Rob is a MASTER at his trade! Personable and dynamic and a true craftsman! I always wind up cracking my Samsung Note9s screen. And Sprint/Tmobile with insurance still want close to $300 to repair along with losing my phone for over a week. Dr. Rob not only does the repair on the spot, but in less than 20 minutes! And for an really good price! He also fixed my daughters iPhone screen in about 10 minutes while I waited. Best find in Fort Myers since Ive move here from NJ in March! Rob has the be the coolest and nicest phone repair guy I have ever met! He Took care of my iPhone 11 Pro max as well as my husband‘s iPhone 11 pro max… both with damaged screens… in under 20 minutes flat! My husband was also running late to get to Robs store (he got off of work later than usual) and Rob was completely calm and cool about that, telling us it was not an issue at all. He gave us a discount for bringing in two phones at once and he also threw on tempered glass for both of our phones at absolutely no cost!!!!! I can not recommend him and his other employees enough.

Bought a phone over offer up and decided to get it checked out. Came here and found out it had a swelling battery. When I saw the phone I only suspected it was something as simple as a glue issue because the back was slightly lifting. But needless to say I am glad I came and spoke to these fine people. I paid $160.00 for my son’s phone to be fixed which the doctor did and my phone worked for three days then stopped. Took it to the Apple store had it evaluated and they told us it is NOT ADVISED consumers take their products to those retailers because the materials they use is not suitable for their phone system. Took it back to the doctor and he attempted to fix it which was a failure and he did absolutely nothing to reimburse the money I spent. He blamed it on the “abuse of the phone” then said it would have worked if the phone did not fall which it didn’t. I will be reporting this to BBB and will contact the news so all consumers are educated of this matter. Take your phone back to Apple to be repaired the materials they use is not compatible with Apple’s system.

Ive been having trouble charging my phone and thought I had a bad charging port in my phone. So I took it to the Dr. Who after checking it said all I needed was a better charging cable. Sold me the cable for $15. Which I gladly paid. He could have told me that anything was wrong with my phone and charge me whatever he wanted. I totally appreciate his honesty. Something you dont see too much off unfortunately.

My mothers cell phone quit charging. She went to ATT and several other places. She was told the charging port was bad and it would be easier to just buy a new phone. I took it to Rob the Phone Doctor. The problem was the charging cord. The battery was weak so we had it replaced. All done at about 20 minutes. Amazing service and nice people.

The only place to go to if you have any issues with your device. Needed a camera and glass repair and Rob was the cheapest out of the several I called by a large margin and it was done in about 30 minutes. After inspecting the camera it looks and takes pictures as if it were a new device. Don’t hesitate to contact Rob to fix your tech!

For now it’s a 2 star only because I have to wait for my phone they said it should be done this Friday but I got caught up in work so I thought I would just wait until Monday. Just to drive all the way over there to see some printed paper taped to the door. Saying closed all week. I’m just not a fan of waiting to weeks for my phone and it would really help if they put on there web site closed all week instead of having to fine out by driving there. Hell it would have been nice if they told me when I dropped off the phone

I own a towing company and we cannot operate without our phones- they are our lifeline. When we had trouble getting one of our Apple iPhone X’s to charge we took it to Apple- they told us the battery was fine and that it was a port issue and they could not fix it; our only option was to buy a new phone....I messaged Rob The Phone Dr. and he said he could fix it, and he did - Same Day repair! I went to fix my phone they did a good job but I dont think they replace the stuff that they tell me to like the battery because it only last like half A-day and they say be put in me one but the make my phone work again which it was nice to get all my pictures and everything back

Rob had replacement glass in stock and replaced it in 15 minutes. Only issue is I have to tap on my back button a little harder. Other than that very happy with the work.

Had my phone on top of my car, and noticed ten minutes after that I was missing it. It was smashed pretty good and I thought I’d need to buy a new one.. Dr. Rob fixed it pretty quick. Definitely will come back the next time.

My phones screen shattered last night and I went to Rob immediately since my husband told me hes used him before and said he works magic. He saved me! My cell phone store said they couldnt fix my phone and that they couldnt save my photos or text messages, so I had to purchase a new phone, and then sent me to Rob the Phone Doctor to see if he could retrieve my information. Even though my screen was broke on my old phone, he was able to take my new phone that I bought, and saved and transferred all my photos and text messages from the old phone to the new one! Scam artist, literally uses super glue to hold down screens to save money on real adhesive. Doesnt hold them right, the screens fall off of iPads incredibly easily. The phone screens are the cheapest quality available. My recommendation? Spend a bit more and go somewhere with better practices and better quality parts.
