A previous review took my tagline. Dont Judge a Book by its Cover. After shopping for 8 months for a fun, 2nd car I found the exact car at Lee Auto Group online. I drove an hour and I must say the Sales Office aka Trailer did give me pause. My previous purchases have been CarMax, MB of Naples and Germain Lexus. But I had to give them a chance and I am so glad I did. Anthony replied to my website inquiry, gave me info before I drove down and had the car ready to drive when I arrived. I had my price point and Lee agreed to it by Monday and I bought the car Tuesday. But what really mattered or impressed me the most was what happened after I bought the car. There was a part on order and I would return to have it installed and that is when I really got to know the team. It starts with Owner/President Kyle and his wife Carol. Good people. Kind, personable and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Randy and Tim from Sales always fielded my calls and very friendly when I returned. Shannon made the Sign and Drive process a breeze, Lisa made Title and License go smoothly, Tim and Andy always kept me updated on part status and Scotty (Tech/Mechanic) always made sure I understood the work done on the car. Since I have spent some time there I was also able to observe how they treated other customers. They were ALWAYS fair and respectful. Even if they didnt sell a car. I read the negative and the positive reviews but what strikes me the most is that they have been read and responded to. You dont see that very often. This place is a great place to go purchase a vehicle even if you have a very low credit score. Anthony was our sales person was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. This dealership is in a small building. I even asked my husband how he found this hole in the wall. Once inside this team of people worked together and were prompt at taking care of us. We sold them a vehicle. They paid us immediately. My husband and I feel that they treated us fairly. I dont give 5 star often because that means there is no room for improvement. I feel everyone has room to improve. We would deal with Lee Auto Group again.

Went to look at a car I saw online. It was nowhere close to looking like the picture online. It was in pretty bad shape. They did have other cars there that look really good but not in my price at this time.
Explained over the PHONE. I was not looking to spend more than 5 grand. I drove an HOUR! Because Eric told me that the vehicle I was looking at online was in the price range I wanted to pay. When I got to the awkward single wide trailer which looked like it was in the middle of a salvage yard. I was told they could not sell me the vehicle I wanted because in other words, they over paid for it, and wanted me to pay the price, literally. I wasn’t the only one they were trying to play games with that day. I saw a couple who was trying to sell their car to them end up selling it on market place the same day for TWICE the amount lee auto group had offered…. Oh and did I mention the vehicle I was interested in had damage to the outside AND smelled like cigarettes. This place is a giant NO for me. I’d never return.

Dont Forget the dash. It should read Forget the DealerBiggest bait and switch dealer around. Warning.. Dont get deceived by the Tv ads or Online advertisements. Unless you cant get financed somewhere else avoid this place. Example Three SUVs advertised for $8000 Online. By the time their done with fees and markups,, they become $10,000. They .want you to Finance to make more money. We offered cash and they werent going to do it without the extra pricing.. Avoid this place... Other reviews say same thing.. Dont be mislead by a few good reviews........

Bought a Cadillac DTS that “was in perfect condition.” Took it home & less than a week later I found out it was leaking oil from two places. They offered to take it back & trade for a Lexus that was over 20 years old. This place is a joke.
Anthony was great. Very helpful. However their salesman eric. Should not be dealing with people. When we were sitting waiting we brought up the reviews that have been posted about people being rude and his comment was that people were rude to him. Now if you are in sales you should be nice no matter how someone treats you. If he was the one helping me i would have left without even looking at a suv. They need to do something about him.
I gave bought many, many cars, both new and used, and this transaction with Juan was the easiest one I have ever had. Juan also sold one of my sons (with my help) a car a few months ago and it was also one of the easiest transactions I have experienced. Very impressed with the amount of cars they have. My sons cars is still going strong. Im pretty certain I will have the same outcome with the SUV I just purchased.
We have shopped many dealers in the past year and really have seen the best and worst of car sales in swfl. Jacob is a jedi: super helpful, knows every gadget on every car, not too pushy. Our favorite of several dozen from Charlotte to Naples. It was obvious: Lee auto has a great selection at a price lower than the competition. They don’t tack on fees like the rest, if you do not see Jacob before you buy elsewhere, you are probably paying too much. Highly recommended
Called about a truck, said it was on the lot, showed up about 20-30 min later truck not on lot and has a deposit on it so I wasted my time

