil, the dip stick was completely dry. I called and told Rafael I would be returning. I was met by Curtis the GM and he tries to tell me that there is no way this could have happened because they have three mechanics that would have checked it. Well, he look and as I stated, the dip stick was dry. He tries to play on my intelligence and say, there is a little oil in here which wasnt the truth. If I just paid you $107.00 there is absolutely no reason any light should be on for any reason. Having to return and having my intelligence questioned was absolutely unprofessional on Curtis behalf. I expected him to apologize and offer me a discount of some sort for a future service and he refused stating, he will make sure his staff receive additional and better training to prevent this from happening again. Well, how does this correct my poor service today? How does this help with the gas that I had to waste to return to your establishment? Needless to say, I will not be taking my car there again. I am more upset with Curtis and his lack of sympathy in working with customers than I am with the workers. Curtis the GM needs additional training!

Love getting my oil changed here ! Clean area with a.c to wait and clean bathrooms. They vacuum your carpets with the oil change, and friendy customer service ! Price is a little higher compared to other places but the service you get here makes it worth it. Definitely reccomend !

Slower than most others but reasonable cost

This is the first time Ive ever had to give Jiffy Lube in ANY state a bad review and so this why. So the guy did his regular checks of lights abd what not then asked me for my drivers license ( weird thats never been asked before, but whatever). Then aked what kind of oil I told him synthetic blend he says ok goes in the office for a minute then comes to me and says its going to be $93.00! I told him Ive never paid that much for a oil change. He looks at me and says you have a special oil filter. Ive been taking care of my cars needs since I was 16 and not even when I owned a foreign car did I ever pay such a ridiculous price!

Great place to get your oil change and while you wait they vaccuum your car.

They will trick you into spending money for a fix thats only a patch because they dont need to tell you about things they cannot repair on your car. So keep on spending while your car is dying. Its a fact. For instance, they recommended repeated coolant flushes on a car with a severely cracked intake manifold!?! Moreover, they urged a total replacement of spark plugs to be done on a car with a severely leaking engine. They dont care about things they dont fix, so they will do what they do to make money. Screw the customer.To make me waste my money, they advised all kinds of cosmetic repairs on my DYING CAR that was otherwise beyond repair because they shrewdly figured they have a fool for a customer and can make me waste my money by leading me on with minor but costly repairs while omitting to mention the major problems with the car. In this way, these greedy gringos endangered my life. Curtis never cared to tell about the true condition of the car because that would discourage me from spending on Jiffy Lube.B e w a r e of these vultures of the ghetto.

Worst experience I have ever had! They completely ripped me off. They didnt mention any pricing before working on my car. They performed the work without telling me the price of the service. I was overcharged for a standard oil change and they refused to release my car until I paid the exuberant amount. When I questioned the overpriced service I was told they do not need to release prices at any time before the service is performed and it was my fault for dropping off my car and not staying with it. They charged me almost $100 for an oil change on a Honda Civic. The manager Richie was unprofessional, rude and should not be managing this or any location. Stay away from this place if you do not want to be ripped off!!!

They do good service but don’t bother with coupons. Especially if they are busy. I told them I had a coupon several times. I was told to remind them at cash out. I forgot as they were busy and rushing me out. They forgot too. So they got full price. Sorry Ma’am. We already cashed out. Nothing I can do. Silly me for forgetting but shame on them for not offering to do something to make up for it.

It’s a Jiffy lube. If you like them, this is a great choice. Highly informative team and not pushy about the add ons. I will be coming here moving forward.

Got over $400.00 cash stolen from our car from a 5 minute oil change, filed a police report. When asked who performed the work on our car, staff did not have an answer. Staff was very uncooperative. Employees seem to be covering each others back. Would DEFINITELY not recommend.
