Ryan worked on repairing my wifes iPhone. He explained what he was doing the whole time. When that was not the issue he tried other things and called for other opinions. The whole store was honest with me and very friendly. I highly recommend.

Purchased an iPhone for my daughter that was loaded with pornographic content— BTW not what I intended on purchasing! I was told that the device was brand new, however, when I did a thorough look through the “photos” album there was one too many pictures of inappropriate scenarios of black men with differing vegetables. Mike, did not realize you run your business this way and promise customers one thing but then supply something different. I will be going directly to TMobile for my next iPhone purchase. Not worth the hassle of returns for poor quality products when I can just get the same thing for a few bucks more.

Replaced the battery on my phone which no other place would do, apparently theres a high risk if breaking the glass, so they charged a bit more, and i was glad to pay it. Great people. Fast service.

Took my daughters iPhone 7 plus to the apple store, they ran diagnostic on it and they told me the logic board wont get any power and they cant repair it or turn it on and wanted to sell me another phone. Took it to Mike by accident told him what the apple store told me I sold him the phone he called me 15 minutes later letting me know that he got the phone to turn on and he gave me more money on top of what he gave me before. Mike was very knowledgeable taught us lots of new things to look for when buying a used phone. Definitely the place you want to take your phone for repairs.

I am so impressed with this store!! I have done business with the Gulf Coast location as well as the Cleveland Ave location. Mike the owner is helpful and knowledgeable. They are very reasonably priced for repairs and product. Can’t say enough good!!

Great local choice if you need a no-contract phone, or other mobile accessories. Loved their nice clean store. This is also the best place locally to trade your phone for cash. They use a fair and standardized pricing system that wont make you rich, but your carrier wont give you cash will they? Customer service is great - I was able to negotiate my trade before going into the store and they made it super easy and were very friendly. Nice selection on accessories, and the phones they sell are in excellent condition. I cant stress enough that these folks are only selling high quality, newer phones. Trustworthy and will do business with them in the future.

When I went in wireless paradise it was for a phone charger because as we all have those days that every thing seems to go wrong I did after losing all my cash in my pocket and having to walk for hours on top of that I misplaced my phone charger so with only 8$ To my name on my card I asked the gentleman behind the counter for the cheapest i phone charger they had he went on to say “they had one for $9.99 and one for $19.99 “ I asked and explained how my day went and how I only had $8 on my card he then said hold on let me look in the back that he may have a used one the gentleman was so so so kind to come back up front and sell me the iphone used charger for only $5 he not only saved my day but his kindness made it too I highly recommend this store for not only the kindness but personable help and will be returning soon with more money in my pocket to look at one of there many phone cases

I have been here multiple times to replace my screens in the past. It is affordable and quick! I won’t go anywhere else these guys know what they’re doing.

I went in there today with a pretty bad broken I phone Xr and mike handled everything in a professional way along with beating the prices of different quotes I got from other companies . I would highly recommend . Thanks Mike.

IPhones aren’t unlocked, I tried all different SIM cards for different carriers and none worked. My original SIM in the phone got ruined to where I had to purchase another from my company. I’ll never give them my business again.