This guy comes on as a huge used car dealer in a beautiful location. Only when you go there it resembles a junkyard in the middle of nowhere operating out of an old trailer. I just think it’s very misleading advertisement by this guy and he wastes a lot of peoples time trying to find his location in the middle of nowhere‘s. It is false advertising to say the least.
Simply the best. The lot is loaded with low mileage cars. Didnt feel pressured at all. Took their time with me. Jay explained all the paperwork I was signing. Was quick and easy. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good used vehicle.
Lee Auto Group did a fantastic job with the whole car buying experience. As a first time car buyer it’s usually difficult if you don’t have great credit. No issue here at Lee. Dennis my salesman and Tim the GM worked diligently with me and the finance company to get me into my 2019 BMW! These guys work for you 100% and are 1000000 better and truth-worthy than any dealership. Thank you again Lee!
What a joke this company is, I bought a car from them on the test drive the car drove like a dream. I got it home and the next day started hearing noises took it to the shop and had a estimate for $3,000 and my warranty that lee auto did not tell me there was different levels of only cover the oil pan gasket leak, so now a couple of months later I hear more noises so itake it to the dealer and get hit with a $5,000 estimate not including the rear end noise and warranty would only cover $13.00 because the oil pan gasket took most of the coverage Ive told lee auto about it at the $3,000 mark and they said they would help and wanted to see the bill and when I went to give it to then never did they laughed at me
I do NOT recommend this dealership, and let me tell you why. I went to lee auto group in search for a car for my pops. The reason why I was getting a car for my father is because he hadn’t had AC in his car for years and his transmission just blew and he couldn’t afford the transmission or a new car They ended up showing me 1 car and they bragged about this thing up and down. Said I was getting the best deal and that the car was in very good condition. So I bought the car cash from them but before I did I asked if there was a warrantee I could get or if anything were to go wrong can I come back to them. They gave me their word.. The person who sold me the car, Patrick did tell me if anything had happened to the car that we can rely on them and they would take care of me. Not even a couple days after buying the car the car completely shut off on my dad during work, and was leaking brown fluid out of the engine. So I called them up and told him about it and they said to get the car towed back to them, and that they would “see what they can do”. They ended up calling me back after a few days and said that the car was basically no good and that I would need a new one. So I asked them what they were going to do for me since they said that they had my back if anything were to happen, and something happened not even a couple days later. So they finally found a car after two weeks of waiting on them and they wanted me to pay a $700 difference from the car I bought in the new car that I was going to get after. So I ended up just doing it because my father needed a car ASAP and we went along with our day. Couple days after I got the new car I found out that they lied to me about the year of the car they said it was a 2001 when it was a 1999 Sebring. And a week or two after that the axle snapped on the car and took out the rims with it. I do not recommend buying anything from these people so you don’t have to take any chances on going through a headache like I did trying to help my father out.
Great service will recommend to friends and family and anyone who’s shopping for a car. The salesman was very courteous and professional also knowledgeable. Ended up with a 2009 with low miles. Had the car for 2 months without any problems.
They are straight forward and they know their product. The sales process thru financial closing was simple and easy. They are sensitive to my buying objectives. I bought a 2018 F150 with 28,000 miles. Super nice truck.

Poor communication between employees causes mistakes that they expect buyer to pay for. Once they have a deposit civility disappears.Car not ready on time and not even a phone call to tell of five day delay.Other than that, nice people.
Low pressure dealership, was exactly what I was looking for. From intial contact with Juan by phone and email to signing the finance papers with Jay, it all was a smooth process. I travel a lot with work and already put 3000 miles on it. My car runs great and havent had anything to complain about. Thanks for everything Lee Auto.
Nice people but very disappointed.I was at their dealership the other day, was prepared to buy a car, saw a nice older model toyota avalon, the vehicle had some issues and they said they would call me when repaired.When I got home I saw another vehicle on their site with a call for price request.Saturday I called spoke to salesmen, he said he was very busy and would call me right back with price when he was finished with his customer.Well its Monday no call back, so I decided to call him back today and he said he Will call me when he was finished with a customer, that was 4 hours ago no call back. Full of lies and excuses. When I asked to see the car fax the salesmen said its against the law to share private information. Right then I knew this place was a total con job
The salesman (Ben I believe, honestly tried to forget him because he was so rude) was pushy, rude and insulting. We entered the lot looking to purchase a reliable used vehicle for my wife. We have been working as family to recover from tons of debt so we had 7k to purchase the car cash. The salesman used the following phrases, “if you don’t check out before you leave I’ll get fired” “why don’t you just finance?” And my favorite, “why do I get all the 7k customers I want to blow my f)&@ing head off!” Have never felt more like a second class citizen because I wanted an affordable car for what I can afford!! Rude rude rude. We was Clearly insulted that we were looking for a car in our range and made it clear. We did not at any point say that their prices were too high and we even said politely you have wonderful cars but they are out of our price range.Finally after we decided to leave after him showing us the 6th car that was no where near what I wanted, he was going refused to let us leave the lot and asked us to lie to the manger saying we were wanted a $3000 car. This tells me that they could make the deal for 7k but he didn’t want to.I will never returns and neither should you.

