Immediately after wiring money. For a vehicle I purchased online from here things begin to go wrong first I could no longer get Tom on the phone, after his sales pitch of how absolutely nothing was wrong with this vehicle how his team went completely over it I bring it in for inspection only to find out the main oil pan is leaking along with another oil leak very expensive to repair both obviously old and obvious, I don’t know about any one else but this is not what I expect to get when I spend 21,000 on a vehicle. So I call to hopefully at the least get “help“ repairing it all I got was attitude. I’ve been waiting two weeks now for registration papers also paid for still nothing what kind of dealer ship is this never before have I experienced anything like this from a dealership and I own almost ten cars.In response to your response of my review I haven’t even driven the vehicle a full 200 miles yet I still have the walk around video of the oil leaks which obviously are old and is probably why you decided to get rid of it, as far as communicating with you, you were not closed you had me IMMEDIATELY after receiving my wire transfer dealing with an associate. As far as registration went I had the car for three weeks and only after filing a complaint right away got the registration in the mail, I only asked you to contribute to the repairs not pay it in full to make it right in which you replied “ don’t call me again”there’s no way I would drive it 500 plus miles to you with both oil pans leaking oil and judging from my dealings with you thus far you weren’t going to pay for it’s transport to and back for the repairs as far as you buying it back I’ve had hand controls installed again knowing from my dealings with you so far you aren’t going to pay to have them removed. My goal is to not only in some way have you right this wrong but to NEVER allow you to prey on the handicap the way you have me again no matter what I have to do.

Recently I Purchased a VMI conversion from auto express South. They worked closely with my driving occupational therapist to install the adaptive Equipment I need it for my particular disability. I was Amazed by the quality of their craftsmanship. Compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with the modifications barely noticeable and blend in with the styling of the interior and appear OEM. Even after delivery they continue to to work with me fine tuning the equipment for my needs. He and I came to agreement on the price and now the fun started. I live on Long Island, NY and the Jeep was located in Fort Meyers, FL. Tom offered shipping options, but I decided to fly down and drive the Jeep back. I was to arrive Friday night but missed my airline connection. So I had to call Tom on his cell on a Friday night to reschedule my pick up. Again he answered his phone on the off hours and said no problem. He was right, it was no problem the next day waiting for me at the airport was the Auto Express white limo. The driver greeted me and offered a cocktail. When we arrived at the dealer lot, the Jeep was prepped and ready for my inspection. It was exactly as Tom described. We finished up the paper work and 22 hours and 1358 miles later I had my 2004 Wrangler home in my drive way. If you get an opportunity to make a deal with Tom and his family do it. They are the good ones in the business. I highly recommend Auto Express South Tom Oneal and family.

Good bunch of guys. We bought a Mercedes sl500 v12 from them. They went above and beyond anything you would expect from a car dealer. Actually one of the few positive car buying experiences I have had. The car was delivered to Sumter S.C. In a timely and professional manner. All paper work in order. The guys at Auto Express South are probably the best car sales people I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2004 BMW 645Ci at a fair price. There were a few issues once I left the lot. I called them and they got me right back into their shop to fix the items. Even though I purchased AS IS - NO WARRANTY, they took care of all items on them. I am a local professional in the SW FL area and can honestly say, that if you are looking for a used luxury vehicle, then you should talk with these guys. A set of questions regarding history and maintenance didnt get a reply, instead I received multiple mails how excited they would be to do business with me. Be Careful of these guys AND the M3 thats on their lot...I went to check out a 2010 M3 that is currently for sale and was told We dont do test drives on performance vehicles until we work out a deal. Why on Earth would I make an offer on a car that I cant even drive?? So all I could do was sit in the car while it was running. While I was sitting in the car and it was idling the RPMs started to drop and raise. It couldnt hold a steady idle. The car eventually just stalled out while sitting there in neutral. Tom told me that, When the M series BMWs idle for too long the car shuts itself off. Total BS...what he didnt realize is that my father has been a BMW mechanic for nearly 20 years and I know that the M3s have a known issue with the Idle Control Valve (Also known as an Idle Air Control Valve). Which is something to check for on EVERY 2008-2011 M3. I was also told that I couldnt have an independent mechanic come look at the car...RED FLAG! These guys have poor customer service. AND BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND ARE INTERESTED IN THAT M3....IT HAS PROBLEMS!!! I drove across the state to Pompano Beach to a place called H Greg Lux and bought an Audi S6 the very next day.