LOL, They advertised the Buick on Craigslist and their own site for $6,000. I went and test drove it and told them I would buy it. All of the sudden with all of the fees, the out the door price was $8,240. Dealer fee, recondition fee (they told me they fixed some stuff on it and have to charge me), administration fee then the standard tax title and license fee. Total joke. Dont think the price advertised is what it actually costs. I most certainly did not buy.Your website mentions Tax, Tag and Title fees. No mention of Dealer fee or Recondition fee. Those two fees alone were over $1,200 dollars. I did not think used car dealerships like this still existed!
Actually pretty impressive to the level of fail we just experienced. My husband saw a vehicle, inquired about it and discussed coming down to look at it with the salesman (Rob). We drive 40 minutes to see the vehicle, only to be told the key fob is dead and they have no way to open the car to show it to us. They asked us to come back next week to try again. They didnt even offer to change the battery or anything else. How do you sell cars when you cant even have a working battery for a car you know is being looked at. They just lost someone who was ready to buy that car today, whatever it took...Update: the GM reached out to us to discuss the issue we experienced. I appreciate the phone call. One recommendation would be to train your employees how to handle issue when they arise in a professional manner and how to access cars with dead fobs.

Like many people, I find buying a car a daunting experience, despite the research I do beforehand. I was inundated by emails and phone calls from many dealers. I needed a dealership and salesperson I could trust. It was easy to put my trust in Patrick. I picked up the car today and he spent a good hour explaining the features to me. Very glad I chose him this dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I bought a Jeep Wrangler from them in April of 16. A week later my transmission goes out and my rear axle starts having issues. As soon as I take it to the shop turns out I also needed a tune up and new brakes. I also needed minor things like new windshield wipers and then 3 weeks later new tires. $7500 later we fast forward to November of 16 and my reverse is shot. After 9 months I finally got my vechile back in January of 17. Huge waste of my time and money! TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE 30 DAY BUY BACK PROGRAM! If you do happen to purchase from them, this better be your very very very very last resort, take MAJOR precautions. And try to avoid the salesman Jeff. He flaunts to much about his $1 million life insurance and other things. And if you buy from a dealer that doesnt give you a full tank of gas, like this one, that should be a major sketch move from the start.Edited to respond to the ownerYou did in fact not sell the car in my name it was in my grandmothers name. This review is in fact 100% true. I drove the black mercedes that i was going to dumbly trade in but did not thanks to you saying wed be better off selling outright. Some pros and some consPros: Reasonably good customer service, a large selection of vehicles and even equipment for sale, reasonable prices.Cons: Hidden unreasonable fees like a $699 delivery fee when you know it was brought to them, unwillingness to drop price when there are minor mechanical issues, they run about 5 or 6 hard inquiries on your credit report, not just one.In my opinion, if they have a vehicle that you really want, go for it, but otherwise just stay away. I bought a dump truck for my business and I really wanted one, so I was willing to shell out money for it. The truck has a costly oil leak that runs about $1000 at a shop to repair. They wouldnt come down on the price so I decided to buy it anyways since Im a mechanic and I can fix it. The people there are professional. Just be aware that you are going to pay their fees if you want to buy from them. They wont drop them. Thats that.
I can confidently say that you would be most definitely happy buying a car here. After revisiting lee auto group to pick up my plates for my car and having a lovely conversation with the financial guy who’s name I still for the life of me cannot remember! We talked it over and found out it was the financial place who messed everything up and I was mad at the wrong people. Which I do apologize for if anyone at lee auto group reads this! ❤️ These guys will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your car buying experience even if you’re like me and you’ve never bought a car, they explained everything as best they could and were very patient and quick about things. I would recommend anyone I know to go there if they need a car that’s basically good as new!

Went in there thinking I wouldn’t get approved for anything since I have bad credit. They got me approved and into a newer, and nicer car. Had a nice selection of cars as well. I was disappointed with the monthly payment on the car because my credit is low so my interest is high. I even considered reversing the finance and leaving with nothing. They helped me by explaining how if I pay on time for 6 months they can cut my payment almost in half. Great service. Especially with Patrick. He said he was newer but he gave great service and didn’t stop looking until I got the car I wanted
Terrible!!! This is how I sum up the experience I just had with this dealer. I show up in person to buy a vehicle they still have advertised by the way, but I show up with financing in hand and I’m told no sorry the vehicle needs to go thru service before it’s sold. So I get the total cost after taxes of the vehicle in writing and I’m told I have to now wait for the vehicle to be serviced and I’ll be contacted when it’s ready and I’m assured the vehicle we not be sold, before I’m contacted. Fast forward now after contacting them every other day since being told it “Must” be serviced before sale and getting the same response by there sales guy “Jacob” that he will call meBack but never does! I told over and over sorry it’s not ready yet that there mechanics are out or toBusy. So I then contact another time and I speak with the original sales guy I met and he tells me it was sold. So obviously after being lied to for over two weeks I was upset and all the sales guy “Anthony” could do was laugh and say “hey you wanted it serviced, we sold it as is” which was jus another spit in my face because I was clearly trying toBuy “As Is “ from the beginning. So to make this long story shorter these people want or should I say try to force u to use there financing instead or ur own so that way they make more money by sticking it to u with a crazy high interest rate where u pay double the vehicles value. To me there praying on people with low credit scores that can’t get there there own financing and I would never recommend any company that sees dollar signs instead of customer service! So if your desperate for a vehicle and have a terrible credit score but have a job, these are jus the people to rob you blind!
After walking into another dealership nearby and feeling as if we were bothering the sales team, we went to Lee Auto and met with Dennis who was friendly, honest and very helpful. Dennis sold us a fantastic car and went out of his way to find other vehicles we might be interested in when the ones we were looking at didn’t make the grade. The one we purchased was in fact his suggestion, and we left very happy with every aspect of his service, and that of the other team members we met too. Great place to buy a car.
Great selection and nice folks to deal with! Very easy low pressure purchase experience. Lee Auto has a very good selection of Jeeps for sale. Got down to numbers, and came to agreement quite quick. We weren’t there but an hour from start to finish.

Finally talked to someone then was told they told us to send us the info they needed and they would get back to me. Our Sales Representative Daniel was very helpful and patient. We visited the dealership many times over a 2 week period and he greeted us by name and answered all our questions. We are very happy with our vehicle and how the deapership worked to find the model we wanted.
This has been a wonderful experience I have ever had. I lost my husband and with medical bills from him my credit went down hill. I needed another car no one Would give me credit, I went to Lee Auto Group, spoke to Dennis and he got me in a car. I recommend if you need a car you go see see him.

Pictures looked nice and when we saw the car it was nicer looking in person. We test drove it and it was very nice. We came to an agreement and we wrote a check. Very happy, satisfied customers!
Typical buy here regret here stealership. Sell trucks and cars with mechanical issues. some disgruntled customer tried to burn the dealership down a while back. That should speak volumes.
They had a car listed for WEEKS that they did not have and refused to give the car fax report so I did research and the car had been damaged and they made it seem like they had the car.. wasted so much of my time, just be honest. If you’re ever lucky enough to get “the surfer” well bless your soul lol

The sales managers were also very nice and didn’t play games or waste my time. When time came to sign papers the finance dept did a fantastic job at explaining everything to me. Very efficient, patient and polite. We had looked at several different cars for several weeks as we were not sure which size and which SUV we wanted. They were completely patient with us as we figured out what we wanted to buy and negotiations were straightforward. Great place and highly recommend them.

Our last buying experience with another dealer was horrible! Was skittish about having to do this again. A friend recommended Lee Auto Group. I decided to stop by. Was greeted by Chris who was very friendly and helpful. My wife explained our last buying experience and told him our concerns. He took his time and explained how it works and how they conduct business. Well, we ended up purchasing a Toyota Camry from him. I waited to write this review to see if Chris and Lee Auto stood by their word if anything went wrong with the car. It took 7 months and the alternator died. I called and they got me the next day and got it fixed for a price I never could of got anywhere else. I am very pleased and highly recommend this place. They truly are who they say they are.
No pressure sales. Todd was simply the best salesperson we have ever had. Very professional,courteous, friendly, and very outgoing. He listened to what I wanted and got me exactly what I wanted. Paid what I felt was a great deal.

Its nice to see a great product matched with great people at a great dealership.

My car blew up and need to get to work. Went online and found a Ford Ranger. Went to Lee Auto takes with a great guy named Eric who took me on a test drive. I loved it, but was a little hesitant. On the day before our test drive, I had questions about the Honda Accord they had. Ashley was very friendly, but were a couple questions she wasnt sure of. She put a manager on the phone who answered them for her. We were over 4 hours away and Ashley was able to get us an out the door cash price. That price remained the same once we arrived. No games, no gimmicks nor surprises. Car was exactly how it was described to us. Nice and clean. Drove great. We bought it. The ride home was great. No problems at all. Good dealership and very honest and friendly. Well worth the drive!

I looked at three different Jeep Grand Cherokees with Jacob Novak and decided to purchase the one with the Laredo package! The silver paint was perfect with only one door ding. The leather interior was factory fresh and show room clean! We negotiated a fair price. Everything was fine until i tred to refinance they dont call you back and they give you the run a round saying theyll get back to you but never do i dont recommend this place at all!!!
